Evarith sat in the apartment she owned in the hidden grass village. She heard someone knock on her door and Evarith opened the door. To her despair, Sasuke was there.

"What do you want." Evarith said rudely.

"I just wanted to visit. Is that so wrong?" Sasuke asked.

Evarith just sighed.

"I guess not. You can come in." Evarith said.

She moved and Sasuke walked in. He took off his cloak and put it on the coat hanger. Evarith got some tea started and Sasuke sat down on the table.

"I..... I wanted to say thank you." Sasuke said quietly.

Evarith looked at him weirdly.

"Why?" She asked curiously.

"For giving me the information I needed." Sasuke said simply.

"Oh yah.... That.... I still hate you for that." Evarith said.

"Thanks." Sasuke said sarcastically.

Dao put two cups on the table and filled them up with tea. Sasuke looked at his cup of tea and just stared at his reflection.

"You miss Itachi huh." Evarith whispered.

"Yah.... Now I'm the only Uchiha." Sasuke whispered.

"I warned you that nothing good comes from revenge Sasuke." Evearith whispered.

"I know now." Sasuke said softly.

Sasuke looked up at Evarith with sad eyes. Evarith hid her shock and sat next to Sasuke. She put her hand on his back and held him softly. Sauske laid hsi head on her shoulder, trying to hold back tears.

"If only I knew." Sasuke whispered.

Evarith felt bad for him and she wanted to take his pain away.

"Everybody makes mistakes Sasuke. Its just how life goes." Evarith said calmly.

"But this is the biggest mistake in the world." Sasuke said in a shakey voice.

They face one another and Evarith held Sasuke in her arms.

"Evarith?" Sasuke whispered.

"Yes Sasuke?" She whispered.

"If my plan is to fail.... I want you to run as far away as you can from the leaf village. They will go after you and probably kill you." Sasuke said sadly.

"Oh Sasuke. You shouldn't worry about me right now. I'll be fine. Its you who has to be careful." Evarith whispered.

"I know but.... I don't want you teg hurt because of my mistake.... Please be safe." Sasuke whispered.

" I'll be fine. I promise." Evarith said.

Sasuke looked at her.

"Swear on my life that nothing will ever happen to you if my mission was to go wrong." Sasuke whispered.

"No. I won't swear on your life Sasuke." Evarith said strictly.

"Please do. I.... I don't want you to get hurt because of me. I'd rather die than let them get their hands on you." Sasuke whispered.

"But why do you care all of a sudden Sauske?" Evarith asked

Sasuke quickly kissed her passionatly and Evarith couldn't believe her eyes. Sauske slowly broke the kiss before Evarith could adjust to things and looked into her eyes.

"Its because I care for you and I don't want anything bad to ever happen to you because of my stupid mistakes." Sasuke whispered.

Evarith looked at him with wide eyes and Sasuke just looked at her with desperate eyes.

"You're the only one i want Evarith and nothing will ever change that. Not even death can change my feelings for you." Sasuke whispered.

Evarith felt herself grow dizzy and she passed out.
