Vampire princesses and dark angels, can life get any stranger?
Chapter 3 : Vampire Princesses and dark angels, can't life get any stranger?[part 3: this is so not right]
ok so i tried to write this chapter like last week but they wouldn't let me update, so here i go again. I hope you enjoy! plz rate, and plz, message me... i feel sad when ppl don't message me to tell me if i'm doing a good job or what... oh yeah this is still in Kami's point of view
I watched as Kokkoro drank some blood wine. It was finally almost day for them, so it's still night. It'll be hard to get used to that's for sure... I looked at my plate, which surprisingly had human food on it. I poked at it, not sure if I really trusted these people to eat what they have given me. "Um princess," I say quietly. Kokkoro looks at me with a quiestioning look. "Can we please go back to my world, or what ever? I do have things I need to do there." Kokkoro thought for a minute.
"OK!" she finally exclaimed. I look at her confused. "You have to go to that thing called school right? Well I'm going with you, if we go back. That's my condition." School, actually that wasn't the reason I wanted to go back, but fine.
"Alright princess." I say with bow. "I'm not really hungery, so I'll see you in the uh, morning and then we can go. That ok?"
"I thought we could leave now," Kokkoro says with a smile. "After all we need to be ther during the day in your world." I sigh and shrug.
"When you're ready, princess." I say with a bow.I can tell that she hates me calling her princess. After all I'm supposed to be pretending to be her fiancee, her 'bridegroom' man life sucks right now. I watch Kokkoro carefully waiting for her to yell at me again for calling her princess. Instead she stands with a careful smile and grabs my hand.
"Alright time to go," she say gayly. The wind comes and sweeps us upand everything is filled with feathers and darkness, with bloches for purple. It's really cool now that I see it. Last time I wasn't ready for it so I passed out, now that I'm actually watching it's awsome! Then it all disapears and we're standing in an ally way in my home town. "So where do you live?"
Just when I'm about to answer someone else talks. "What are you doing princess Kokkoro! You should be getting ready for our wedding!" I turn around to see a good looking man, at least to a girls standards. His hair is black and in his eyes, larg black wings stand from his back. He has no shirt but he is wearing black jeans with chains coming off the belt loops. "And who are you to hold my wife to be's hand?!"
"Jordan, that's enough!" Kokkoro says in a comanding voice that only a princess could have. "I told you that I was not going to marry you if I found someone that I can truely love. Well I have found him." Jordan looks me up and down then smirks.
"You fell in love with a werewolf," he says with a smirk. I look at him confused. A werewolf? Me? That can't be true. "Though his blood has not rosen, it will soon. You better be prepared Kokkoro." Then just like that he was gone.
Kokkoro looked at me with big eyes. Her beautiful eyes just staring at me, though I couldn't tell if they were confused, scared, or was that intreged? "OMG!" she squeeled. "I can't believe you didn't tell me!" before I could say anything she wrapped her arms around me and hugged me tighter then I could handle. "You must be at least half human. Maybe you aren't a werewolf. Usually their blood awakens when they turn 14 or 16. You must be at least 17 by now."
"Actually 18, but yeah." I say scratching the back of my head. "I don't think that I'm part anything Princess." with that I walk out onto the street and go straight to my house. Kokkoro follows but stays outside when I go in.
"Where the hell have you been you ingrate!" my father screams, nothing he says is ever a quiestion. "Why in the hell didn't you listen to me the other day! You are good for nothing!" he stands and I know what's coming to me. He hits me time and time again in my stomach, on my face, any where he can. I take it cause I know that if I fight back the punishment would be worse.
**Kokkoro's point of view**
I stopped when Kami went into his house. I could sense hate and rage radiating from the house. I couldn't understand why Kami would want to come back to this place. Curious I walk to a window and look inside. I watch as Kami's father screams at him then starts to beat him. I can't believe Kami puts up with this day in and day out. It's amazing that he doesn't even fight back. No wonder he was able to be nice to my father. When the beating is finally over Kami walks to another part of the house then comes out shortly after. "I didn't realize that you really had it this bad. I'm sorry."
"No need to apologize." he says with a weak smile. In his hand is a bag, he carefully puts it on his back and starts to walk near the same place we actaully met. He doesn't talk at all while we walk I can't believe that he is able to go on and hasn't commited suicide or something.
"Kokkoro!" a chearful voice calls. I know that voice from any where. My sister Yume. "I can't believe you've fallen for a werewolf!"
"He isn't a werewolf." I say with a sigh. "He's just a human. Jordan is so full of shit." Yume smiles at me then looks at Kami who has just been ignoring us. "By the way if you still want to crown you can have. You like Jordan right?"
"Don't push him onto me!" Yume complains. "You are the eldest any ways. It's your responability! I don't want to marry him, he likes to controle his women." she watches Kami closely then spots one of the bruieses on his neck. "Did you beat him or something!" I shake my head and explain what all has happened. She nodds her head understanding. "So your my sis's new guy huh." she says wrapping an arm around Kami's shoulder. I really want to kill her right now.
