One lone cub was born to a wolf and his mate, but the cub was born to a pack that was already to big so the alpha male and female had no choice but to throw them out. As they were walking along another pack found them. The leader looks at the father.
“Now what’s a family like yours doing without a pack?” asked the leader.
“The pack that we were with banished us because the pack was too big and we hardly got enough food” Shadow, the father of the cub, stated, before looking at his wife, who had put the cub on the ground.
As Shadow looked at the pack before them, the cub walked past his father and by accident bumped into the alpha, Dark. Dark looked down and when he saw this cub he seemed to smile at it.
“What’s your cub’s name?” asked Dark.
“He… he doesn’t have one. Please, leave my son!” begged the cub’s mother, Midnight.
Dark chuckled as he looked at Midnight.
“And why would I hurt him? You can join my pack but be warned. You must do your fair share for the pack, or I shall banish you as well” stated Dark.
Shadow nodded as he walked forward and picked up his cub and he as well as Midnight followed the new pack. When they arrived the leader stopped.
“So, what’s your names?”
“My name is Shadow, my mate’s name is Midnight and as you know our son has no name” stated Shadow, just about to leave with his mate but then the leader said
“My name is Dark.”
Shadow and Midnight walked to a part of the cave and then thought up different names for their cub.
“Rolly” “Jack” “Amen” “Moss”
“Shut up! You two are giving me a headache! If you want a name how’s Wolflex?” another wolf asked, before walking away.
Both of them admired this name and henceforth the cub was named Wolflex.
