As soon as they entered Konoha again, the looks of scorn began. TenTen was the first to see them, Ichigo's arm draped over her shoulder lazily. She didn't even know her well, just that Naruto had been crushed. Neji popped out of seemingly no where to join her. She earned a hateful look from him too, but not for the same reason.
Ichigo pulled her pass hurriedly, trying to think of the cheapest apartment possible.
Kimiko tried to keep her emerald eyes averted to the ground, the looks from Ino and Saukra, even Sasuke were to much to bear. 'Will they ever stop?'
Hinata watched her friend and unknown guy walk by. He looked smug while she was on the verge of tears. The Hyuga heiress started toward her, only to be stopped by Sakura.
"S-Sakura-san?"
"Have you seen Naruto lately? He's a mess because of her!"
Hinata gave a curt nod before rushing off in her own direction to meet for training. She would be a bit early, but that didn't matter.
Sakura scowled as the two kept on despite what had happened. Her once hyper active team mate wasn't near as annoying any more, but he just wasn't Naruto.
Ichigo sighed, he had "saved" money over the years for emergencies, but he was turning twenty soon. Might as well settle down and continue to ruin his sister's life.
A person carrying several grocery bags collided into them. "Ah, I'm sorry." She said, trying to gather up everything that she had dropped.
"Shizune?" Kimiko asked. She was the one person so far that hadn't given her death glares, but then again her vision was blocked by brown paper bags.
"Kimiko? Oh gosh, where have you been!?"
Her eyes brimmed with tears. "Th-Thank you."
"What for?" She asked, confused as to what she had said.
"For caring." She decided after several other thoughts buzzed by.
"I hate to interupt." Ichigo started sarcastically. "But we need to get going."
Kimiko stiffened, he was tearing her away from her closest friend.
Shizune surveyed the orange haired man. She had heard that she left with him a few weeks ago without any reason at all. "You two can stay with me for a while. Its a two bedroom place."
Kimiko looked up at her brother, a silent plea in her eyes.
"Fine." He responded in a gruff tone, it would save him money after all.
