Chapter 7 : [Ryan]I Think Both Of You Have Problems5[Pete]
Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm idk! lol
“-It’s apparent she’s not a vampire” I can hear faint voices, I’m still a little hazed. “what the hell do you mean?!” “Calm down, Pete! well run some more tests, and question her, later” “Whatever, she should even be here” I slightly opened my left eye. It was a little blurry at first, but my vision slowly started to clear. I wasn’t at the house anymore,… I was in a small,… bedroom? There was a guy, his back was to me, he seemed the be concentrating on scribbling something on a piece of paper. I leaped off the bed, as he turned around, and clamped my hand over his mouth. Luckily he blinked once. He stared at me with a weird look on his face. I backed away from him and sat on the bed. He looked at me for a few seconds then nodded, and walked out of the room. What the hell!, I’m asking the questions here. This is my interrogation. By that time I was on my feet and in his face. Who was he to ask me these questions. His breath blew in my face as he spoke. It was cold, he was defiantly a vampire. He didn’t have a body temp., or from what I could hear a pulse. We were both fuming when we finally noticed someone trying to interrupt our question war. He walked into a room at the end of the hallway, I heard it lock. I sighed and materialized on the other side of the door. I heard gasps in the hallway. He growled and glared at me. I didn’t have time to react, he had slammed me against the door, holding me up by my neck. His grip on me loosened, I took that chance to pin him to the floor. He struggled to get free from my grasp.
I could hear the door close lightly. I think it would be best to contemplate my surroundings before I do anything rash.
I laid there for a while, trying to remember what had happened. Then everything came flowing it to my head. My hand automatically flew to my chest searching for the necklace, it’s not there! I suddenly felt anger flood over me. I did not do all that shit for nothing!
‘I’m going to let go of you, no talking, if I ask you a question ‘think’ it in you head, if you scream I will kill you, blink once if you understand’ I used telepathy, talking could be risky, when there could possibly be a vampire in this building.
‘Where’s my necklace?’ I tried not to sound angry, keyword ‘tried’.
‘I-I don’t know, Pete said they took something from around your neck, but he didn’t go after them, you were in pretty bad shape’ He thought with a confused look on his face.
This is not good, either way I’m going to have to make human contact. They can’t be that bad, there the one’s who brought me here, to help me, and they must be part of some group, because they were talking about vampires.
‘Go get this Pete person’ Might as well get this over with, I need that necklace back.
“I’ll be right here,… scouts honor” I said with and innocent smile.
“Wow, he was a,... very, weird guy, I guess it’s a human thing” I mumbled to myself unwrapping the random bandages on my skin.
“It is,… by the way what are you?” A voice said from the doorway.
“You saw to two vampires take something of mine?” I asked lifting my shirt halfway to take the big baggage off my chest.
“How do you know they were vampires?”
“Where did they go?”
“Why did they want that necklace?”
“Which one took it?”
“Why where they after you?”
“That’s none of your business” Maybe that was a little too harsh.
“Why are you so stubborn” Maybe not, he was harsher than I was.
“Why are you?” Well that was the pisser offer.
“Ahem!” Said that weird guy from the hallway.
“Since your awake you can go” Pete said as he started to walk away.
“I’m not done yet” I called, walking after him, pushing past the 3 guys in that stood on the hall.
“Get out!” He said darkly from the bed. I would have been scared if it wasn’t used to dark.
“Not until you answer my questions” I said back.
“Not until you answer my questions” I repeated.
“Get out” he said before I punched him in the face.
“Not until you answer my questions” I repeated again.
He sighed and nodded in defeat. I overlooked his face, he looked very uncomfortable. I could understand why, he probably felt like ‘the bitch’. Judging as I had him pinned to the floor, or it could be that I was sitting opened leg on is stomach.
