Sasuke's P.O.V

Sasuke rested his back pack straps on his shoulder and walked out of his house closing the door behind him. He had five minutes to get to the gates because he had still been looking for that dobe Naruto. He glaned to the side making sure Sakura wasn't outside of his house waiting for him. When he scanned the area and the Haruno was no where insight he walked to the sidewalk.

It took Sasuke three minutes to arrive at the gate. Before everyone else of course. He heard yelling coming from the direction of The middle of the village and saw Naruto running towards him. 'What a loser.' Sasuke thought leaning against the gate with his arms crossed.

Naruto stopped a few feet in front of him panting. "Hey teme! Where is everybody?!" He asked looking around.

"Not here yet, dobe." Sasuke replied rolling his eyes at him.

Naruto sighed in relief. "Good, now they can't say I was late." Sasuke just looked at him his anger rising. "Where were you dobe? We looked for an hour." Heasked staying calm...

"You guys couldn't find Akamaru if he came up and bit you in the nose! I was at the ramen stand dattebayo!" Naruto said with a smirk.

"But Saku---" Sasuke frowned realizing she lied to spend more time with him. He grew even more angry and blew out an aggravated breath. "What?" Naruto asked inches from Sasuke's face.

Sasuke hid his embaressment from the sudden closeness and covered Naruto's face with his hand pushing him back. "Not so close Dobe." He said as Naruto tripped over himself and fell on his back.

"Hey teme don't push me!" Naruto yelled at him growing annoyed.

Sasuke rolled his eyes and muttered a 'whatever.' Naruto got up and brushed himself off. "SASUKE-KUN!" yelled Sakura running towards him. Sasuke let out soft sigh and got ready for her onslaught of questions. He was annoyed with her already. She was just making it worse.

"Sasuke-kun! Where were you? I waited for you outside of your house! Well anyway. I packed you a lunch if you didnt already have one!" She said blushing slightly and pulling out a boxed lunch. Sasuke sighed.

"Sakura... I made my own lunch." He said letting her down easy But sure as hell not saying sorry. He wasn't sorry he came prepared. Sakura's face fell just a little and she got back to normal "well that's ok!"
