"You look..gorgeous Xaviara" Zacky said to me when I opened the door. I blushed and was about to reply when Addi stuck her head round the door.
"Id best be going! Oh look theres my dearest brother..COME ALONG MATTHEW!" She shrieked innocently jumped in the car and drove off. I laughed, and locked the front door.
"You and Addi seem to be getting along well"
"Uh, yeah we are"
"You seem a lot happier than when we first met you" He grinned, opening the car door for me. I climbed in and he started the engine. We chatted casualy on the way to the mall, thankfully nothing awkward came into conversation. When we were parking, I got a call on my cell. Regrettably I answered it.
"Has he pulled any moves on you yet?!"
"Addi fuck off!" I hissed
"Aw cmon!" I hung up after that, I looked at Zacky he was chuckling, I blushed.
"What movie are we seeing?" I asked to change the conversation.
"I was thinking Prom Night, but if you dont want to I dont mind"
"That would be fine, stop worrying" I giggled, he was so paranoid. After a few 'discussions' on who was paying for everything, I finally gave in.
"I asked you out so Im paying" was apparantly a valid reason. I did like Zacky, he made me laugh and he was very sweet. I just didnt know if I wa ready to be..falling for someone just yet. During the film, I squealed a little and Zacky held my hand. It was a good film actually, so I was glad I went. After it finished Zacky waited for me outside while I went to the bathroom. I dabbed my tattoo a little with wet tissue, cause it was still sore. I was still poking it when I came back outside.
"Awsome! When was that done?!" Zacky said in amazement.
"The other day, its still really sore."
"Aww poor little Xav" He cooed wrapped me into a hug. As I pulled away from him he stopped me, and kissed my lips. I couldnt say or do anything I was just shocked. I felt my face turn bright red. "Oh Im sorry..I didnt mean to embarass you.." He said sounding really aggitated.
"No...Its just..Ive never kissed anyone before.." I said quietly, really blushing now.
"Oh..Gosh Im so sorry to have to put you on the spot like that..Shit.."
"No Its not your fault. It just suprised me, thats all." I smiled weakly at him and tried to get rid of the awkwardness by taking his hand in mine. He returned the smile.
"Im gonna take you home now its getting late" I nodded and we drove home, talking about the movie for most of the journey. I said thank you, and shut the car door, and Zacky got out and insisted again on walking me to my door.
"Night Zacky" I said giving him a hug. He kissed me again, longer and I kissed him back..or at least I think I did. Although again, I blushed like a bleeding tomato.
"Night Xaviara." He said afterwards walking back to his car, and drove away. I smiled uncontrollabely to myself and unlocked my front door, and went straight to bed. I had a tiring day! Plus I was really tired these days.
I awoke groggily to my cell ringing. I groaned and answered it.
"Uuhhh?"
"Is that Xaviara or cave woman?!"
"Addi..Its too early..whadayawant" I slurrred.
"Are you kidding?! Its bloody 4 in the afternoon!"
"Eh?!" I spoke louder, sitting upright.
"Your body clock is a bit fucked you cabbage! TELL ME EVERYTHING!" She squealed
"Im too tired.."
"Oh Im sorry..You must have mistaken me for someone who actually gives a shit. TELL ME!" I had to laugh at that one.
"Im not telling you over the phone you muffin."
"right!" And she hung up. Bugger, I knew exactly what she was doing. She was coming to my house. I moaned and had a quick shower and got dressed. By the time I was done doing that I heard severe and continuous knocking on my front door.
"IDONT WANT TO BUY ANYTHING Oh Hi Addi!" I acted shocked to see her.
"Funny! Im not going to wait to be invited in, Im assuming its coming, and yes Id love a soda." She said, strolling into my house and takingthe soda from my hand that I hadnt even had chance to open yet. I sighed, getting myself another and slouched onto the sofa. "What happened! Since you were so rude to me on the phone, you owe me the courtesy of telling me now. Plus you owe me from yesterday."
"We got found though you fag end! And not much happened..I dont know if I wanted anything to happen either!"
"You kissed him didnt you."
"Damn you."
"I know, Im good. Is he a good kisser?"
"Couldnt really tell, wasnt a long kiss."
"Hm, So do you wana be his girlfriend?"
"I dont think so"
"HUH?"
"I dont know if I want a boyfriend right now. Plus Im not sure I even like him enough. I mean, Zacky is a great guy, really like him and that and hes hot but..I dont think I like him more than a friend. You dig?"
"Yeah I dig. That happened with me and Brian last year."
"You had a fling with Brian?!"
"Yeh but dont mention it again..Weve always been besties, but our feelings got all confused, turns out just didnt work and things got back to normal." She shrugged. "So..You doing anything tonight?"
"No..Why..?" I asked her caustiosly.
"Oh no big..Wana go to a party?" I laughed, always had something to do.
"Uh..sure, whos is it?"
"A good friend of mine. Lola."
"Oka,y..Who else is going?"
"Zacky's going if thats what you mean." She grinned slyly. "I dono about the others, a few people I know are going, you gotta meet them" She said, helping herself to a cookie.
"Well..if Zacky's going,surely the others are?"
"I dont know, I know hes going cause he has a thing for Lola's room ma-" She stopped. "Xavii I.."
"Its okay." I smiled. "Tell me next time?" She nodded and gave me a hug. "You were going to say room mate?"
"Oh yeah, I know he'll go cause hes always had a thing for Lola's room mate, Nikki. Another good friend of mine. Aqua's going too."
"Awsome." I got up and started dialing a number on my cell.
"Who are you calling?" Addi questioned me.
"Hello?" "Oh you heard about that" "Sorry" "No of course not" "Are you going to Lola's party tonight?" "Oh well I was just wondering cause me and Addi are..and Id like it if you went." "Yes really." "Okay I'll see you later"
I hung up and turned round to see Addi looking at me with a cocked eyebrow, arms folded.
"Who was that?" She asked sternly. I laughed.
"Only Brian"
"Oh ONLY Brian?!" She grinned, I threw a cushion at her and it hit her in the face. "Wana go to the mall?!" I laughed at her, always wants to go somewhere.
"Sure..And I know why you want to go Adalia MarieSanders you cant fool me" I stuck my tongue out and walked towards the door. "Come one!"
"Oh yeah Xaviara I dont know your middle name yetbut you will tell me cause you love me Kyian, why would that be?" She said all in one breath, running out the door and leaping into her car. Well Matt's car.
"Theres someone at this party you have the hots for..so you want a new outift to luuuurrre them, am I right?" I suggested, winking as I clambered into the passenger seat.
"Dayumm!" She moaned. I knew her well already. We argued about why she wouldnt tell me, untill I gave up seeing as we had arrived. "So do we want to look seductive and sexy, or cute and approachable?"
"Hmm..In between" I answered.
"Good answer" She giggled, pulling me into a nearby shop. We shopped for about 2 hours, and decided to go back to my house.
"So..You gonna tell me who it is yet?" I asked her, we were laying on the living room floor, throwing popcorn at each other.
"Nope"
"Why not!"
"Cause you'll laugh"
"Try me" I said, throwing a handful at her.
"Bitch! Okayy..Um..Jimmy" She mumbled. I gasped.
"No way!"
"Shuttup! Yes way..Anyway can we get ready now?"
"Ha, yeah nice change of the subject. Okay then." Addi got changed first, she looked stunning. Black and white plaid mini skirt, a long sleeved white top, underneath a black vest top, both reasonably low cut.To top it off, a red tie, and red converse.
"You look stunning Addi" I whistled, she blushed and hit me round the head.
"Thanks, your turn." I stuck my tongue out at her and went to get changed myself. I was wearing black hot pants with a silver belt. Light blue converse, and light blue, silver and black corset top. We both back combed our hair. Addi had a lot of black eyeliner on and red eyeshadow. I also, had a lot of eyeliner and blue eyeshadow. Addi whistled at me whenI came down the stairs.
"LETS GO BETCH!" She sceamed with excitement, I rolled my eyes at her.
"Your driving cause I dono where it is"
"Well GET IN THE CAR THEN!"
"Is someone a little excited to be seeing Jimmy?" I grinned. She hit me across the face. "Oi!"I squealed.
"Sorry.." She giggled. And she drove us to Lola's and Nikki's. Wasnt too far away. "Ready?" She asked me, we were on the front porch, music blasting from the indside.She was just about to open the door when it opened anyway.
"DAY!" Two voices screamed and attacked Addi with hugs.
"HIYAAA" Addi shrieked back. "Lola, Nikki, this is Xavii, Xavii, this is Nikki and Lola." She pointed to them in turn. Lola was shortish, she had black and pink hair, a lot of eye makeup on with green/grey eyes. She had snakebits and ears pierced twice. I could see several tattoos. A rose around her belly button and 3 stars on her wrist. A small heart on her neck. Nikki was taller, about 5"6 maybe, shoulder length reddish hair, with blackish colour on the underneath, with shocking strawberry blonde highlights on top. Her eyes were bluey hazel, blue on the outside, hazel on the inside, pretty combination. Ears pierced twice and one on the left cartilidge. She had a lot of eye makeup on and I could see a tattoo on her wrist, a nautidal star. Both of them, stunningly beautiful.
"Hey!" The spoke to me in unison. I grinned and said Hi back. "Come in then!" Lola giggled, and we advanced inside. Lola left us to mingle with other guests where as Nikki stayed with us.
"Have you seen Zacky?" She asked us. I shook my head. I could see she liked him too. I was glad, at least if they ever dated he would be with someone who was sure of thier feelings for him. I looked at Addi, she wasnt saying anything and her cheeks were flushed. I thought it would have been from the heat of inside but I followed her gaze, to Jimmy. I nudged her and winked. "No way!" Nikki saw me nudge.
"Yes way" I grinned.
"Why didnt you tell me Lee!"
"Huh? Oh sorry.."
"What the-" I felt someone grab my waist from behind. I turned round to see Zacky grinning, he tried kissing me. I saw Nikki's face fall a million feet. I ducked out the way.
"Huh?" He looked hurt. "Whats the matter?"
"I need to talk to you Zach." I pulled him outside.
"You look hot" He said blushing.
"Zacky..Im sorry but.. I dont think anything between you and I is going to work."
"Why..Have I done something?!" He said, worried.
"No, its just, I really like you and all that, just not more than a friend. I dont want it to come between our friendship. Im sorry.."
"No..its okay. Im glad you told me. And dont worry, we're still best mates yeah?" He said holding out his arms for a hug. I embraced it and smiled. Relieved.
"Of course. So..I heard you have a thing for Nikki?"
"Oh is that why your telling me this."
"No..Well yes sort of. But I had to tell you anyway, but she likes you, why dont you go for it?"
"I dono..Maybe..I always thought she had a thing for Brian."
"No. Idiot." I laughed and walked back inside. I took Nikki out the way. "Theres nothing going on between Zacky and me. He likes you too." I smiled. She beamed and hugged me.
"You didnt have to do that."
"I wanted to, its okay"
"You came!" I felt myself attacked or rather hugged to death. "You came you came!"
"Brian??" I tried to free myself. "Brian Im choking.."
"Oh sorry..I just havent seen you in ages."
"Its okay Brian..Just let me go now" He did as I had told him, and he grinned.
"So why arent you cuddling with Zacky or something." He asked, but didnt sound interested at all.
"I dont have feeings for Zacky, Brian. Him and I are just friends."
"Yeah thats why you went on a date with him, and thats why you came all dressed up..to impress him!" He said hurtfully. I was taken aback.
"Brian..thats a load of bullshit, Ive argued with you once already dont make me pissed off again! It is a party..I am alowed to dress up! Im not here to impress Zacky!"
"Oh give over..He wants you, thats why he asked you on a date"
"LOOK OVER THERE BRIAN" I said sternly, pointing at the other side of the room. Zacky was flirting with Nikki, Nikki blushing madly.."Well would you look at that! They seem to be getting on rather well dont you think!"
"Xavii, Im..Sorry"
"Yeah, sure you are" I spat at him and went to find Addi.
"Hey I think we met yesterday?" I spun round.
"Oh hi, yeah Aqua right?"
"Yeh and your Xavii?" I nodded. "Forgive me if I seem nosey, did you just have a spat with Brian?" I nodded.
"He thinks Im in love with Zacky. Cause he took me to the movies yesterday. And apparantly I only dressed up to impress Zach."
"Well..I think your the only one who cant see it."
"See what?"
"Brian totally has a crush on you. Its jealousy honey."I stared. "Its true..but anyway, if your looking for Addi shes talking with Lola."
"Oh. Thanks"
"No problem, have you seen Johnny anywhere?" I raised my eyebrows. "Oh please dont tell anyone! Especially not Nikki?"
"Why not Nikki? And no I wont dont worry."
"Cause shed tease me, she hs ever since we were little."
"Are you sisters?" I guessed. She nodded.
"Im 2 years younger, Im in Johnny's year." She blushed. "I dont want to get into your business or anything..but maybe you should sort things out with Brian? I mean..he really likes you." I nodded.
"Yeah your right, Johnny's over there. Thanks" I said, smiling getting up to go find Brian.
"Its okay, and thanks Xavii" She called after me. I looked everywhere for him, I looked outside and was just about to go back in, when I saw him. With Mindy.
