"Are you guys ready for the ultimate prank!" Gary said and you stood their for a few minutes and blinked at him, trying your best to take in all of the information.
"Uh…can you go over that again?" You stuttered quietly and Gary just ran his hand through hair and sighed.
"Okay, this is what were going to do, you are going to go to the prefect part and distract them all, and while your there, Jimmy is going to total wreck this school, you don't need to know about that though." He said and even though you are pretty sure that he was trying to be reassuring, you didn't feel that way at all.
"Okay, well I guess I'll head over to the party know," You frowned as you headed back to your dorm and changed into your prefect uniform. For some reason you weren't allowed to wear a costume to the party, and you had talked to the other prefects before, and no offense them and all.
BUT THEY ARE BOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGG.
All they talk about is the rules and how great Bullworth academy is, and you're pretty sure that everyone else in the school disagrees with that statement. And even though everyone at this school is pretty much in insane, you have a better time hanging out with them.
That's why you were sighing so much as you stood in the corner of the party, with a half empty cup of punch in your hand as you watched the Prefects mingle with the teachers. You shifted nervously from one foot to the other as you constantly looked out of the window, catching a few glimpses of the others crawling through windows and stuff.
"Hey Newbie, what's wrong with you?" One of the older Prefects asked you.
"Oh I'm fine, I'm just not really feeling like myself tonight," You said flatly and he gave you a weird look and than a kind smile.
"I know how you feel, sometimes these parties can be a real bore, most of these guys wouldn't know fun if it came and hit them on the head with a brick," He said making a goofy face that caused you to chuckle. "Wow, so there are Prefects who haven't lost their sense of humor yet!"
"And I can't believe that either, all these people care about our rules, rules, and reputation. It must be unhealthy," You observed.
"Well rules are extremely important, that's the reason why I became an Prefect in the first place, I mean rules are the only true fundamentals of a good society," He said and you felt your eye twitching ever so slightly. "But I also believe in having fun!"
"Well it's nice to see some well balanced people here," You smiled slightly, "My name is Chelsey, nice to meet you."
"People just call me D, I really hate my real name so don't ask me what it is…" he said as he scratched his head and you nodded as if to mention that you understand. Even though he wasn't completely normal, he was the closest person to it you met so far.
"Anyway so where are-" You started to ask when a preppy student ran in, out of breath as he leaned against the door frame.
"SOME ONE IS MESSING UP THE SCHOOL!" He yelled and you felt your heart sink as you thought back to Jimmy, Gary and Petey.
"Quick let's get going," D yelled but you grabbed his arm out of pure reaction trying to stop him. "What are you doing Chelsey?"
"Uh-uh, why are we rushing I mean come on it's just some kids messing around!" You say nervously.
"Chesley, that's treason against the school in a major way, and that is something I don't stand for, now come on you’re a Prefect, so act like one and let's go get those people!" He said as he started to run leaving you their a little dumbfounded, but eventually you started to run in the same direction.
You were running outside now, and a few of the prefects had grabbed Gary, Jimmy and Petey. But they had mask's on so you couldn't tell their identities, and as you saw Professor Crabblesnitch walk up to them, your heart started to beat a million miles per second.
"So you hooligans thought you could get away with this but you where wrong!" He said in a harsh tone and you felt your feet grow roots and plant themselves in the ground. "You guys are going to get so punish for this!"
"It wasn't us I swear!" Petey cried and you felt your heart get faster.
"It was you we saw you guys fleeing the crime scene, anymore excuses you would like to try out?"
"Uh…Uh we where put up to it!" Petey said and Professor Crabblesnitch's eyebrow rose in amusement.
"Really by who? Gary or Jimmy?" He asked and you could see Petey get more and more nervous as he looked around.
"It couldn't have been them Professor Crabblesnitch," Gary had finally spoken "I mean why would someone so great as Gary put them up to that?"
"I don't why don’t you tell me GARY!" Crabblesnitch yelled as he ripped off Gary's mask, and than Jimmy's and Petey's. "I'll have you know, you boys do nothing but cause trouble, I am going to expel you for this, so you guys will never ever come back and taint the hallways of my school again."
You began to get really afraid at this point and you couldn't find your voice, but continued to watch on in horror as the boys looked at each other in disappointment in being caught.
"Unless someone comes forth and admits they put you up to this, than your punishment would be a mere detention for falling into peer pressure," Crabblesnitch said as he observed the faces of the crowd that had gathered around them now.
And you always find your voice at probably the worst/best times possible.
"I DID IT!"
Everyone's head's turned to you in shock, and D who was standing their next to you, kind of took a few steps away to get a better look at you.
"Chelsey?" Crabblesnitch asked in surprise.
"Yeah I did it, I am so sick of how this school is under the false pretense that it's so great I was sick of it, so I pressure Gary Jimmy and Petey into doing this by threating them with my Prefect power." You lied and Professor Crabblesnitch walked up to you shaking his head.
"Destruction of School Property, Extortion, Abuse of Power, Curroption, Treason, I expected great things from you Chelsey Arnolds, but apparently I was wrong…" He sighed and turned to the boys again. "You may leave, and as for you Ms. Arnolds…" Crabblesnitch took another sigh.
"You are not allowed to come on school campus for 3 months, you cannot stay in the dorms or eat in the cafeteria. Housing will be provided for you in the town…in other words…
You are Suspended…"
