Let's Put A Smile On That Face.
Chapter 3 : Let's Put A Smile On That Face. Part 2
Sorry it took so long but here's the 2nd part. Let me know what you think.
It's been 4 years since I moved to Gotham and I love this city. Even with all the crime and soiled alley ways. Like today walking home from work, I saw a great idea for a painting. In an alley someone spray-painted some black eyes and a red smile. I took out my digital camera and took a picture of it. After that I continued my way home.
Home is a one bedroom loft apartment. My uncle Harvey is leasing for me. It was a birthday present from my dad and Harvey. Uncle Harvey also took care of rent as long as am in collage. My major is art and during my second year got a job at Gotham City Museum. I stated off as receptionist and now I do tours.
As soon as I got home I locked my door and tore off my clothes. I hated my work uniform, which today was black pin-striped pants suit with a purple top. After I got out of my suit, am off too the shower. I have to get ready because am going to a dinner benefit for Uncle becoming the new District Attorney. I found this amazing grown. It stops at my ankles, plus it changes to green, blue, or purple depending on the light hitting it. After my nice, hot shower I got my dress off my bed and put it on. I put all my hair in a pony tail except two in front. I curled the front and curled the rest in the pony tail. I started applying some dark purple shadow on eyes and purple eyeliner. Than I put on some clear lip gloss. I don't like to put that much make-up on anymore. But as I was doing finishing touches I thought I saw something move in the building across from my room. I walked over to the window and looked at the abandon factory. I swear I saw something at the broken window but I guess it's just my mind playing with me. Standing for a moment at the window I decide I had go to, I needed to find a gift for my uncle.
I watched her as she got ready. That dress is perfect. It's purple the way she's standing right now. Over the past years I have spied on her and her uncle. I think it's humorous that Dent thinks he can clean up Gotham. Dent isn't much fun to watch, but she is. She's sweet and caring but under that I see evil. I see it in blood-soaked paintings. And she shows her darker side off with the collection of knives all over the walls and bookcases of her apartment.
I still haven't seen her smile. Not one smile in even of the newspaper clippings she's in with Dent. Or any of the pictures I've taken of her.I want to corrupt her. I want to bring out the contempt in her heart. Maybe that would put a smile on her face. Oh, yes I think that would. An alluring face like that deserves a smile and AM GOING TO GIVE IT TO HER. You'll see. Hahahahahahahahaha!!!!!
