This is how our story begins......... when the King of the sea (Neptune) made it a law that no human could have a child with a mer. Well..... it was broken......A LOT. But I'm whole mer not half. But mostly ALL of my friends are half.... except for one. And her name is Maddie. Of course we've known each other since the day we were born. Well were both twelve now and I just found out that I'm moving. My last day of school was my worst. I felt like crawling up in a hole and staying there. Well we've been separated for about a week now and the letters STILL keep coming. I start school next week and I know my life will be miserable on the first day.
