That night, Allison decided to go for a little walk to take some fresh air. Susan had joined her.
‘’So have you spoken to Peter?’’ Susan asked Allison.
‘’No. You?’’
‘’A little’’
‘’What did he say?’’ Allison asked curiously.
‘’Well…I can assure you he’s not an idiot. He was the same old big brother I used to have again’’
‘’That’s nice…should I go see him?’’
‘’I don’t think you need to’’ Susan said eyeing something behind Allison. Allison turned to find Peter.
‘’I’ll leave you two alone…’’ Susan said leaving discretely.
‘’Allison you don’t have to say anythi – ‘’
‘’I don’t think I can do this Peter’’
‘’Do what?’’
‘’Peter when I look at you, I still see the person that hurt me. I try to look past it but I can’t forget when you looked at me and told me all those things…’’
‘’I understand’’
‘’Peter I do love you. But it’s just…’’
‘’Listen, I won’t make you do anything…you can hate me, you don’t have to love me and be with me forever. I’m not expecting you to want to be with me anyways. But I do want you to know one thing…’’
Allison looked into his eyes and saw sincerity.
‘’I love you Allison. I always have and always will. I know I hurt you, and I know I hurt you really bad. But that wasn’t me. I’d die before being with another girl, and before telling you all those horrible things. She made me into someone else. Not by talking me into it, but by using her creepy little magic. Allison I love you’’ Peter sounded desperate. Allison couldn’t say anything. It was Bethany’s magic who made him who he was. She still couldn’t see to speak. So Peter just straightened up and was about to turn away.
‘’You know, everyday since Bethany got here, I was mad at you, and I wanted to hate you…I tried to convince myself that I had to forget you’’ Allison said.
Peter’s eyes looked hurt by what Allison said.
‘’But I could never hate, or forget you’’
Peter looked up at her hopefully, and when he saw her smile, he went over to her and kissed her with absolute passion. And she kissed him back. She knew she couldn’t find better than Peter anywhere. She knew he loved her and that he, the real Peter she fell in love with, would never do what he did. She decided to trust Peter with every inch of her heart. And Peter knew better than to let go of someone like Allison.
‘’So you forgive everything I said?’’ Peter said to Allison.
Allison nodded still lost in his eyes.
The End.
