A Puppets Love Can Be Strong(Sasori Love Story)
Chapter 8 : A Puppets Love Can Be Strong Part 7
"Sasori. I actually find this a fine idea. Making her your subordinate could definitely improve the Akatsuki in the future. Seeing as she was able to fight against Akatsuki members before." Pein peered down at you who stood next to Hiruko, Sasori being inside this puppet.
"Hey! She somehow knew what I could do if I drank her blood so she fucking found a way to wipe the blood off my scythe before I could drink it!" Hidan shouted in annoyed furry. You tilted your head to the side to glance at him.
"Hmm. Christine. How was it that you knew about Hidan's strategy?" You looked back to him, "I once read a book about Jashin and it included some of the most used fighting strategies and specialties the Jashin believers would have used."
He nodded, "Very well. When Sasori decides you are a good enough puppet master, then I probably will get you to join the Akatsuki." "Huh?!?" Hidan said in surprise. "She was able to escape from Hidan, so once she is done her training it is likely I will make her an Akatsuki member." Pein thought allowed.
You kept your eyes on Pein and never changed your emotionless expression. "Hmm. You may all go." Pein's shadow disappeared as did the one you now knew as Konan and the one belonging to Zetsu. Hidan grumbled and glared at you before stomping off to his room. Kakuzu chuckled, "Now I can bug him about a little girl beating him!"
You rolled your eyes and Sasori said, "She actually isn't a bad shinobi. She only begun puppet mastery yesterday and she is already doing well with it." Kakuzu rolled his eyes before following after Hidan.
Itachi also went back to his room but his partner Kisame, walked up to you, "Hey Christine. If you want, I could show you around the base and-" "She isn’t interested in you Kisame. And since I am the one teaching her, I will the one to show her around." Sasori waved Hiruko's tail and pointed it at Kisame before turning to you, "Let's go Christine."
You nodded once and followed Sasori. "Don't worry Kisame, un. It’s not that Christine hates you, it's just that Master Sasori is planning to have her all to himself." Deidara chuckled before dodging a few kuni thrown by Sasori.
You glanced back at Deidara and Kisame before following Sasori into the hallway. Sasori showed you to the kitchen, the living room and the medical room as well as to his room which is where you still had to stay. Sasori refused to show you to the entrance of the base in case you ever tried to escape, not thinking of the fact that to open it, you needed to know a certain hand sign.
Since it was nearly midnight, you and Sasori both went to bed and Sasori again, made you sleep in the bed next to him.
~~~~~~~
When you woke up, you had to sigh in relief that you never found your self cuddled up to Sasori and that his arm wasn't on top of you like last time. You quietly got up and had a shower and got ready in the bathroom.
When you came out, you saw Sasori putting on his Akatsuki cloak. Sasori glanced at you before buttoning up his cloak. You bent down next to the bed and tossed your bag under it and stood up and walked over to Sasori, "Seeing as everyone now knows I am here, am I allowed to leave this room without you with me?"
Sasori turned to you, "I suppose that would be fine." You nodded once before walking to the door and opening it before walking out. You shut it behind you and walked to the room that was the kitchen.
"Hey Zetsu, is your dumb ass subordinate coming today? Un." Deidara asked with a hint of distaste. Zetsu turned to him, "Yes." Zetsu glanced over to the door and seen you walking in. Deidara followed Zetsu's gaze, "Hey Christine! What do you think about, 'good boys?' Un."
You looked at him and gave him a look, "Good boys?" Deidara chuckled, "I mean, annoying idiots who jump around acting childish, calling themselves a good boy constantly? Un." You blinked, "I haven't ever met someone who's done that before."
Deidara chuckled, "You will today, un." You raised an eyebrow before sensing someone behind you so you turned to see Itachi and Kisame walk past you. Kisame grinned at you and you gave him a weird look before turning forward again and hoping he never noticed it.
You turned around again and saw Sasori coming from down the hall. You glanced back and saw Zetsu pass you and turned back to see Sasori walk up to you, and he and Zetsu passed one another before Sasori walked past you, "Come on Christine."
You followed Sasori, who was again in Hiruko, into the kitchen and sat where he told you to sit. He walked over to the fridge and Kisame sat down next to you. You turned to face him and he asked, "Do you think I'm… Creepy? Or that I look kind of like a monster?"
"No. I have seen a lot of different people and you're definitely more normal than some of them." You replied blankly. Kisame smirked, "Glad to know. So, do you think I am good looking then?"
You glanced at him, "… I don't think you need to know who I think is and, or isn’t good looking." Kisame frowned and turned his head away in a pout. Sasori walked over and had a plate being held up by his tail, "Kisame. Leave Christine alone." "I think Deidara was telling the truth." Kisame grumbled.
Sasori set the plate in front of you, "Eat it. And Kisame, the reason is that I don't need her in a relationship which could distract her from her training." "Humph, yeah right." Kisame said with a pouty tone. "Kisame, stop pouting." Itachi spoke with a hard edge to an emotionless tone.
Kisame instantly shut up but glared at nothing in particular. "No Tobi! Wait!" Zetsu's voice from in the hallway was heard before a cheerful person in an orange mask hopped into the doorway. "Hi everybody! Tobi is a good boy!"
You blinked and turned to Deidara, "Is this the boy you were talking about?" Deidara turned to you with a look of detest and annoyance before smirking at you, "Yep, un." You turned back to the boy and he said, "Hey! There is a girl in here! Zetsu-san! Is she a new Akatsuki member? Wait! How come girl is chosen before Tobi? Tobi is a good boy!"
Zetsu sighed as he walked into the doorway, "She isn't an Akatsuki member Tobi. She is Sasori's new subordinate." "Oh cool! Hi Sasori's new subordinate! I am Tobi! Tobi is a good boy!"
You gave him a small look, "Uh, Hi. My name is Christine." Tobi jumped up, "Does Christine think Tobi is a good boy!?!?" You gave him a small look, "I don't know you enough to decide that." "Oh." Tobi hung his head down but it shot right back up, "Does Deidara-san think Tobi is a good boy?"
"No! No Deidara doesn’t! un." Deidara gave him an angry look before rethinking what he had just said. "Aww, that's mean Deidara-san! Does Sasori-san think Tobi is a good boy?" "No." Sasori replied while rolling his eyes.
Tobi said sadly, "Oh. Does Kisame-san think-" "Sure now stop asking people." Kisame interrupted. "Yay!" Tobi started to hop around the table. "Tobi, that's enough." Zetsu ordered calmly. "Ok Zetsu-san! Tobi sorry! Tobi is a good boy!"
You turned down to your plate and began to eat what was on it. You never joined the conversation around the table as everyone ate and when you finished, you got up and put your dishes away silently.
You noticed Sasori glance at you as you left the kitchen and could hear him follow you as you walked back to his room. When you got there, you grabbed the little doll and sat on the bed with crossed legs as you controlled the little doll to do certain moves.
Sasori came in and shut the door behind him before getting out of his puppet. He turned to you and you glanced at him before looking back to the doll. Sasori walked over to the bed, "You are allowed to join the conversations going on you know."
"I know but I am not much of one who talks a lot in things like that. If you asked anyone that knows me, they'd say that I am often quiet and out in my own world." You rolled your eyes, remembering when your old teammates had said that about you. Of course, Naoishi would also always add, 'But she is really hot!'
You made the doll dance and spin a little and soon its movements became quite graceful. Sasori watched the doll and held a small look of surprise at how graceful it was. It leaped up and seemed to float in the air, before smacking into Sasori's face.
You couldn't help but laugh lightly from his expression before, during and after the crash. You cleared your throat to stop your laughing and looked up at Sasori as he held the doll in his hand and glared at it. His eyes widened as he turned his gaze to you with a smirk.
"What's so funny Christine?" Sasori asked teasingly. You crossed your arms, "Your expressions, Sasori." Sasori sighed, "Too bad I never saw you smile. I guess you still can't go visit your father yet, hmm?"
You blinked and set your arms on your lap, "I forgot about that." Sasori smirked and blushed very lightly at his next thought, 'She has such a cute laugh.' He began to scold himself mentally before looking at you and tossing the doll back.
You caught it and looked down at it as you held it in your lap. Sasori sat on the edge of the bed, "You are doing very well with your training, as I am sure I have already told you. We will go outside to train shortly. So relax for now but in an hour or so, be ready because I won't go easy on you."
"Hmm. When will I get to use weapons in the puppet?" You asked with a normal tone. "When I decide to let you. Probably another week or so." Sasori looked away as he spoke and turned to face you. You nodded, "Alright."
Sasori turned away in thought but turned back to you, "What do you like to do for fun?" "For fun? Umm." "What do you like?" Sasori asked with a slightly raised eyebrow. "Sushi, quiet, traditional festivals sometimes…"
"Well then, I guess we will be going to a festival, tomorrow night. It's a traditional one in a village by Konoha, called Chouna." (Made up) Sasori informed you.
