Chapter 9 : Sherwood Landed In My Living Room~Chapter 9~Robin Hood BBC
Yes, I know that you were promised this chapter mucho grande long ago, buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut I'm lazy, so you have it now. Huzzah! =D Enjoy XD
It was 7 AM, and I had been awake all night.
My head was throbbing from the lack of sleep, and I really wasn't looking forward to everyone else getting up and bugging me.
I don't think I could have handled everyone by myself when I felt like this, so I was sort of glad Deliah was coming over. Hopefully, she would help me babysit, and she wouldn't pass out at the sight of them. That would be bad.
But the only problem was how do I explain what's going on to her when I don't even know.
I was sitting silently in my bedroom, watching reruns of Family Guy, when I heard someone walking around.
Ughh, they're waking up. I thought as I stood up and shut my TV.
I walked into my living room to see a very frazzled Much pacing back and forth, mumbling something to himself.
"Um... good morning?"
"What? Oh, hello." He said without turning to face me.
"Uh, can I ask why you're pacing?"
He stopped and looked up at me. "I'm trying to figure something out." Well, somebody has an attitude!
I just stared at him, "And that would be...?"
He looked at me as if it was the most obvious thing in the world, "I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to make breakfast! I obviously cannot start a fire in here!"
Is he serious?! Was all I could think before i started hysterically laughing.
"What? What is it? I demand that you tell me what is so funny!" He shouted impatientally at me.
I finally calmed down a bit and said, "Don't worry. I'll make breakfast." But I couldn't hold my laughter in for too long, because I started cracking up again on the way to the kitchen.
I took eggs out from my fridge and started cooking them when my cell started to ring.
"Hello?"
"Abby! Hey!"
"What? Elizabeth, is this you?"
"Yeah! I'm coming home early!" She shouted excitedly into the phone.
"Really?!"
"Yeah! I'm in the airport now! I should be home in about 5 and a half hours!"
"OMG, Lizzy!" I exclaimed, "That's amazing!
"I know! And I- Oh, I have to go, plane's here! Bye!"
"Bye, see you soon!" When I hung up my phone, I was nearly jumping up and down in excitment.
Lizzy was my absolute best friend. Not only that, but she was my sister. She'd been studying in London and I hadn't seen her for over a year, and I missed her terribly.
"Oi! Who's making all that noise!" I heard Allan complain. I hadn't noticed that I actually was jumping up and down in excitment.
"Oh, sorry." I said embarassed as started turning red.
"It doesn't matter now, I'm up anyway." He said as he stretched and walked into the kitchen.
My face was still red from embarassment, and the fact that Allan was in the same room as me wasn't helping.
"You're blushing again." He whispered, and I jumped, nearly threw the eggs I was cooking on the floor in panic.
He laughed as he walked into the dining room and sat down.I started to blush again. Why did I always have tofreaking blush?
Soon after, everyone woke up, and we all sat at the table for breakfast pretty much in silence, except for Much who was going on and on and on about how he wish he could have made breakfast blah blah blah...
By the time everyone was done eating it was around 8:30, so I only had 3 and a half hours to try to come up for an explanation for Deliah. Clearly, I wasn't going to be able to do this on my own, so I called in reinforcements.
"Do you think you guys can help me with something?" I asked everyone as they sat down in my living room.
Of course, Much was the first one to open his mouth. "Well, it honestly depends. I for one will not take part in any hazardous acticity that you may or may not have planned, and so-"
"Of course we will." Robin cut him off. I really wish somebody with permanetly shut Much up. His constent babbling was beginning to get a bit aggravating.
"Thanks." I smiled and continued, "I have um, a friend coming over. And I uh, need you to help me figure out how to explain this to her."
"Explain what?"
I sat down on the floor and looked up at Robin, "You."
It was silent as everyone thought of what to do.
The silence was broken by Wills voice. "Can you not tell her not to come?"
I shook my head, "Unfortunately not. Deliah is...well, very stubborn. She never takes no for an answer, and-" I stopped talking when I heard my cell vibrating next to me. I opened it and saw there was a text from Deliah. It read, "Heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy Ab! I woke up like, ridiculously early so I have like a bunch of time to kill, and I'm mucho grande bored and stuff, so I'm gonna be at your house in like 10 minutes so yeah see you soon!!!!! XD"
"Oh no." I whispered as I stared at my phone in shock, not believing what was written.
"What? What's wrong?"
"She'll be here in 10 minutes. We only have ten minutes."
"I'm not being funny, but I don't think this will end well."
"Yeah... I know."
Now what was I supposed to do?!
