Chapter 4
Novak's Point of View
Getting to the room I relized how bad the siduation really was. "Welcome home." Bailey said with a sigh. "Babe, its way better then Bam's right now." I said. "Yeah. I guess your right. Well let's see. We need clothes. Food. and what else?" she asked me. "Umm. Toothpaste and all that stuff." I said. "I promis ill pay you back once I can get my wallet. If Bam doesnt burn it." I said laughing. "Dont worry about it." she said laughing back.
Once we got to Bailey's car, we decided to try the Baltimore Mall. "FOOD!" Bailey yelled and ran to the food court. "Slow down!" I said while laughed and running twards her. "Ill have the number 2 with a large frie and Large Coke." she told the women at the register. I looked at my watch, it was already 4:33pm. Damn, the day went fast. "Bran, what do you want?" Bailey asked me. "Uhh ill have the same." I told women. "That will be $14.84" the women said as Bailey handed her a $20. We got our food and sat down at a table. "Damn, the day went fast." I said. "I know" Bailey said with a full mouth. "Wow. For how skinny you are ive never seen you eat like this before!" I said and she laughed.
When we were done, she handed me one of her credit cards and said "Here. Get what you want. It will be easier if we split up. Get clothes and stuff like that. That's my spare and has $500 on it, just spend that." "Umm. I dont think ill spend that much but okay! I have my cell." I said and walked away to the clothing store.
Bailey's Pont of View
Ughh! Theres no good stores here! I got alot from Abercrombie and Hollister. My mind was racing so fast I couldnt think of what I needed next. So I walked to CVS for toothpast and a toothbrush. When I went down that isle I saw Brandon. "Got your stuff, im getting tired?" he asked. "Yeah." I said picking up my toothpaste. I was kinda suprised on now mad he seemed. I was hoping it wasent about the talk we needed to have.
When we got to the car we put our stuff in the back. Brandon said he would drive. Half way "home" he said "I didn't forget." Great. This was the last thing i needed.
