"My gosh!" I yelled. "Me?!" "Yea, you." Zack said while laughing. "I love you!"
Why Zack, the hottest kid at Martin High, just asked me out is unknown. But I don't really want to give why any thought. God, I couldn't believe it. Wait until I tell Anne, Tina, and Adrianna! They will be shocked!
Anne, Tina, and Adie are my BFFS. Most people call us the nerd herd, but I don't care. People will stop calling us that when they hear about my new boyfriend. They will-
"Hello? Cary? You there?" I heard from my phone. I've been daydreaming, I forgot I was on the phone with Zack!
"Hi. Sorry, babe. I, uh, pressed a button with my cheek. I was, uh, trying to fix it." Yeah Cary. Real smooth.
"Well, anyway." Zack began. "I'll pick you up at 8 tommorow. We'll go to Belamarro's. OK?"
Eeeee! I thought. Belamarro's is the most fancy restaraunt around here!
I tried to act calm. "8. Got it. See you then. Bye!"
"See ya." Zack answered, and hung up.
"Mom," I yelled. "I'm going on a date with Zack!"
"That McFarland boy?" Mom responded. "He's a darling!"
"I'm telling Tina!" I exclaimed, but remembered Tina's phone linewas acting wierd. So I emailed her.

I imagined Tina's mouth falling wide open, gasping. I imagined her being stunned. I imagined her yelling "What the... Cary and Zack!!!!" I imagined her making up a couple name for us. She'll probably make up something like Cack. Cack sounds gross for some reason. Maybe Zary. Yea, I like Zary!
I flopped on my bed. Tomorrow at 8 will be the best ever!
