Well, this story is going to be about five people...four at the start, that decide to make a band, some for fun, some being serious. It's about this band starting from a garage, and make their way to the top. How will five seventeen year old teens make it all the way? Stay tuned and see!

"Make a band?" repeated Ryan, questionably. You nodded.
"Yeah, why not?" you asked. You looked at him with a smile.
"Uh...I mean, I'm not against it, but it seems a little..." he trailed off, looking for the right word.
"A little..." you repeated, looking at him, wanting him to go on.
"I mean...I'll do it, don't get me wrong. But..."
"But what, Ryan?" you asked. You didn't get why he didn't understand.
"I don't know, Mitch." Ryan threw his hands up in defeat, and you laughed triumphantly.
"So is it decided?" you asked.
"Uh - huh," said Kris. "You on drums, Mitch," he said, pointing at you. "Ryan on lead guitar, and me on bass, and finally, Ashton on rythym guitar."
"Now all we need is a singer," you said, rubbing your chin.
"Male or female?" Kris asked.
"Doesn't matter, as long as they have an awesome voice," you said. Ryan sighed.
"Damnit Ryan, you're really ruining the moment," you said. He looked up.
"Sorry...its just that..."
"What? What is it Ryan?" asked Kris. He was very frustrated, about as frustrated as you were.
"Where are we going to find the money? And what if...what if we suck?"
"Ryan, you don't have to worry," you said. "You're the freaking best guitarist I've ever seen up close," you said. "Kris is the best bassist ever too. Mitch is the best drummer I've seen too," explained Ashton. You blushed slightly.
"Oh, you," you said, teasingly. You slapped him on his arm as if you were flirting with him.
"Anyways," said Ryan. "We need to find a singer," he said. The four of you thought hard.
"But who's going to want to come sing for us?" Ryan retorted.
"Shut up, Ryan," Kris said jokingly. Everyone went silent for a second.
"Maybe...maybe if we put up a sample of our music, then people will want to join?" you suggested.
"Probably the best idea," said Ashton. "Let's get started," he said.
"Whoa, whoa, hold on. Everyone have amps and crap?" you asked. They all nodded.
"Alright, well meet you in my garage in a few," you said. The other three departed, and you went into your garage. A single drumset lay there, complete with six cymbals, four toms and a floor tom, a high hat, and a brand new snare. You had bought a double bass for your bass drum, and it sounded...decent. As soon as you tested it out, you felt like you should have spent the extra twenty for the better one. Your cymbals consisted of three crash cymbals, one ride, one splash, and one china. This drumset had cost you a lot, but it was worth it. And it would be even more worth it if your new band turned famous.
After a bit of waiting, your new bandmates filed in one by one. Of course, Ryan was last in with his guitar. After a bit of setting up, the instruments and their respective amplifiers were set up, and you were on your throne, drumsticks in hand.
"Alright!" you said. "One, two, three, go!" you said, clicking your drumsticks. You were the only one that hit your crash. Everyone just looked at you.
"What are we playing?" asked Ryan.
"Oh yeah, I forgot," you said, blushing. "We need to agree on something to play," you said. Everyone remained silent for a second.
"I've got an idea," said Ashton. He adjusted his guitar. "How about, the lead guitar makes the basic melody, and everyone else adds on? Drums last," he said, as you raised your sticks. Giving a small "hmph", you waited for Ryan to make something up. He looked at his guitar, sitting on his amp, and played one note at a time. You waited patiently, and time passed, and you were to the point where you couldn't wait any longer.
"Hurry up!" you said, hitting your snare violently. Ryan jumped.
"Alright, alright, calm down." Ryan started to play cords, and before long, he was playing a riff. Your head bobbed to it. It was amazing how he could make something so cool out of scratch. This came from his head just now, and already, Kris was playing a small bass portion to it. One note at a time, he progressed along, adding more notes. After a while, Ryan stopped.
"Freaking awesome!" yelled Ashton. "Leave that riff to me," he said. "Do you want a starting guitar solo?"
"Starting and an end," said Kris. Ryan nodded. He seemed so confident now. Ashton quickly adopted the riff from Ryan, and was playing it. Kris was playing the same bass notes as before, and had it written down on a sheet of paper. Ashton did this also, and Ryan was back to playing one note at a time, until he got the timing right. You got a little bit of bass into it, keeping the whole band on time. This was the start, of a great band.
