One Wish Upon a Star...

~Next Day~

Meiko sat up in her bed and stretched her arms. She was supposed to meet her friends at around 8:00 AM. Meiko looked at the clock and nearly fell out of bed. It was 9:30! "OH MY GOSH!" She screamed. Meiko scrambled out of bed,slipped on a dress, grabbed a gronala bar from the kitchen, grabbed two knapsacks, and ran off. "See you later princess!" her father said as Meiko ran off.

Meiko arrived at the field of flowers panting. "You finally made it." Laura said. "Sorry I'm late!" Meiko said. "No problem..." "What? You're not upset?" Meiko asked, surprised. "Umm...I've been upset all morning." Laura said and pointed to Victoria and Chris. Victoria was stretched out on the ground asleep and Chris was lying down on a nearby rock, eyes closed. "Oooooh..." Meiko said. Everyone had knapsacks.

After everyone was awake, they started off on a trail that went to the cavern.

~Laura's Point of View~

As we continued to walk, we all stopped and rested in a shady area underneath some palm trees. We'd been walking for about two hours...

Victoria pulled out her blue water bottle and drank from her bottle...Chris did the same...

Meiko only sipped from her water bottle....Smart thinking...

I sipped from my bottle also. Chris recommended that we take a little nap...We all followed his advice and stretched out on the grass. We all pulled out miniature pillows and plopped them on the ground. I layed my small head on my pillow (which was MUCH bigger than my head).

Pretty soon, we were all asleep. I was about to fall asleep, when I thought I felt a hand cover my mouth. Huh? I thought.I turned around and saw someone in a black mask, black gloves and shoes, and black clothes. He removed his hand quickly, and I was about to scream, but he taped my mouth shut. "Mmmf? Mmmf!!" I said. He tied my hands and feet. Then the thug dragged me off.

~Chris' Point of View~

My eyes opened. I turned my head and saw a man in black covering Laura's mouth with his hand. I squinted, so it looked like I was sleeping, and watched. The man tied Laura's hands and feet, taped her mouth, and dragged her off. When he was off in the distance, yet I still saw him, I woke both Meiko and Victoria up. "Quiet! This way, follow me! Laura has been kidnapped." Quickly, we gathered our things and ran off.

~Meiko's Point of View~

I ran quicker than the others. I suddenly stopped them with my hand and pointed to Laura, who was tied up to a tree. We untied her, but she kept struggling. "What's wrong with her?" I thought. I removed the tape from her mouth, and she said, "Stop! It's a trap!" "Aaaah!" Chris screamed.

~Victoria's Point of View~

Chris was in a net, his hands chained. Oh no! What would we do now?

~Meiko's point of view~

Now I was mad. I ran twords the thug, and before he could stab his dagger in my stomach, I did a backflip, and kicked from behind. He flew twords Victoria, who punched him a few times. Finally, he was out cold. We threw his body in a nearby lake and let it sink.
