Recap:Lily was remebering when she first met Sanji.
Nicole's Pov.
Dinner was interesting. When you and Lily found out Luffy was a rubber man, it kind of caught you by suprise. The seating, however, you didn't mind at all. Lily was sitting next to Sanji and you, and you were sitting next to Zoro. "LUFFY STOP STRECHING!" Usopp yelled with shark teeth. You all laughed as you watched Usopp chace(sp?) Luffy around the kichen. Sanji then got up and kicked themboth while saying "No running in the KICHEN!" "Okay, we're sorry, Sanji" they said. Once dinner was over everyone went to bed, but you couldn't fall asleep. (UGH!) you thought. You got up and walked over to the deck. Once you were out side, you were amazed by the site you saw. YOu saw stars filling the night sky, makeing it evenbeautiful then it already was. "Nicole?" you turned to see Zoro in the crows nest. "Oh Zoro." "What are you doing up this late?" "I couldn't get to sleep, so I thought I could come out here for a bit." you said looking down at your hands. "Well, come on up." You looked up shocked at what he said. "I can?" "Yeah, if you wnat 2." you nodded and climbed the lader. JUst as you were getting into the crows nest you triped and landed on Zoro! "Ow." he said. "Sorry." you said. When you looked up, you two met eachothers gazes. You could feel your heart start to race and that sensation you get by just thinking about him, but now it was worse now that you were on top of him. (Oh man!) you said. You controled yourself and pulled yourseld, unwillingly, away from Zoro. "S-Sorry Zoro-kun." you said turning away so he couldn't see your face. "T-That's okay." he said. (I'm such a baka!) you thought as scilents filled the air. "Um...Nicole?" You turned to see Zoro looking at you. "Yes." "Have we met before?" he asked. YOu couldn't answer, cause you knew if you told him, you'd turn into water, but if you didn't he'd be mad at you. "Nicole?" You looked at him with sad eyes.
Zoro'sPov.
When she looked at you she had sad eyes just like the mermaid you saw so many years ago. (It can't be her, can it?) you thought. You leaned in closer, close enough that you faces were only an inch away. (ZORO! don't do it!) you thought, but you didn't listen to it, you had to find out. You leaned in and kissed Nicole on the lips.
Nicole's Pov.
Zoro leaned in and kissed you! YOur heart was beating fast and the sensation grew more and more. You began to cry knowing that you were with Zoro again, and you kissed back, hopeing he would realize it was you who saved him. You were his mermaid! After you parted you stared at each other for a long time, but was interuped when Lily called your name. You left without a word to Zoro.
Zoro's POv.
You were shocked at what you did, but you were happy at the same time. (I can't belive it. She's alive! She's alive!) you thought. Then you thoght again only this time you were serious (Now that I've found her, I need to protect her. I wasn't able to protect you then, but now I can. No one is ever going to take you away from me again. I promise you Nicole, one one is going to take you away from me.)
