I still stood with my arms outstretched, scanning the area angrily. No more weapons had been thrown at me and I wasn't sure if that was a bad or good thing. I turned on the balls of my feet and caught a fist. I stared at the hunter-nin, but all that stared back at me was a thin mask. I twisted her hand and released it as I landed a hard punch to the center of her stomach. She landed back against the tree that I had kicked off of earlier. She just barely missed the weapons that were embedded deep within it. I lunged at her, but my fist dug into the dying tree.
I clenched my teeth, "Get you ass back here," I yelled. I caught her vest and pulled her to the ground, "you've bothered us for long enough!" She hooked her foot around my ankle and pulled me down with her.
She stepped down on the back of my ankle,tearing the tendon that controlled my foot. I held back a thin sound of pain and pulled my leg forward to make her fall again. I stood, trying to get my footing though my left ankle didn't want to function. I raised my fists, eyeing her stance and recognizing it. I just couldn't place it at the moment. She simply stood there for several long moments, niether of us daring to make a move.
Suddenly she turned and ran, and I chased after her. She leaned down and tossed up some dirt to make a thick cloud of dust. It stung my eyes and hurt my throat, forcing me to stop dead in my tracks.I blinked rapidly and tried to get the dust from my eyes. By the time that I could see clearly again the hunter-nin was gone. I cursed loudly, pacing back and forth angrily. Shehadn't actually been fighting me, if she had been I would have had to push myself. Hunter-ninknew the bodybetter than even the Hyuga clan. I turned and punched the first thing that came near me,splintering a withering sapling. I shook my hand, my fist numb from the punch.
"You stupid bitch, come back here and fight me," I yelled as loudly as I could. Kakashi and Dake probably heard it. "Oh shit, Kakashi and Dake," the hunter-nin could have simply used this as a distraction. I turned and began back to where I had left them. "Stupid freaking, damn, son-of-a-bitch hunter-nin."
