The Reason That I'm Singing - Joe Jonas [intro.]

Recap:
'Well, Mackenzie,' Joe said, 'I'm looking forward to hopefully seeing you again tonight,' he said, winking.
'You too,' Mackenzie answered, now on cloud nine. She couldn't believe that Joe Jonas was excited to see her.

'What did he say, what did he say?' Honor squealed, as her and Mackenzie were heading back to the car.
Mackenzie looked at her and smiled, 'Oh, nothing, just that he was hoping to see me again tonight,' she said, as calmly as possible.
'WHAT?!?' Honor asked, getting into the car. 'Are you serious? Aren't you excited?'
'Excited about what?' Bradley asked. He had been sitting in the car for over an hour, waiting for the girls to return.
'Joe Jonas has a thing for Mackenzie, I think!' Honor said, buckling her seatbelt. Bradley glared a little, staring straight at the mall. He was a little protective over his baby sister, especially when it came to dating. Especiallycelebrities.
'What?' he asked, looking towards Mackenzie, who was now sitting in the drivers seat. 'What do you mean he has a thing for you?' Mackenzie and Honor told Bradley the entire story, and managed to convince him that it was probably nothing, and that he had absolutely nothing to be worried about. The three teenagers drove back to Mackenzie house, and the smile didn't leave Mackenzie face all the way home.
The family ate dinner and all got ready for the concert. Mackenzie and Honor both got changed into their new outfits, curled their hair, and did their makeup. They were each getting more excited by the second. Finally, it was time to go the concert. They arrived at around 6:45, and piled into their front row seats.
'I'm so excited!' Honor screamed, over the sound of the opening act. They were humming along to the music, although they didn't even know who the band was.
'Me too!' Mackenzie yelled back, smiling brightly.
After the other band was done, there was a 10 minute break. Eventually the lights dimmed, and three green spotlights appeared on the stage. The sound of the screaming girls grew louder, and the next thing Mackenzie knew, Joe, Nick, and Kevin Jonas were running onto the stage. Mackenzie and Honor screamed as loudly as they could, and Mackenzie younger sister, Destiny, screamed pretty loudly too. The boys sang SOS, Burnin' Up, Hold On, Australia, Games, What I Go To School For, When You Look Me In The Eyes, and Mandy. Finally it was time for Joe to pick a girl from the audience to sing to. He looked around the crowd, and his eyes lit up when he spotted Mackenzie, who was looking back at him.
'Mackenzie Waters,' he said into the mic, 'Come on up here.'
There were many sad sighs in the audience from obsessed girls as Joe pulled Mackenzie onto the stage. He pulled out a chair and sat her on it, smiling at her the entire time.
I can't believe this is actually happening, Mackenzie thought. She couldn't tell whether or not she was dreaming.
The melody to 'Hello Beautiful,' began and Joe sang beautifully, looking right into Mackenzie eyes the entire time. After the song was over, the two just sat there staring at eachother for 10 seconds.
'Thank-you,' Mackenzie said, standing up.
Joe smiled. 'No problem.' He moved the microphone away, and asked Mackenzie whether or not she had backstage passes. She answered with a yes, and watched as his smile brightened.
'Good,' Joe said, 'I'll see you then.'
'Yeeeah,' Mackenzie replied, making her way back into the crowd. Could this night get any better? She thought, as she stared up at Joe, who was now singing again.
