"Hiei! Please! I beg you." she screamed at him. The Male demon looked at his female partner who was on her knees. "If I'm going to Die, then let me Die Now!" she yelled at the floor. Her long moonlight silver hair swept the floor around her with every word she spoke. "Your not going to Die, now stand." Hiei stated as he Grabbed her arm roughly, only causing the girl to scream out in pain. Hiei let go immediately let go. The girls blood began to dye the floor around her crimson red, along with Hiei's hand. "Please, Just kill me now. You'll be able to get away alive if you do." She whispered again to the floor. "Stop speaking of dieing." he shouted at her, he bent down and moved her hair out of her face. She looked up at him, her metalic silver eyes lock with his crimson ones.
From down the hall they could hear demons yelling and running toward them, getting closer and closer with every second passing. Hiei looks over his shoulder, then takes his partners arm and wraps it around his neck and puts it other hand around her waist. "Your not going to die here." he said as he started to help her away. "Hiei, Your not going to be able to get out in time." She said as she pulled herself away from the man helping her. She stumbled back and fell against one of the many stone walls, then slid down to the floor. She looked up at him, then smiled at him. "I know what I'm doing." she said. Hiei looked around, hearing the Demons getting closer. Hiei placed his hand on his Kantana and drew it out of it's sheath. He slowly placed it to her chest. The girl slowly closed her eyes, whispered something,then took a deep breath.

Hiei jumped lightly in his sleep, jerking him awake. He looks at his surroundings, then sighs. He turns to look out of the window he was leaning on, watching the thunderstorm. 'It's the anniversery." He thought as he ran is fingers down the foggy window. Hiei reached into his pocket and pulled out a small glass charm. He then held it up to the light and watched at hit made raindows on the window next to him. "Hey! Hiei! Let's go Already!" Yusuke yelled from another room. Hiei simply rolled his eyes and made is way to where the rest of the team was waiting. " 'Bout time! Shit! We were gunna be late!" Kuwabara said, poking his shorter teammate. As a black portal opened, Hiei was the first to step through to the spirit world. "What's with him?" Kuwabara asked, looking around at everyone else. Yusuke simply shrugged and stepped through aswell, followed By Kuwabara. Kurama looked back at the area where Hiei came from, the followed too.
"Thank you for coming." Koenma said as the boys entered his offace. "What is it Baby face? Keiko Is making me go shopping with her for a dress for this stupid dance the school is hosting." Yusuke asked as he walked to the front of the rulers Desk. "Recent spirit energy has been signaled within Tokyo." Koenma said as a large screen made its way from the celing. "We tracked it, even though it wasn't enough to cause damage, it was enough to cause concern." He stated. Hiei was leaning against the wall in the veery back of the offace, glaring at the floor. 'I shouldn't have listened to her. I should have draged her out of there.' he thought, trying to burn a hole in the floor.
"And?" Kuwabara asked, looking up at the blank screen infront of him. "This is who we traced it to." Koenma said as the screen turned on, causing Hiei to look up from the floor. Hie eyes flashed wide as he walked closer to the screen. "She attends a private school in the Heart of Tokyo. Bring her back here so we can see if she truely has spirit energy or if it was a one time thing, like most." Koenma said as the screen turned off. Hiei stared at the blank screen for a few moment, remembering the image that had just appered on it, to the images he held so dear in his mind. 'It just can't be her. I killed her myself. Is it possable she got away? no, I watched her breathing stop' he thought as he fingered the glass object in his pocket. "Hiei? Are you alright?" Kurama asked Kindly, after watching Hiei's troubled expresion. Hiei looks up at him, changes his expression back to emotionless "Fine. Lets go." he said as he stormed out of the offace.

"Thank you." She whsipered Hoarsely as he drew his Kantana from her chest. Her breathing became quick gasps as she struggled to not show much pain in her face. The boy reached out and grasped her hand lightly. "You need to run now." She said as she coughed, causing blood to run down her chin. The Boy dropped his Kantana, letting it hit the floor roughly, and gently tucked some of her hair behind her ear. Light from a new by window reflected off her small glass earring and made rainbows on the wall across from them. "~?" she asked as she lightly squeed his hand. "Please don't forget me." she said as she caughed again. "Never." he said to her, looking her in the eye. After a few moments, the grip she had on his, hand lightened and her eyes began to close. The Boy watched as her chest rise and fall for the last time. He reached out and took the rainbow earring, wipped some blood off her chin, leaned down and let his lips brush her cheek lightly, then he ran.

"Miss Nyte. Miss Nyte. Rayne!" The sensei yelled, causing the girl to jerk awake and spring out of her seat. "Yes Sensei!?" she yelled, blushing from embaressment. "Sleeping again?" he asked, eyeing her. "Hai, gomen." she said looking down at her deck. "Go sit in the hall till the end of class, I want to speak to you after class." He said as he turned back to the board. "Yes, Mr. Yamoto." Rayne said as she packed her things and made her way out of the class room. Rayne sighed and leaned back against the wall in the hallway. She looked across from her and out of the window to some students in P.E. 'Why is it, that every year I have the same dream about the boy. How come I can't remember his Name? It felt so real.' Rayne thought as she brought her fingers to her cheek and gently touched the arear where the boy kissed her. Rayne places her bag down on the floor and pulls some her hair behind her ear. She fingers her glass earring. As the light from the window reflacets off her earring, it makes some rainbows on the walls between the windows. The Bell rings, causing Rayne to Jump lightly. She bends down and takes hold of her bacg and waits for all students to leave the class room.
"Sensei. You wanted to talk to me." Rayne said lightly as she hesitently stepped into the room. "Take a seat." Mr. Yamoto said as he pointed to a desk infront of his desk. As Rayne walked slowly to the desk he pointed to, Mr. Yamoto walked to the main door and shut it. Rayne placed down her Bag on the desk, and turned to the door as she hurd a 'click'. "Mr. Yamoto?" Rayne asked lightly as she watched her Teacher walk toward her. "You a gifted young girl." he said as he pressed his body against hers. "Let me go!" Rayne cryed out as she pushed har arms into his chest. "If your going to sleep in class, Then your going to Sleep in class the right way." He said as he brushed some of Rayne's Long light sliver hair off her neck and layed a trail of butterfly kissed down to her shoulder. "I said Let me go!" Rayne screamed as her Teacher was ripped off of her and hit the wall acros from her. She gasped and looked down at her hands. 'What did I just do?' she asked herself, she looked from her hands to her Sensei; strugling to get to his feet. "Sorry." Rayne yelled as she ran past him, and out of the school building.
"Hey, what's wrong?" Rayne's Brother asked as she ran into the house and strait to her room. She leaned against the door, Rayne's breaths became gasps as her eyes welled with tears. She covered her face with her hands as she slid down the door onto the floor. "Your pathetic. There's Now way in the seven hells you could be her." A Voice said from her left. Rayne immediently stood and looked into the direction the voice came from. "Who are you? How did you get in here?" Raye asked as she used her sleve to get rid of the remaining tears on her cheeks. "So you don't remember me." He staited, taking a few steps toward Rayne, only to cause her to steps back. "That scare.." The boy said as he stoped walking, pointing to Rayne's Chest. Rayne quicklygrabed hershirt that Mr. Yamoto opened and held it closed. "I was born with it." she stated, her voice shaking. "What about your Earring?" he asked, studying the girl infront of him. "I found it, during a feild trip." She said. 'It's him, from my dreams. He's Acctually real.' Rayne thought as she watched the boy infront of her. "Of Course I'm real. I wouldn't be standing here If i wasn't." he stated dully. "How~" Rayne started. "Telepath." The Boy cut her off.
"Please, just leave." Rayne said as she leaned against her wall, "Please." She looked up and locked eyes with him. Rayne's Mind was rushing around, clips of her dreams kept flashing in her mind. "I don't know who you are, but..." she started as she slid to the floor, and her heart began to pound in her chest and began to get dizzy. "...Just make all this stop!" she screamed as she grasped her head as tears formed in her eyes.
Hiei looked down at the girl on the floor in shock as he entered her mind. Watching the same dreams he has had since that day. What shocked him the most, was the way she screamed at him. Her voice was the same as it was so many years ago. What got him to go look for this person so easly was that she looked just like her, but Now, it was beinging to scare him. The way her eyes look when she frightened, the way her hair falls when she's on the ground, how her hair shines in the light, the way she crys, It's all the same. She even has the scare from where He killed her. Hiei took a slight step back as he watched her. He turned on his heel, and faced the other direction, he couldn't bare to look at her any longer, it hurt him to much. And All this on the day it all ended for her.
"Tell me why your always in my dreams." Rayne said as she looked up at him, "Why you make me feel the way I do." she said, tucking some hair behind her ear. "Tell me, How do your dreams end?" He asked, looking at her from over his shoulder. "With you, every one, they all end with you. Who are you!?" She screeched at him, as she found her way to her feet. Hiei reaches up and unties his white head band and allows it to fall to the floor. "What are you doing?" she asked, as he turned to look at Rayne. Her eyes were red, but the Metalic silver color shone so bightly aginst the blood shot.Hiei turns fully, and faces her. A third eye opens on his forhead, then in seconds, Rayne slumps down against the wall. Out cold. Hiei walks up to her. "Even that." he said as she fell into the same postion as back when.
