Lost Inside Your Soul~Sonny Moore~ Prologue

Well, It's the first day of school. I get up and do my hair and my make up. I slip on a black denim skirt with a studded belt, knee high all black converses, armwarmers with fingerless gloves, and a HIM black shirt. I grab my black messenger bag and head downstairs. I make a cup of coffee and eat a pop tart- [mmmm, cherry] I eat then walk outside and see Sonny walking over to my house. He's got on black skinny jeans and a black hoody and the ever present converses. He smiles at me. I run up to him and hug him tightly. I kiss him and he grabs my hand and holds it in his as we walk to school. When we walk in we're greeted by Matt and Travis. Derek is atour house trying to figure out what to wear. We walk into the cafeteria and I see Jay. he waves at me then sees Sonny and glares. Sonny smiles innocently and pulls me close to him. I bury my face in his hoody and laugh. He kisses my forehead. We all look at our schedules. I've only got 3 out of 7 classes with Sonny. I have 4 with Travis and 2 with Matt. Derek shows up and I have 1 with him. Our study halls are all together right after lunch. Oh god, we're gonna get in so much trouble.

About 3 months later:
Me and Sonny are going great. I walk to lunch and thats when I see Sonny with his tongue down some girl's throat. I walk up to him and shove him. He looks at me obviously stunned.
He says, "Um Luna, I can explain..."
I say coldly, "Don't bother you jerk."
I turn around then spin around and punch Sonny in his eye. He howls then falls backward.
I say, "Thats for breaking my heart, you loser."
I walk off and feel th tears in my eyes but I hold them back. I go get a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich and a Dr. Pepper and go sit down with the guys. Sonny walks over and looks at me.
He says, "Luna, would you just let me explain?"
I say, "Look, I'm not afraid to black your other eye honey. Then you won't need all of that eyeliner you wear."
Derek says, "Sonny, what the hell did you do to my cousin?"
I say, "He didn't do it to me. He had his tongue shoved down some chcik's throat."
I take a bite of my sandwhich and then smile innocently. I stand up and look up at Sonny. I reach up as if I'm going to kiss him and place my hands on his hips then pour my soda down his pants. He yelps and everybody stares.
I yell, "Maybe now you'll think twice before you can't keep it in your pants!"
I storm off and hear people laughing and cheering for me. I walk to the bathroom and lock myself into a stall. I take out my razorblade and cut each wrist then put bandages on each wrist and cover them up with armwarmers. I touch up my makeup then leave the stall all smiles as I wash my hands. The girl Sonny was kissing comes into the bathroom.
She pales when she sees me. "Please don't hurt me," she whimpers.
I smirk. "Imma do something way worse to you, whore."
I walk slowly past her and smirk at her and toss my hair over my shoulder. She bursts into tears. I laugh as I head to study hall. I pop in my headphones and relax until a note is flicked into my lap.
I open it up and read:
'Luna, oh my god, Im so sorry. I don't know why I did it but I really do love you. I wanna be with you. Please please forgive me. You've helped me through so much and I did the same for you. I mean you've publicly humiliated me twice in one day and you won't even speak to me or answer my calls or rspond to my texts! Please write me back. I love you.'
I rip the paper into tiny bits and throw it into the garbage can right beside Sonny. I turn my Ipod back on and close my eyes. Then I open them as Sonny sits beside me. He has tears rolling down his face. He grabs my hand and holds it tightly. I jerk away from him and move to a seat across the room. I hear Sonny crying. A few people look at me with fear and others with hate. I smile innocently at all of them. At the end of class I saunter outta class and in the hallway, Sonny grabs me by my wrist. I wince and he narrows his eyes then whispers, "You didn't."
I say evenly, "Oh yes, trust me I did. You wanna see?"
I pull the armwarmers off and take the bandages off and Sonny gapes at the cuts that go all the way up to my elbows. I quickly put the armwarmers back on and threw the bandages in the nearest trash can. Sonny grabs my waist and yanks me out the school doors with him. He grabs my hand and tugs gently as he walks to the park. We sit down on the swings and we're quiet.
I say, "Sonny, how could you?"
He whispers, "I don't know. Please, if you leave me, Imma die. I really will. It hurts that you don't wanna be with me."
I say coldly, "It hurts me that you could ever do that to me!"
Sonny looks down. "I love you, Luna. That girl meant nothing, I'm serious. She is nothing to me."
I say, "Was she worth it? Was she worth this?"
Sonny says, "Nowhere close!"
I say, "Sonny, I can't let you hurt me!"
"I won't anymore, I promise."
I whisper, "You said you'd never hurt me but you did! I gotta go."
I walk off.
