A few days had passed since you had first heard of Asaoka being in the coma. You had set a date to meet with Tsunade about a job as a ninja. Today was the day. All the boys were atthe academyand your older brothers were at work. Jun took the day off to watch Kaoru and he would be looking for nannies.
You were waiting outside Tsunade's office patiently. You had been waiting for about two hours and you tried to keep yourself entertained by playing tetris on your cellphone.
A woman came out of her office that you recognized as Shizune.
"The Hokage will see you now."
You got up and walked in. Shizune stood next to Tsunade as she sat at her desk.
"Go ahead and sit Hanayaka."
"Thank you for meeting with me Hokage-sama, it means the world to me."
"Well you're welcome. Now I understand you want to be a co-team leader to one of our ninja teams?"
"Yes."
"You are of Jounin level correct?"
"Yes, I went to the Jounin exams and I passed."
"Well, it sounds alright. May I ask why you only want to be a co-leader?"
"Well because I don't have much experience in teaching but I am a very well trained ninja and I do have much I could teach."
"Why have you decided to go into this now?"
"Well I need a job."
"Care to elaborate?"
"Not particularly."
"Alright. Well I don't see why not. Come back tomorrow and I'll let you decide which team you want."
"Thank you hokage-sama."
You got up and bowed before you leaft.
You rode over to the ramen bar to meet Sasu and Shika. They were both sitting on the stools when you parked the scooter.
"Sooo...What's the verdict?"
Sasuke was eating his ramen with his chopsticks and Shika was drinking his water. You sat on a stool and ordered some ramen.
"Well she's gonna let me pick which team I want to be on and I'm gonna choose tomorrow."
"Dude pick mine!"
"No way man you have to pick mine!"
"You guys I know it's between you two but you have to give me some good reasons to pick your team."
They rolled their eyes and you began to eat your ramen. You were giggling because you knew how ridiculous your request was.
"Okay...I have to have Ino and Chouji on my team."
"Hey Chouji's cool!"
"Not when he eats your lunch!"
"Yeah."
"Hey I have Sakura and Naruto!"
"Naruto's cool!"
"Not when he won't shut up!"
"Yeah.
"Hey Ino is ten times worse than Sakura!"
"But Ino isn't attracted to you!"
"He's got you there."
"Aw come on! I never get to see you!"
Both you and Sasuke looked at him with raised eyebrows.
"Okay that's a lie but I still want you on my team!"
"Well so do I!"
"Shika I'm gonna have to go with Sasu."
"Stop calling me that."
"Sasu needs me."
"I'm serious I hate that name."
"We have to give Sasu a little breathing room from Sakura."
"Seriously Hana I hate that name."
"Alright, if Sasu needs you."
"Now you're starting?!"
You both laughed and Shika just shrugged.
"Alright you'll be on his team, but will we still hang out as much as usual?"
"Well I don't thik it'll really be much different."
"Well you hang with me when Sasuke's on a mission and You hang with Sasuke when I'm on a mission and we all hang out when neither of us are on a mission but now we that'll all change."
"Aw come on things won't change that much."
"I know, it'll just be boring without you."
"I still have my cell."
"Yeah I know."
You heard your cell go off and it was Jun.
"Hello?"
"A certain four year old boy wants to see you."
"I'm on my way.
You said goodbye to Sasuke and Shikamaru and went home. It was expected that Kaoru would miss you,you don't really go fora long time without seeing him.
You walked in the door and he ran in your arms fast as lightning.
"Hey Kaoru!"
"Hana! I missed you!"
"I missed you too sweetheart!"
"Hey Hana."
"Hey Jun. Kaoru, were you behaving for Jun?"
"Yes."
"Yeah he was good, he's nothing like his brothers."
You laughed and let Kaoru go and play. you dropped your stuff on the couch and was about to watch tv when you heard a knock at the door.
You got up and saw a group of little boys and girls from Asaoka's class and they had a big basket filled with money.
One little girl handed you the basket.
"It's doantions from our class. We heard about Asaoka and we wanted to help with the bill. It was our parents' idea."
"That's so sweet, thank you."
You held the basket in your hands and looked at the kids. You recognized the boys as Asa's friends but the girls you didn't recognize. They were very cute. One had shoulder length black hair and was very short, the other was a blonde with long pretty hair, she was a bit taller than the other, and the last girl had black hair that was very long. They were whispering to each other and the boys weren't paying much attention.
The boys had left after a while but the girls were still whispering about something. You had gotten bored after a while.
"Well, thank you very much for the donation, it really means a lot."
You were about to shut the door but the girls protested.
"Wait please! You are, Hanayaka right?"
"Yes."
"Um, Asa talks about you all the time in school, you and all of his brothers, we feel terrible about what's happened to him so...if you could give these cards to him when he wakes up, we would be very grateful."
They each held out little cards thathad little hearts and glitter on them. They were sort of get well cards but also love letters. You tried to hold back the giggles considering how cute they were.
You took the cards and they ran away with flushed cheeks.
You closed the door and called Jun over telling him what happened. You both counted the money and it came out to be around 250 dollars. It was minor compared to the full price but it was nice that the parents cared so much.
After that you both read the letters the girls had given you. They were dripping with mushy love and they were so cute!
"Oh wait wait wait! This one's the best! Dear Asa, Ihope you're feeling better. Everyday you're not at school it feels like a little piece of me is wasting away. I miss you so much. I miss your soft brown hair with those beautiful locks, and your light skin that just lights up my day. I hope you feel better soon, your wishful admirer, Samiko. These girls are dilusional! Asa's only nine!"
"I know. It's a bit sad don't you think?"
"Yeah."
Everyone had eventually come home and you were getting bored staying home all day. Yuo felt like partying. You gathered some makeup and fancy clothes and put it in a backpack. You ran down the stairs and grabbed the doorknob.
"I'm going to Sasuke's. Don't wait up."
"Kay."
You left and got on your scooter. You were driving to the clubs but you called Sasuke first.
"Yeah?"
"Hey Sasuke, I'm going out tonight and I told them I was going to your house so don't be surprised if they call. Just make up some excuse if they ask for me."
"Alright but I don't know if you should keep going out like this Hana."
"I'm a big girl I'll be alright."
You both hung up and you went into a store by your regular club.
You opened your bag and in it was a skin tight, strapless,black dress that went down mid-thigh. You put some spray in your hair that would make it curl and you put a lot of glitter and sparkles to make yourself look extra girly. You put on some purple shadow and some pink lipstick.
None of this is really your thing but you put up with it so no one will recognize you in the clubs. You put on some black high heels and left your bag in one of the temporary lockers they offer in the store. You locked it with the key and went out to the line.
You didn't go to the end, you went straight to the security gaurd. He was this big guy that you did NOT want to mess with. You smiled when you saw him.
"Hey Chewy."
"Hey Hana, go on in."
"Thanks Chewy, you're a treasure."
You smiled at him as he let you in. There were flashing lights and loud techno music, it was your kind of club. You went over to the nice couches and waited to be asked to dance.You weren't too good at mingling and you knew most of the people here so it wouldn't be a problem. A pink haired girl came up to you as you were sitting down.
"Hana!!!"
"Hey Mika!"
"I haven't seen you here in forever!"
"I know. I just couldn't get away."
"You want a drink?"
"Nah, you know I never drink."
"Aw come on Hana you need to live a little!"
A man came up to her and they started chatting.
"Well I'm gonna go dance, nice seein ya again Hana!"
"You too!"
You sat there waiting for a cute guy. A few asked you to dance but none of them were attractive.
You were getting bored until you saw a really hot guy. He had white hair and he had milky skin. He was at the bar drinking a martini and he had the whole olive thing goin on for him. You fixed your hair and checked your makeup and walked over to the bar.
"Hi."
"Hey."
"Nice drink, does it come in hetero?"
"Ha ha. Real funny."
"I'm sure it was."
He looked you up and down and you could tell he liked what he saw.
"You wanna dance?"
"I'd love to."
You both walked onto the dance floor and started to dance to the song. You knew how to shake it, and you knew how to shake it well.
He wasn't too bad himself.
"You're a good dancer."
"I could say the same for you, where did you learn?"
"I didn't."
"Even sexier."
You turned around and shook your butt in front of him. You never were in it for sex, you were more of a tease.
He put his hands on your hips and his hands swung with your body. You turned around an were merely inches from his beautiful face. His white locks laced in front of his eyes and you stopped breathing for a moment.
He smirked at you when he noticed your little moment.
"I'm amazed to have that affect on you."
"Don't flatter yourself."
You both smiled and hung out for the next couple of hours. He was an amazing guy. He called himself K and he was really funny and very smart. You wished you could've gotten to know him better but you knew now was not the time to be dating.
You looked at your watch and it was 11:30.
"Oh I have to go."
"No Hanatake stay."
"I can't K, I'm sorry."
"Well can I take you home?"
"Uh...I dunno I don't really want you to meet my family, they're aren't who I would want to introduce a guy to."
"Alright, I can take a hint."
"No really, I have all brothers and they're overprotective."
"Well can I have your number?"
"Sure."
You both exchanged numbers and you left. You went back to the locker to get your stuff and to change. You washed off all of the makeup, washed your hair under the sink, and changed back into your other clothes.
The wind dried your hair on the way home so they boys didn't know your hair was wet. You carefully tip-toed up the steps towards your room.
"If you wanna keep your secret you'll have to be smarter."
It could only have been Maki speaking to you.
"I'll be fine as long as you don't rat me out."
"I won't but I hate covering for you. You need to stop this."
"It's not costing us anything!"
"The boys need you."
"I'm with them all hours of the day! When is it my turn?"
"Hey no one ever said life was easy and they for damn sure didn't say it was fair. I don't like that I have to be one of the multiple father figures but you have to be a mother to these boys, especially now that Asa's injured. You need to think about them!"
"I always think about them! I always put them first! I have sacrificed so much for these boys!"
"I just don't think you should go out anymore."
"I think you should stay out of it!"
"Do you really think they're benefitting from this?"
You shut your door in his face and fell on the bed. You buried your face in your pillow and started crying. Maki had come in and sat on your bed.
"I...It's my only outlet. It's the only way I can get away and be whoever I want."
"I'm sorry you feel that way but the boys need you."
"I know..."
"We'll talk later. Get some sleep."
He leaft your room and you changed into some pj's. You covered yourself with the blankets an started thinking about K.
Your phone started dinging and it meant you got a text. You checked it and it was K.
Hey Hana just sayn gnight. seeu@ the club, i'll b waitng
You texted him back.

You closed your phone and had a smile on your face before you fell asleep.
