Tarra couldn't help but wonder why the hell she was getting a call from Sonny this early in the day when the agreement was that they'd only talk either online or later at night to ensure that no one was really around.

As soon as she stepped outside she placed the phone to her ear.

"Hei?"

"What the hell?"

"Finnish love, now what'd you call for, we're at IHOP with William's band mate Adam Siska."

"Matt was just here. He tried to get Nicole to go for a walk with him. I though you said you haven't talked to Matt since we last seen him on the strip!"

He sounded aggravated which caused Tarra's nerves to go through the roof. She didn't know if she should tell him that she's tried to call him a few time to talk, not that Matt ever answered.

"She didn't go with him did she?"

"No, I got to the door before he could shove you're shoes on your feet and drag her out the door."

They both sighed together, and then laughed.

"That sounds so weird, seriously though I don't know why he'd be by the apartment –"

"How the hell does he know where the fuck you live Tarra Lyn?" Sonny growled out into the phone.

Tarra's eyes went wide as she plopped down on the curb and held back the few tears that wanted to escape. Sonny hadn't yelled at her since they were fifteen and she was trying to talk him out of going to Georgia.

"I gave it to him." She mumbled into the phone, hoping that he caught it and she didn't have to repeat it.

"Why the Hell did you do that?" Sonny mumbled back at her. She knew that just by the lower tone that he was pissed and he was trying not to yell at her.

Tarra had always had a problem when people she loved yelled at her out of anger. Sonny had only done so once before and ever since he'd seen her break down crying afraid of his anger he swore to her that he'd try never to do so again.

"He was as much as my friend as yours and I called him when I got the damn thing hoping that maybe he'd stop by and visit damn it."

"He's an ass, Tarra-bear. He has been for sometime now. Why did you think he was going to stop by after the whole thing happened?" his mumbling no longer sounded so stressed out, but softer.

"I moved into the apartment right before all that happened. How the hell am I to know what the fuck he keeps around Sonny? He loses things more often than you do. Why the hell does this feel like an argument?" She sighed to herself just as she felt a body sit next to her.

"What's going on?" William asked as he stretched out his legs next to her.

"Sonny, hang on a second." Before he could even respond she had shut William's sidekick off resulting in hanging up on him.

"What's going on?" William asked again as Tarra hung Nicole's head and finally let the few tears slip out of her eyes.

"Matt finally decided to pay me a visit and I wasn't there to settle the water between him and Sonny. Which mind you is what needs to happen, and the fact that I never told him that Matt had my address?"

"First fight?"

"Hardly, we've been a bit rocky for the past two months; since he found out he was going to be on the Alternative Press tour."

"Then why cry?"

"Where's Sisky?" Tarra asked trying to change the subject.

"He's signing for the bill and getting your food to go. Now, don't change the subject, why the tears?"

"I hate fighting with him. The little bickers are fine, but stuff like him getting angry over the past," Tarra shook her head to clear it and try to find the right words. "He gets mad over stuff that goes on with Matt and I, it's one of the things that Derek noticed that made me believe that Sonny felt for me the same way I did for him. It's that whole jealousy thing that he thought I liked Matt."

"And now you're thinking that he still does."

"In a way yes, why else would he get pissed about the fact that I gave Matt my address?"

"If he was jealous and you knew it, why didn't you just tell him that you didn't like Matt like that?"

"There's the thing. Sonny was and is my best friend since we were twelve. When I first met Matt after Sonny came home with the guys I told him I thought Matt was attractive. Which he is, but that never meant that I had a crush on him or anything. I suppose that I never told him that part."

Just as the word left her mouth the door to IHOP opened and Adam was towering over both of them.

"Are we ready to leave, and who was on the phone?"

"Nicole's mom." William said quickly as Tarra smiled up at him and took his outstretched hand to help her up.

"Nemo where you crying?" Adam asked just as William's phone started to go off with the ring tone that they set to indicate that Nicole or Sonny were calling.

Great now what?
