I wake up the next morning, and realize today we're going into town. My hand goes to my cheeck remembering Fred. I get out of bed, and get dressed. I grab my coat and scarf, and leave my room. I go into the common room and look around for Fred, I spot him and George talking by the fire place. I begin to walk over and I notice Fred reconigize me, because he gives me that grin and my heart begins to flutter.

George: Fred, Fred what are you looking at?

Lucy: Hello Fred and George

George turns around

George: Now it makes sense he mumbles

I look at him confused

Lucy: What makes sense?

George: Nevermind

George than begins to walk away

Lucy: Where are you going?

George: To find Lee he'll be more fun to hang out with than with you two today he says with a grin on his face. I give him a confuse look and he laughs

George: See you later Lucy, Bye Fred.

Fred: Bye George

Lucy: Bye George I say waving shyly

Fred: Well lets go he says taking my hand.

We walk to the main hall where everyone else is gathered

Proffeser McGonangle: Alright now everyone listen up, you all have until seven o' clock to get your shopping done, we will all meet at the train station when your finished understand.

Everyone: Yes

Professer McGonagle: Alright let's go then

We all board the train and Fred finds a compartment.

Fred: You go in first Lucy

Lucy: Alright I say taking a seat, and then he takes the seat across from me.

Once everyone is on board the train begins to move. I stare out the window and watch the snow fall.

Fred: Do you like the snow?

Lucy: Yes I think it's very pretty

Fred: Why?

Lucy: Once the snow falls to the ground, and then the sun shines on it, it looks like a millions of diamonds. Fred stares at me intently the whole time I talk, once I'm done he looks out the window himself.

Fred: Your right

I smile at this. The rest of the way is silent, but it's a nice silence.

Professer McGonagle: Now everyone remember seven o' clock you must be here no go on and shop. Everyone leaves the area quickly. I help Fred pick out all of his presents for his family while he does this he tellss me things about them.

Fred: Don't you need to shop

Lucy: No uh I already did it

He nods his head

Fred: Alright then how about we get luch then

Lucy: Sure

We arrive at a resturant and order. While we wait for our food to arrive Fred continues to talk about his family. He's family sound so nice compared to mine. Our food arrives and after long argument I agree to let Fred pay for luch.

Lucy: Are you done with your shopping

Fred: No I still have to buy one more present, the shop is up ahead, but could you stay here and watch the rest of the bags.

Lucy: Okay I say hesitantly

Fred: I will be right back don't move

I nod my head and watch him leave. I pick up the bags and go sit on the bench.

Voice: Hey

I look up and see a strange man.

Man: Whats your name? He says taking a seat next to me.

I continue to stare out in space, trying to ignore the man

Man: My name is Derek he says brushing my hair back behind my shoulder

I begin to shake at his touch

Derek: Are you cold? he says moving closer to me, but before he can place his hand on me someone interrupts

Voice: What are you doing to her!? someone yells

I look up and see Fred, I quickly get up and run over to him. He puts his arm around me, but continues to glare at Derek.

Derek: I was just talking to her

Fred continues to glares at him

Fred: Stay away from her, he says taking my hand and walking away.

Lucy: Thank you

Fred: There's no need to thank me, it just proves that I can't leave you by yourself again.

I look up at him stunned at what he just said.

Fred: Come on there's a small lake up ahead

Lucy: Okay

We arrive at the lake. Fred pulls me over by a tree, and sits down pulling me with him.

Fred: Are you sure your okay

Lucy: Yes

Fred: Can you do one more thing for me today

Lucy: What is it?

Fred: Close your eyes he whispers in my ear

I nod my head and shut them, I hear some rustling in the backround

Fred: Open them

I open my eyes and see a small box in front of me

Fred: Well go on and open it

I reach my hand out and take it. I open the box slowly and notice a ring inside

Lucy: It's beautiful

Fred: Well go ahead put it on

Lucy: No I can't accept something like this

Fred: Yes you are he says taking the ring out of the boxand putting it on my finger. I look at the ring and back up at him.

Lucy: Thank you

Fred: Your welcome

He wraps his arm around my waist and pulls me closer. Our faces cemineters apart. Fred closes the gap crashing his lips on to mine. My eyes go wide with surprise. I sit there motionless trying to figure out whats going on. Fred senses my hesitation and pulls away.

Lucy: I'm sorry I didn't know what to do I say in a rush

Fred laughs at this and my face goes red. I attempt to get up but Fred grabs my wrist keeping me there.

Lucy: Let go

Fred: Lucy I'm sorry I didnt' mean to laugh can you forgive me he says giving me puppy dog eyes.

Lucy: I let out a sigh I forgive you

Fred pulls me into a hug

Fred: I have another question for you Lucy, will you be mine?

Lucy: Yes

Fred gives me a grin and again presses his lips to mine, and this time I kiss him back.
