"Christine, wake up, and come downstairs, we need to talk!"

I let out a loud groan, and lazily opened my eyes. The sun was rising, and I could feel the sunlight

shine on my skin. It flashed 7:30 on my digital clock on the counter, and today's Saturday too! What

does my mom want?! I reluctantly got up, and trotted downstairs to the couch.

"Yes mom?"

"I have really great news today!"

"What is it?" I replied letting out a loud yawn.

"The Jonases are moving here, in Los Angeles!" she answered with an ear to ear grin.

"Yeah, whatever. Wait WHAT?!"

"I said they're moving here in Los Angeles," she said in a happy tone.

"But there's Joe! Mom, I've hated him since childhood!"

"What did he ever do to you?"

"He pushed me into the pool when I was in my new outfit when I was seven! And then when I was

eight, he dropped an apple on my head! When I turned ten on my birthday, that freakin Joe

spilled orange soda all over one of one of my birthday presents! It was a bear from Build A Bear

Workshop, and my bear got stained with soda! Then, when I was eleven, he flushed my goldfish

down the toilet, so he made an excuse up and said, "I thought it was a fake toy, and I thought

Christine didn't want it, so I flushed it down the toilet." I mean what kind of excuse was that, and you

believed him mom! Finally, when I turned thirteen, we finally moved away from Wyckoff, New Jersey,

to here in L.A! But now, they have to move in this city, and that freakin Joe has to be part of the

Jonas family! Nick and Kevin are okay, and there's nothing wrong with them, but Joe! And-!"

"Okay Christine, I get the point, but then you have to forgive him somehow."

"I hate him though!"

"Okay, what if he goes to Pacific High School with you?"

"That would be horrible, because I have to suffer being in the same place with him!"

"Well, he is..."

"HE WHAT?!"

"Denise and I have been best friends since we were in Elementary school, and we felt that you guys

should go to the same school."

"Mom!! I'd rather shoplift and stay away from him and get arrested than go to the same school as

him!"

"Ok, go shoplift right now."

I headed for the door, but then turned back.

"Ugh, fine you win, I can never steal."

"On the bright side, Nick is going to be a freshman and is going to Pacific High also."

"Big difference, I'm still going to be seeing Joe."

"Come on, you're going to be a senior, it's your last year in high school, just enjoy it."

"If he's going to be there, I can never enjoy it Mom."

"Fine, that's your choice, don't thank me when you guys get married in the future."

"Ew Mom, that is never going to happened between us! How can you ever think that far?!"

"Just go get ready, we need to drive to LAX at 8:00 to pick them up."

"So that's why you woke me up, to go pick them up?!"

"Yes, it's 7:30 right now, we're leaving in thirty minutes."

"Can't I just stay home Mom?"

"No, you have to Christine."

"I am so gonna regret this," I answered walking up the stairs.

Joe's POV

"JOE WAKE UP!"

"Huh, what, are we there yet?"

"YES THE PLANE JUST LANDED IN L.A!"

"Gosh Nick, you have to be so rude!" I answered acting like a drama queen.

"Shut up Joe. I had to yell at you fifty times to wake you up."

"I'm a heavy sleeper I tell you."

I slowly got up from the first class seat, and grabbed my baggage in the cabin.

"Nick, you finally got Joe to wake up."

"And I didn't like it Mom."

"I can't believe I left Wyckoff to go to L.A."

"I can't believe it either Joe," answered Mom.

"And I'm going to the same high school as Christine," I whined.

"She's a nice girl Joe, don't blame me when you guys get married."

"Ugh, how can you even think that far? Like that would happen."

"Yep, sure," she answered in an unwilling way.

*****

Christine's POV

"UGH, when are they coming out?!"

"Be patient honey, they're coming out really soon."

Then, I saw a family with four boys and a mother and a father walking out. Nick looks so tall now!

Frankie is still adorable, and Kevin looks the same, but longer hair. And Joe, I would have to say he

looks h-o-t HOT. EW, WHAT THE HECK AM I SAYING?

"Melissa, how are you?" said Denise, hugging my Mom.

"Denise, it's so great to see you again!"

"Frankiee!! Awww how are you?" I said picking up Frankie.

"I am awesome! Christine, did you know that you look really pretty?"

I blushed from a compliment from a seven year old.

"Awww thank you Frankie, and you look adorable."

"Nickyyyy!!!"

"Hey Christine, and don't call me that."

He gave me at big bear hug, and I could feel his muscles.

"Nick, you've been working out haven't you?"

"Yep, I have."

"Kevin!!! Your hair is so curly now!"

"Christinee. You have taller."

"I took growing lessons. Just kidding."

"Lame joke as usual Chrisitine."

"Hey, like you could think of a better one Kev."

Then, Denise came up to me and gave me a warm hug.

"Christine, sweetie how are you?"

"I'm fine Denise, how are you?"

"Great."

Then, Paul came up to me and hugged me.

"How are you Christine?"

"Good, how are you Paul?"

"I'm doing pretty fine, the boys are a handful."

"Yep, I would say the same."

Paul left and hugged my mom, and I saw Joe standing there talking to Nick.

He saw me, and walked over to me.

"Christine."

"Joe."
