Alex moved his hips faster and harder, pressing his lips to her's passionately. "Oh god." She gasped. "Alex!" "Oh, fuck." Alex groaned. "Hayley..." She closed her eyes as his lips pressed to her neck, sending shivers down her spine. She watched as the sweat rolled off his forehead, his hair sticking to his face. "We can make this go for hours." Alex moaned. "Baby, you up for that?" "Mmmyeah." She nodded, her eyes shut tight. "I love you, Alex." She shot up from her laying position, a cold sweat shimering in the sunlight coming through the blinds. She looked down at Alex's sleeping form. He was fully clothed, and she was fully clothed. It was obvious that, that was just a dream. A really, really weird dream. She layed back down, thinking to herself. Did she really just have a dream about having sex with Alex? Alex's eyes fluttered open. "What's wrong, Hales?" She kept staring out the window, her mind in it's own world. "Hales, you're scaring me." He said. "What's wrong?" She looked at him. "Nothing." She smiled assuringly. "Just had a weird dream." "What about?" he yawned, laying back down. "I can't remember." She lied. "I just know it was weird." Alex nodded. "You're sweating." He stated. "Are you too warm?" "No." She said. "I'm kind of cold, actually." Alex pulled her into his arms, pulling the blanket up over them. "Any better?" He asked. She nodded and rested her head on his chest. "Are you excited for prom?" "Mmmhm." Alex grinned. "I can't wait to spend the entire night with my favourite lady." She smiled softly. "Since when were you going with your mom?" "Excuse me, miss." Alex scoffed. "My favourite lady happens to be you." "Your mother's going to be so offended." Hayley giggled. "She doesn't have to know." Alex mumbled, rubbing his nose against her jawline. "I will try not to say anyhting to her." She mumbled. "But I cannot garauntee anything." Alex pouted. "Pwease try. For me?" Hayley melted, a smiled creeping on her face as she bit down on the flesh of her bottom lip. "Okay." Hayley mumbled. "But only because you look cute when you wake up." Alex grinned. "Wanna go to band practice, still? Cause if you do, we better get going." Hayley yawned. "Definitely. Let me just get changed." She got out of the bed, walking to her closet. "Okay, I'll leave then." Alex mumbled, getting up. "No-" She turned to him, smiling shyly. "You can stay." Alex situated himself back on the bed, trying not to stare as she peeled off her shirt. She grabbed her tie-dye t-shirt off the hanger, pulling it over herself. She shimmied out of her shorts, grabbing a pair of blue ones and slipping them on. She pulled her hair into a ponytail and looked at Alex. "Do I need make-up or anything?" She asked. "No." He smiled. "You look just as pretty with it, as you do without it." She blushed. "You too." "You've never even seen me with make-up." He quirked his eyebrow. Hayley giggled and grabbed his hand, pulling him off the bed. They walked out of the room and down the stairs, seeing her dad and sister had re-located to the television room. "We're going to Alex's band practice." She said softly, earning both their attention. Her father nodded, trying his best to smile at her. "I-I love you guys." She whispered. Her dad smiled. "I love you, too." Her sister stay silent, staring at a picture of mom, looking completely destroyed. "M-maybe we can talk tonight." Hayley suggested. "About..Mo-" She paused. "About mom." Her dad smiled lightly, nodding his head. "Go have fun, sweetie." She nodded her head, taking Alex's hand and leading him out of the house. They were silent the entire walk down the driveway, to the car. Once inside, Alex turned to Hayley who was frowning at her hands. "You okay?" He asked. She looked up at him, then back at her hands. "I don't know." "Wanna talk about it?" He asked. She sighed. "It's just... It's so much harder when I see them. They're so depressed about it, it makes me realize that I feel like that, too." Alex nodded his head, trying to put together the words to say. "Do you feel like you push away those feelings, or what?" "That's the weird thing." She whispered. "I'm not sure. Like, they come out when I'm home. But when I'm out with you, I forget." "That makes sense." Alex smiled lightly. "Like, when you're in the house seeing her things, and having the feeling that she's not there with you, it's understandable that you get upset. Not everything in the entire world reminds you of her, right? Just the things in your home." Hayley nodded. "Thanks, Alex. I feel like I just got a weight off my chest." "I'm glad to help, babe." He smiled. "Shall we go?" She nodded, turning up the radio. They drove, singing along to every song that came on the radio. Once they pulled up to Rian's house, they got out and knocked on the front door. "Come in!" They heard faintly from inside. They pulled the door open and took off their shoes. "Hey douchebags!" Alex smiled at his friends. "I brought a guest." "Hey Hayley." Jack greeted, wrapping his arms around her. She was slightly surprised. His sister hated her, shouldn't he too? "Hey Hales." Zack said softly, looking down at the floor. "Hi, Zack." Hayley mumbled, returning to Alex and allowing his arm to wrap around her shoulders. "I think we should get started." Alex suggested, noticing the tension. They all were quick to agree, situating Hayley on the couch infront of the area they had set up their instruments. She listened to them play, earning a whole new respect for Alex, due to his voice and lyrics. She melted on the spot, only coming out of the dreamy state when Alex sat on her lap and pressed his lips to her's. "Did you like it?" Alex whispered. "Loved it."
"Oh, Alex." She moaned. "Alex, harder!"
