A Lesson Learned in Time(Ch. 1)

Mimi and Sano were in the study room doing their homework when they heard a knock. "Come in." Sano said not looking up from his books.
"Mister Sano and Miss Mimi, Mistress and Master is calling you down to the family room for a meeting." One of the servants said bowing and then leaving the room.
Mimi sighed and walked down the stairs to the large family room. "Reidou, daifu." They said addressing their parents.
Mrs. Ogori sighed. "Your father's company has created a new branch in America."
Sano smiled. "Shuugi, daifu!"
Mr. Ogori smiled. "Arigato...but that means we are moving to America."
"Nani!" The two siblings yelled simultaneously.
"Sumimasen," Mr. Ogori said. "We will leave tomorrow morning, so prepare your luggage."
Sano excused himself and went up to pack his things. Mimi followed suit but hesitated half-way up the stairs. "Can I just stay here with obasan?"
Mr. Ogori shook his head. "Now go prepare for tomorrow!" He commanded.
