"I..I don't know" I said, I held my tears.
"Why is that?" she held my hand.
"Just a feeling, Gee.. Please wait for me" I couldn't tell her what happened.

My name is Shane.
We were dating for about 4 years.
She came from a rich, esteemed, well known and well thought of family.
Me? I came from nothing, my mom left me and my dad chased me from his new house.
I love her although I know I won't be with her forever even I'd die for her.
I wished I was special, so fucking special.
One day I woke up and checked my cellphone, She missed call me twice.
I called her back.
"Hey, sorry I just woke up" I said
"Ok, my family invited you to my diner tonight. I hope you have a time for this" She said in a cheerful tone.
"Hmm, okaay of course I'll come" I chuckled
"Okay, seven o clock pm. Love ya" she said as she ended the phone.
I came to her house at 7.
The diner was ok, her dad was really friendly and humourous until he asked me questions.
"So, what is your job?" he asked
"I'm a drummer" I said
"A good drummer, RockFest paid his band to perform next month" Geena continued
I chuckled
"A drummer?" Her dad asked in an upset tone
"Yeah"
"How about your family?" he asked
I skipped a moment, What should I say?
"I...don't have one" I said hesitantly
"What did you mean?" he asked fiercely
"My umm my mom left me and my dad ran with his new wife, he chased me from his new home" I said, I hate this topic.
He sighed.
Then, after the diner I chatted with Geena for about an hour.
Her mom called her to sleep, she said it's 9pm and she should go to bed.
So, I said bye to her, pecked her and said bye to her parents.
When I walked to my old junk car, her dad was following me.
He knocked the window, so I opened it.
"You're not what we want, we want a successful businessman. Not a junkie rocker, and we want a guy from a good family and environment" He snapped
"But I.."
He cut my sentences "Stay away from my daughter, go away and don't tell her about this"
"I love your daughter" I snapped then I drove away.
I thought, I was only 19 and I must be a stupid geeky guy if I was already a businessman.
And my family is already broken, nothing could repair it.
We were still dating and I never tell her before about what her dad said to me.
Until one day when we went to lunch together,
"Shane, we will be together until we die right?" asked Geena
"I..I don't know" I said. I held my tears.
"Why is that?" she held my hand.
"Just a feeling, Gee.. Please wait for me" I couldn't tell her what happened.
Her parents were there at mall and caught me and her were still dating.
Her dad pulled me away.
I saw her cried when her mom took her away.
I had no hope for her.
I called her thousand times, but it said I called a wrong number.
I came to her house, I was afraid to come in so I drove away.
Then, I received a letter from her.
She said she should move to Chicago with her family and her dad took her cellphone and broke the SIM card. Although she remembered my number she couldn't call me because his dad never gives her the cellphone.

5 years passed by.
I visited Chicago with my band, we were doing a tour.
It was a very bright day, The sun was so warm.
I hung out at a playground, I got a headache because of problems that my manager made, It's about the next tour to NY the next day. So I played guitar there and sang classic rock song under the tree, I was writing a song actually. The kids were like "what was that song"
I saw a woman playing with her 5 years old son.
Then her son came to me and said
"I like you, you're cool"
"Haha thanks, you too! Especially your Led Zeppelin shirt" I chuckled
"And I love Aerosmith too, we have something in common" He smiled, his eyes is really blue plus he is so sweet.
He reminds me of myself when I was 5.
"Aww cute, you love rock too? I thought you listen to Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" I smiled
"No, that's boring" he laughed
"What are you doing here then? Why don't you play with the other kids?" I asked
"My name is Billy and I prefer to talk with you than those kids, Who are you?" He said
"I'm Shane" I smiled
"Where are you from? I never saw you here before" He said
"I came from Seattle" I said
"That's cool, my mom said she lived there once then she moved" Billy said
"Seattle is great, So yo're here with your mom or your dad Billy?" I asked
"Mom of course, my dad is too busy for us. I wish he has a time to be with his family" He fell his head on my tigh, he morosed.
"Your dad must be an important man, good for you" I said, patted his soft blonde hair.
"Yeahhhh, but it doesn't mean he has to leave me and mummy everyday right?" he shoutted
"Is your dad is an important man too?" He asked
"I don't have one" I smiled
He skipped a moment "It's weird, I like you even we were just talk a little" He said
"Haha you reminds me of 5 year old me" I chuckled
He looked at me and blinked his blue eyes
I took my wallet and took my 5 year old photo "This is me"
"Wow, you were just like me" He amazed
I'm amazed too, we look alike.
"Maybe that's why, I interested when I saw you. We are twins" He chuckled
"Yeah twins, so you are 24 years old too?" I laughed
"NOOOO" He laughed
Then his mom called him to eat
"I should eat, I'll be back" he said as he ran to the table
His mom served him a food
"You should call Shane to eat with us, He must be so hungry! He looked so tired" Billy shoutted.
I heard him.
"Which one is Shane? Is he the one that playing see saw?" asked his mom
"Nope, he is that guy under the tree" screamed Billy as he pointed his finger to me.
"Who is he?" His mom asked
"My friend, you should call him please please pleaseee" He begged
"Okay, okay" she smiled
Then she came to me
"So, you're Shane right? My son asked you to join us" She smiled
I gaze up at her, I shocked.
"Geena?!"
"Shane..." She gawked
She fell and hugged me
"I missed you bastard" I could feel her tears on my shoulder.
"You're married?" I asked
"My dad forced me to, Sorry" Said her still in tears
"It's ok" I said flat
"I still love you" She said
"Me too"
We skipped a moment.
"I like your son, does he looks like his dad? He doesn't look like you at all" I chuckled
"Nope, his dad is not his dad" She smiled as she look at Billy
"What did you mean?" I asked
"Shane, he is your son" She smiled
"What?" I shocked
"I was preggy when I left to Chicago" She said
I laughed
She laughed
Billy screamed "Hurry up! What are you guys doing there? Mom, he is not a bad guy!"
Geena held my hand and we walked together to Billy.
After that, I accompanied her to her car.
"So, you're leaving tomorrow?" Asked her
"Yeah, i am" I said
"Why? I missed you so bad stupid boy" She hugged me
"Me too, but I have to go.. You already have a husband though" I said
"I promise I will always love you forever" She said
"Me too" I smiled
Then, she kissed me.
I knew it was wrong, but I really love her.
"You still wear this necklace?" I asked when I saw my necklace that I gave to her.
"I won't let it go, I will still wear it until they burry my body" She smiled
"Why?" I asked
"I'm still waiting for you" she said
"No, you can't" I said
"I can" she said
"Ok" I lost my words
"Say something" She begged
"If you wait for me, I'll be the light in the dark if you lose your way.
I'll be your voice when you don't know what to say.
I'll be your shelter, I'll be your fate, I'll be forever, wait for me." I said.
I saw her eyes turned red again.
"I got to go now Geena, I promise we will meet again" I said.
She waved as she held her tears.
"Bye"
Billy opened the door and ran to me.
He hugged me "Shane, you will always remember me right? Today means a lot for me" He cried
I carried him and kissed his cheek "Of course little guy, I love you Billy"
Then I put him back to the ground
"I love you too Shaney, bye bye" Then he ran to Geena, still crying.
"Bye Gee, Bye Billy"
I walked to my car and drove it to the hotel, We left the next day.
Yeah, I will meet her again.
