Vampire Prince Derek 24

I woke up and my eyes were burning, probably from crying. Derek was sitting on the bed and he looked at me. "If your wondering, I didnt do anything to Nick." he said. I nodded. "What happen with Kira...it wasnt your fault. It was hers" He claimed. I nodded again.
"Your blood made you like that. Remember how I told you, you were different? Thats why. Your temper can get to the best of you.....if it makes you feel any better, Kiras all right...her wounds have healed fully...no real damage...heh"
"I became a monster...even if it was my blood..... I dont want this! I want a normal life! I want to go back. WHY ME? Why!? Who was it? hmm? My mom, or my DAD? I dont even know him and Im blaming him!" I yelled

"It was alot of things, Haley. Yes, your father did carry the gene....hes like you. But he threw his life away!"
"Fine......" I said, and I layed there staring at the ceiling.
"I also hate to throw this on you right now...but....I need you to give me a child, so that incase I go, I have someone to take over....."he said
"WHAT?!? No! NO! Absolutely not! Forget it! Im not becoming pregnant at 16!" I yelled.

"But your body can handle it! No stretch marks or anything! It'll be the easiest 11 months of your life" he exclaimed
"excuse me.....11 months?! why not 9!????"
"well...uhh...considering your human...even with your blood. The child will have to stay in longer to keep up its health..."

"Wait....this has happened before...hasnt it"

"......yes....There was one other girl...she got through the pregnancy, but...Lord Ky killed her. and the child." he covered his face and sighed.

"I cant.....I cant give someone a child if i dont love them..."

"then how about this! I change Nick into a vampire and He can give you his seed then-"
"No! Im not asking him that! I love him and all, but not now. No children, to early! Im so young!"

"Your making this difficult....."
"damn straight" I said.

He sighed and rubbed the bridge of his nose with his thumb and pointer fingers.

"Theres more to this than your telling me.....isnt there?"
He nodded and sighed again. "We need to fullfill the prophasy....times running out"
"What Prophasy?"
He got up and grabbed my shoulders and sqeezed them gently "The Prophasy is..
'the one with the unique blood shall bear a child, by the one that is her soul mate, and she shall defeat the damned one and the minions of hell, after it is born. The child shall be one with the stars and moons, and shall grow to be a worrior'
Or so states the prophasy...." he said.
"So...you dont need an heir....it was a lie" I asked.
He nodded "I thought, that maybe if i told you that, it would be ok..that you would say yes"
"is that how the other girl was convinced?"
He nodded "She didnt ask questions either...she was hopelessly in love with me, but i wasnt in love with her.... I thought that maybe this would fullfill the prophosy....but i guess not.....Your our only hope....You have to do this...soon"
I sighed and stratched my head....
'A mom....i have to be a mom....its not a choice for me...my path in life has been chosen....WHERE DID I GO WRONG IN LIFE!?!?!' I thought...
