"Naruto stop Moving!" Jeraiya said whispering angrily. "I can't help it, I have a thorn in my backside" Naruto said in slight discomfort. "You are the only ninja I've ever met this bad at being stealthy!" Jeraiya said. "It's not my fault!, I'm in pain!" Naruto whined. "Shut up and act like a man!" Jeraiya said quite louder than a whisper. "Who's in the brush over there?" a voice demanded. "See, look what you did Naruto! Man, now we have to kick their asses, and because of your training I'm slightly tired!" Jeraiya said speaking normally now. "Kick who's ass?" The voice questioningly said. As Naruto and Jeraiya cooly stood up from their discovered hiding spot, they quickly glanced over to where the demanding voice came from. "Sa- sasuke?" Naruto studdered feeling a sharp pain in his heart. "Hmm...Naruto."
Sasuke pov:
"Hmm...Naruto."
*Naruto, didn't expect this really, he...looks more mature, like he was better off without me...* Sasuke thought dismally. "Have you gotten stronger Naruto." "Yeah Sasuke, I have..." Naruto said trailing off, "Why are you here?!?, please Sasuke why did you leave m-, why do you still serve UNDER THAT asshole?!?"Naruto, on the verge of tears, underneath his tough exterior.orchimaru?, I killed him just not to long ago. Master Jeraiya you may search back at the hideout to prove I'm not lying. Kabuto is also dead."*Naruto must be angry to some degree, he keeps staring at me*
Everyone now:
"I have things to do, I must be going." Sasuke said, almost with ahint of sadness? Sasuke turned around and started walking. "Sasuke wait!" Naruto yelled. Jeraiya had no intention of stopping him. "Sasuke....if you kill Itachi, would you return to the village?" Naruto asked, somewhat assuming the answer. "It could be a possibility" Sasuke said cooly. He isvery nostalgic about the village and surprisingly.... Naruto. Naruto felt stunned at sasuke's answer but didn't show it. "Sasuke, is there anyway I can help you with your revenge?" Naruto asked hoping in anyway he could. "There may be" Sasuke smirked. "How about you follow me and train with me along the way?" Sasuke asked thinking how he couldn't beliv these words just left his lips. "Are you serious? Hell Yeah I'll come!" Naruto sounded a little too enthusiastic about this new journey with his old comrad. "Hold on there kido, you still have to return to the village with me." Jeraiya said feeling now like a third wheel. "are ou scared to return by yourself? I don't think it'll take that long anyway Sensei" Naruto said hoping Jeraiya coud go back home by himself. "Well, I'll only leave you because Sasuke seems capable of handling you by himself" Jeraiya said happily. "Okay Sasuke I can leave him to you right?" Jeraiya asked already knowing the answer. "Of course" Sasuke asked. With that, Jeraiya poofed, gone in a second." It's like old times!, going on missions together and such-" Naruto trailed off not wanting to possibly hurt sasuke by bringing back memories. "Hn." was all sasuke said, sounding with regret of asking annoying Naruto to join him. "So sasuke, what did you learn, anything new" Naruto said hoping that topic wouldn't bother his old friend. "I learned many things that you'll see along the way..."Sasuke said not really getting into to detail about anything right now. "As detailed as usual" Naruto said sarcastically as Sasuke continued his journey with Naruto by his side.
