~How you met~
You were taking a walk through the field. You were daydreaming and not really paying attention to where you were walking which was pretty dangerous in your book because you were clumsy and often tripped when you didn't pay attention to your feet. You were strolling around lazily with your hands in your pockets, gazing at the clouds which were floating around lazily.
Suddenly, you felt yourself falling."Oh shit! Damn my clumsiness!"you thought as you fell. You closed your eyes and waited for the impact but it never came. Instead, you landed on something soft ,that 'something' also grunted when you landed on it. You 0opened your eyes and pushed yourself up. You found out you were looking at a boy with a ponytail.
To be more precise, you were lying on his chest before and you were sorta in his arms. Your legs were between his legs and you hands were at the sides on his head.It was actually a pretty awkward position to be in. You blushed and gave a small yelp. You pushed yourself off him and sat down on the grass next to him.
Blushing furiously, you stammered sorry. He yawned and stretched, then he sat up and said"You're a troublesome girl, aren't you?I was having such a nice nap,too."You didn't know what else to say so you apologized again.You turned to go but the boy said "Hey,you want to watch to clouds with me?"
You were surprised by his sudden offer but you accepted because you didn't want to be rude to the person that you had just used as a pillow to break your fall. So you two gazed at the clouds for a while,then the boy said,"I'm Nara Shikamaru,by the way .What's yours?"you blushed again and said"It's _________."Shikamaru glanced at you and you blushed again."__________,huh?"he smiled and looked back at the clouds.
After that day, you saw Shikamaru more and more. He was either in the fields or on the rooftop, watching the clouds. You got to know him more during these cloud-watching sessions. You learned that he was actually really clever and had an IQ over 200!He also liked to play Shaopai(Japanese chess).Sometimes, you would play Shaopai with them, but he always won .You didn't mind though. You liked seeing him think of a strategy and turn the tables on you.
You really admired him, maybe a lot.You had to admit it,you had a crush on Shikamaru but didn't have the nerve to tell him straight out.You dropped a lot of hints to him but he never got them.For such a smart ninja,he was actually pretty stupid!
~How you got together~
One day, you decided to find Shikamaru to watch the clouds with him.It was a beautiful day, When you got the rooftop, you found that Shikamaru was sleeping. You felt disappointed. You thought maybe this time you would pluck up the courage to tell him. 'who am I kidding, I'm so damn shy. I could never tell him! 'you thought sadly as you looked over at Shikamaru. He looked so cute when he was sleeping. You smiled when you saw him mumble something in his sleep.
Before you even knew what you were doing,you bent over and kissed him on the lips. You enjoyed the feel of his lips on yours so much that you lost track of time. Suddenly,you remembered and jumped back.You were breathing heavily and you were scared that he had woken up.
You dared to look over at him but he was still sleeping. You were disappointed and relived at the same time.Y ou turned to leave,then stopped. 'When will I ever get another chance like this? Maybe never!!It's now or never! 'you thought as you took a deep breath, then you said "Sh-shikamaru...I...uh..have had a crush on you for a long time. So...I...um...want to say that ...I-I love you."Then you turned tail and fled.
~Later that night~
You were in bed when you suddenly heard a knock on your window. You went to the window and noticed a folded a piece of paper wedged under your window. You pulled it out and read it, 'Meet me at the fields at midnight 'the note said. It was almost midnight so you dressed quickly and went to the fields.
You were nervous when you got there because, for one thing you had no idea who sent the note,it could be a murdered for all you know and it was pretty late. You looked around nervously, prepared for an attack."Looking for someone?"a familiar voice called out.You spun around,it was Shikamru!!
You blushed furiously, remembering this afternoon. "You're a troublesome girl, aren't you?"Confused, you asked "W-what do you mean?"Shikamaru rubbed the back of his neck, "What I mean is,I didn't know you had a crush on me."You blushed many shades of red, "H-how did you find out?"you stammered. Shikamaru smirked and said "I was awake that time,when you kissed me."you felt your cheeks go hot,you were glad it was night so the darkness could hide your flaming cheeks.There was an awkward silence.
"Hey,__________-chan. Come over here."you blushed and walked over to him."What?"you said as nonchalantly as possible. He sat down and patted the ground next to him.You nervously went over to him and sat down."So....um....about this afternoon.....I...was...well."you were just babbling nonsense, talking like 50 miles an hour, then suddenly Shikamaru's index finger pressed onto yours. You let out a small eep as Shikamaru's face leaned in close to yours."You talk too much. "he said simply and he took his finger away and pressed his lips onto yours.
You were totally dumbfounded. You were so shocked that you didn't respond. Shikamaru pulled away when you didn't kiss him back. You regained your senses and followed your instincts, then you grabbed him and kissed him. He seemed startled by the sudden lip-lock but he kissed you back. You guys had a long make-out session. For such a lazy guy, he was actually a pretty good kisser.
After the make-out session, you laid your head on his chest and whispered "I love you, Shikamaru."Shikamaru kissed your forehead and whispered back "I love you, too."You put your head on his chest and fell asleep.(me:Awwwwww!)
When you woke up, you found a note crumpled up in your hand.You uncrumpled it and read it. The not said:Be mine,________-chan?.You blushed and got a big, goofy smile on your face. You gently shook Shikamaru and he opened his eyes."Morning,________-chan. Got my note?"You nodded and said "Yeah and the answer is yes."He smiled and pulled you down for another kiss......
After that,you two became known as the laziest couple ever!!
