{Brendon} Weathervanes, My One And Lonely {Urie}

Chapter 3 : {Brendon} Weathervanes, My One And Lonely {Urie} ||3||

Alright, well, I guess this is for Laura, only because one of the lines are based off of what she would say : "And you should seriously think about moving for me and my queen, Lady Summer before one of my guards eats your heads off.” This is for you, Dollface

Summer’s P.O.V.

I skated down the street in Chicago, dodging everything I needed to. I glanced down at my watch – Yes, still while I was skateboarding, I’m that talented – To see that I was already 5 minutes late.

“Damn!” I exclaimed, pushing off with my foot. I finally reached Starbucks and I was only 10 minutes late.

“Thompson, it’s your first day on the job, and you’re already late.” My new manager, Tim, sighed.

“I know, I know. But somebody broke into my car, so, I was screwed. I promise I won’t let it happen again.” I apologized.

“Alright, well Thompson you have Walker working with you today.” Tim said, before a tall brown- haired boy walked out from behind my manager.

“Hey, I’m Jon.” He stuck out his hand and smiled. God, does he have a gorgeous smile or what?

“Summer.” I said, shaking his hand and returning the smile the best I could.

“Walker, no flirting on the job. Pick up ladies on your own time.” Tim ordered, rolling his eyes. Jon only laughed and shrugged.

“What can I say? The ladies love my charm.” He smirked, stealing a glance at me.

“Right… Well, no lollygagging, get back to work. And Walker?” Tim asked.

“Yes sir?” He responded.

“Teach her well.”

Jon’s P.O.V.

“Teach her well.” Tim said.

“Yes sir.” I said, before grabbing Summer’s hand and pulling her towards to counter.

“Alright this is how you make a coffee. You press the but-“

“Jon!” She laughed. I didn’t get what was so funny.

“What?” I asked, still completely serious.

“I know how to make a coffee!” I said, between laughs.

“Oh...” I said, growing a little pink. Jon! Get a hold of your self, you don’t blush.

“Haha, yeah, I guess you’re right.” I finally said, smiling at her. God her eyes were beautiful. They had a dark grey colour, but they were anything but boring. They had a special glint in them. And her dark brown hair fell down her back so perfectly, not a one was out of place. Not like those Barbie dolls that have too much hairspray and gunk in their hair for anything to be imperfect, no, her was natural. She didn’t need any makeup to make her beautiful.

“Oh well, it was nice that you thought of it.” She smiled, obviously seeing I was a little embarrassed.

I taught her how to do pretty much everything on the first day, and she caught on immediately. And before we knew it, our work day was over and we were closing.

“Hey Summer?” I asked, a little nervous.

“Yeah?” She asked, looking up from the chairs she had been stacking.

“Well, I don’t know if you like them or anything, but Fall Out Boy’s in town tonight and I have an extra ticket. My friend pulled out last minute. I was planning on just skipping it because what’s going to a show when no one else is there? Right? So, do you want to come?” I asked, and she smiled at me.

“I would love to Mr. Walker. I myself am a huge fan of their music.” My face immediately lit up.

“Great, do you want to drop back at your house for anything?” I asked, finishing up with the store.

“Yeah, just do my makeup and crap. Ok?” She asked. Like I would say no.

“For sure.” I smiled at her.

Summer’s P.O.V.

“Do you know who I am?” Jon asked, trying to be as serious as he could. The poor girls nearing the front looked at him as if they should.

“I, young ladies, am Jonathan Walker, The King of the Republic of Ganaweeta. And you should seriously think about moving for me and my queen, Lady Summer before one of my guards eats your heads off.” He continued and looked over at me. I followed along, raising my chin up, trying to look as lady like at I could. The girls looked at us completely terrified and let us pass to the front row of people. I looked over at Jon who was trailing right behind me before bursting out with laughter.

“Jon! That was classic! Where did you think of that?” I said between giggles.

“Hey! What can I say? I only pull that for the best.” He replied before snaking his arms around my waist. I looked back at the stage and sang along to every song Fall Out Boy had to offer so far.

******

“Oh my god, that was so fun! Thank you so much Jon.” I said, hugging him. He just smiled at me and took my hand. We walked back to his car in silence, but not an awkward one, a comfortable one.

Once we reached the car, Jon turned to me.

“Hey Summer?” He asked.

“Yeah?” I said, looking him straight in the eye.

“I would really like to kiss you right now, would that be ok?” He said, smiling. I answered him by giving him a light kiss on the lips. He eagerly kissed me back but didn’t let his hand escape mine, instead taking my other hand in his too. The ‘light’ kiss grew into more of a make-out session.

“Be my girlfriend?” Jon asked once we parted. I just smiled and kissed him again.

“Ok, that’s great. But honestly, please answer the question.” He said, after I had just kissed him. I laughed and rolled my eyes.

“Yes Jon, I will be your girlfriend.” I smiled. He let out an exaggerated sigh of relief.

“Ok, good. Because that delay kind’a got me nervous.” He smiled. He kissed me again before opening the door for me.

“Lady Summer, care to enter my automobile?” He asked in his apparent ‘Ganaweetan’ accent, which actually sounded English.

“I shall.” I responded in the same accent.

******

“Oh my god, what does he look like?” Erica asked. I sighed and rolled my eyes.

“Well, he’s got the most beautiful brown eyes ever seen.” Lie. “And he has the most beautiful brown hair.” Lie. “Oh, and he’s also the sweetest guy I have ever met.” More lies.

“Really? Oh my god Summer, you are so lucky.” She said over the phone. Now, if only I could believe that.

I had never let Brendon slip from my mind once… Ok, that was a lie. But he was mostly there and I knew I still loved him. I was still in love with those big brown eyes he had and his big, fish like lips that when I kissed them, he left me wanting more. Even as young as we were, I knew I fell in love with Brendon Urie.

Brendon’s P.O.V.

“Yo, Bren! Wait up!” Ryan called chasing after me with Alexa on his back. They were truly perfect for each other. She wasn’t anything like all the other blond bombshells that tried to stuff their cleavage in any guy’s face. Alexa’s fashion was different too. She wore skinny jeans instead of short- shorts and converse instead of high heels, a.k.a The Stripper Shoes all the other girls wear. She had short, choppy black hair instead of the long blond hair practically every other girl had. She was different and daring, and Ryan loved her.

“Hey man, and woman.” I said, nodding to them. Alexa just giggled, still on Ryan’s back and saluted me.
"Band practice tonight, remember?" He said, laughing through it. I was jealous of Ryan. He had the perfect girl and she was there to stay. Me on the other hand lost the one thing I truly cared about- Summer, and it killed me.
I just smiled and nodded through my jealousy.

"For sure, and Alexx, feel free to come too. I'm sure Spencer's grandma won't mind."
"Yes, sir!" She saluted again. Ryan laughed then set her down gently on the ground. He kissed her on the top of her head but then kissed her on the lips.
"Alright, enough with the PDA!" I yelled. Alexx just giggled and Ryan blushed and rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly.
"Anyways, see you around Bren." Alexx said and kissed my check,as always.
"Peace." I called back, having already turned away, before making my way on to the street and back to my house in silence.
