~~~Misa's POV~~~

~Two hours later~

Misa was starting to get worn out and when she managed to get the box out of the way, she found out that there was yet another box, but this time it was wooden and need to have a combination to open it.

"MOM!!!!"

Misa whined. Misa's mom just smirked and then watched how her daughter was going to open the box. Misa got fed up and just took a crowbar that she found on the floor and kept waking the lock, since it was a cheep one, she managed to break it.

"Ok, since I've taken the cardboard box off and found that there was a wooden box underneath, am I going to be surprised that there's nothing in there?"

Misa asked her mom who just shrugged her shoulders.

Why do I have a feeling that you're up to something, mom?

Misa thought while opening the wooden door and looking inside to see a brand new car, a black BMW convertible.

"OH MY GOD!!! MOM I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU GOT THIS FOR ME!!!!! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!!!"

Misa yelled and hugged her mom while climbing on the back and sitting in the driver's seat.

"Here are the keys."

Misa's mom said while throwing the keys to her daughter and stepping away. Misa started to car and then music automatically started to play.

"And you bought me 'Scary Kids Scaring Kids'… And it's the new CD…. THANK YOU MOM!!!! YOU'RE THE BEST!!!!"

Misa yelled and then put the car in reverse and pulled out of the wooden box.

"I know you're birthday is coming up and well… I got you something that you'll thank me for."

Misa's mom said while holding up an envelope and then giving it to her daughter. Misa took it and then open the envelope.

"OH MY GOD!!!!!! YOU GOT ME FIFTEEN TICKETS TO SEE SCARY KIDS SCARING KIDS IN CONCERT!!!!!! I LOVE YOU MOM!!!!!"

Misa said while jumping out of the car and hugging her mother.

"I know I'm mailing two to Kyo and Rin. Plus one of them is mine, which means that I have to find twelve people who like 'Scary Kids Scaring Kids'."

Misa said while smiling and hugging her mom one more time.

"Mom, do you want to go? I mean you were the one who bought the tickets."

"No, you know that I don't like that kind of music."

Misa smiled and her mom laughed a little bit.

"Oh, don't forget, tomorrow you start your new school."

Misa's mom said while Misa started to get depressed.

"Well, sweetheart, you didn't expect to go to the same school that's about five hours away."

"No, I knew that I couldn't, it's just the thought that going to a new school and Kyo and Rin not being there, that bothers me."

Misa said while her mother hugged her.

"Come on, there's no time to be depressed. In eight days you'll be seventeen and in eight days you'll being going to your concert with fourteen of your old and new friends."

"The concerts on my birthday?"

"Yep."

"Cool."

"And don't worry about school, I heard that Mrs. Inuzuka's boy, Kiba, goes to the same school. And you'll be in the same grade… Apparently they were off for the whole week for something, I don't remember."

"Well, it was just Thanksgiving last week."

"Oh yeah, that's right."

"Come on, let's go lock up and go out to eat."

Misa's mom said while Misa nodded her head and pulled her new car out into the driveway while her mother went to lock up the house.

"You ready, mom?"

"Yeah, let's go."

Misa's mom said while getting in and then the two of them drove away into the city.

"Well mom, what are you in the mood for?"

"I don't know. Something quick, but something not that quick."

"Mom, it's a Sunday mid-afternoon, we haven't eaten at all day, and what do you thinks going to be open now?"

"Ok, lets go to Burger King."

Misa sighed and then drove into the Burger King parking lot and then parked the car.

"We're not going thru the drive through?"

"Na, we can eat inside."

"All right."

Misa's mom said while getting out of the car and then the two of them walked into the fast food place.

~Four hours later~

It's now nine at night, when Misa and her mom got home, Misa cleaned out the rest of the moving truck that Misa and her mom came in with the help of Kiba and some help from Akamaru. Kiba and Misa were just finishing up cleaning the garage out while Akamaru slept in Misa's new car.

"So, your mom seems cool."

Kiba said while opening the passenger door to Misa's car and sitting down.

"You like 'Scary Kids Scaring Kids'?"

"Yeah, it's my favorite band."

"Mine too, you know there coming in about eight days."

"I know."

"I want to go, but I don't have enough money to pay for the tickets."

"Well do you want to go with me?"

"Huh?"

"I got fifteen tickets to the concert for my birthday, I'm going, two of my friends from my old school are going, so that leaves twelve tickets to anyone of my new friends, and so far that would be only you… So, do you want to go?"

"Sure… When's your birthday?"

"In eight days."

"That's the same day as the concert."

"I know."

"That's awesome… Hey, I heard that you're going to my school tomorrow."

"Yeah."

"That's awesome, I can show you around… I can show you all the best kids, teachers, and best places to go if you want to skip school."

"Awesome, I'll pick you up and you can give me directions to the school… It will be easy to find you, since we're neighbors."

"Yeah."

Kiba said while he looked like he was blushing.

"All right, well the garage looks clean and I'm beat."

"Yeah, I'd better go. Come on, Akamaru."

"I still want him."

"Yeah well, you can't have him."

The two of them laughed Kiba left and Misa walked him out, she closed and locked the garage.

"Night, Misa."

"Night, Kiba."

Kiba walked home, and Misa walked into the house.

~Next Morning~

Misa woke up in her new room that her mother had designed and then took a shower.

"Misa, are you up?"

Misa's mom asked while walking into the room just when Misa was coming out of the bathroom that was attached to her room.

"Yeah mom, I just got out of the shower."

"Oh, your friend, Kiba, is downstairs. Should I send him up?"

"Yeah, sure."

Misa's mom left and Misa left to grab her clothes out of her closet and ran back into the bathroom…
