Past: The moonlight shone though your navy curtains just brightening the room faintly. The sound of rain came to your ears as it pattered ageist the window. You moved your head sideways to gaze out the half open curtains. The sky was painted a dark blue, gray with the moon peeking though the small holes within the clouds.

~*Back In Time *~*In the Village hidden in the Moon*~

A cry from a baby filled the hospital room as the mother continued crying tears of joy. "Oh look Takeo. Isn't she precious?" Takeo looked down at the small child within Hana's arms. She looked up at Takeo to see dought, anger, and a faint bit of upset ness. "Takeo, she'll lead the clan in great ways. I know she will." But no sign of convince came over him. He just looked at her as Hana's eyes shifted back to the child her arms.

~*Forward 5 Years*~

"He's cute! Now he's my brother! I'll teach you lots of fun ninja stuff so you can maybe be a leader of a clan too!" Akemi looked at her newborn brother as she crooned to him. She didn't quite understand all of the clan inheritance yet, but she didn't seam to mind.

"Dad? Why isn't mommy coming back? Won't she come to be with me and Ryo?" Takeo looked down upon Akemi as she looked at her father questionably.

"No Akemi, She won't be coming home with us. Now be strong get your things we must leave now." Without questions you scurried to gather your pack upon the nearby chair.

Soon you had followed your father outside. You knew questions where tolerated, if you had one than you where to find out on your own. All you where wondering was what was happening? Suddenly a ninja came into view. You realized he was wearing a leaf headband. You had studied all the headband symbols in school. Then your father talked with the ninja than began to leave you without any words. You looked over your shoulder at him walking away. Then you felt a gentle hand fall upon your shoulder as you looked back. Holding in any emotions and being strong you sucked in a breath and looked the ninja in the eyes.

"Akemi, you'll be coming with me. Your father wants you to become stronger." The sound of a faint lie was hinted in his voice. But you pushed that aside.

"So I can be a better clan leader?" At this the ninja paused for a moment.

"Yes Akemi, now we better get a move on."

~*Fast Forward*~

An old looking man stood in the doorway as you approached the front steps leaving the ninja behind on the street. "Hello Akemi, I am your grandfather. You must be tired come inside." His gentle voice was soothing a lot like your mother's, as well as his soft hands as he touched your shoulder to bring you inside…

~* End of Back In Time*~

You crawled out of bed slowly realizing you had slept in your black sleeveless top and black pants. Your brown hair was in a very messy ponytail, but you didn't mind you slipped out of your bedroom into the hall. The house was still dark your grandfather must be asleep. You walked to the front door and slipped on your shoes.

You walked into the emotionless night as the rain began to wet-en your hair and clothes. You let out a contentful sign as you walked though the back allies randomly. Then you came into a clearing you loved to run though fields when the grass was long and wet. You bursted into a jog into the field with a smile on your face.

You let out a laugh as you flopped down into the soggy grass as you where already completely soaked from head to toe. That’s when you could feel somebody's eyes upon you. You sat up and just looked around, looking for nearby people and admiring the wet landscape. That’s when you saw someone familiar sitting in a nearby tree. You squinted your eyes for a better look when you saw it was Gaara! I'll go talk to him!

You jumped up and sauntered over to the tree. "Hey Gaara!!" You yelled up the tree as it looked like you startled him a little.

"Hi, Akemi." He replied a little coldly but with a hint of friendliness. You had gotten to know Gaara pretty well. You understood him, for some reason something inside you felt the same way he felt. You climbed up the tree and took a seat next to him.

"What are you doing out here at this time?" You looked at him as his pale eyes looked into yours. Then he looked to the sky.

"Nothing, just admiring…" His voice drifted off.

"The sky!" you finished smiling as you too looked to the sky. You felt his eyes out the corner looking at you. There was a peaceful silence between the two of you. Until Gaara spoke.

"Akemi, have you felt love?" It wasn't like Gaara to ask you a question like this. You looked at him as he kept his eyes on the sky, then you looked back to the sky and started.

"You know Gaara. At times I don't think I have. But really I loved my mother and my grandfather. But since my childhood and the abuse of love my father gave me…I am not sure I know what it feels like anymore." Gaara turned his head to look at you, you kept your eyes on the dim gray sky.

"Akemi, there is this girl that I get a special feeling when I am with her. And when I see her hurting I want to kill the person who did it to her. I think it might be love…but how should I tell her?" You never really payed much attention to 'crushes' 'loving'. Until now you felt you loved Gaara, but he loved another girl. You wanted him to love you. But…if you loved him that much you'd tell him what was best.

"Gaara I think she's a lucky girl. You should tell her. And if she refuses your love don't hate her just remind yourself 'It's her loss." A faint smile came over his face. Gaara smiling? This girl must be something…you let your mind drift off as you felt tears pick at your eyes. You held them back, you knew better than to let tears come you where stronger than this.

"I love you." Gaara's voice whispered though your mind as you felt his warm breath ageist your cheek. A very small blush came over your face. You looked into his eyes.

"I-I actually love you to Gaara b-but I never knew-" Your words where cut off by his lips upon yours. Your eyes widened a bit than you relaxed…so this is what love felt like…something your father abused to give you. And it wasn't that hard to get or give…

Boyfriend: Yah you guessed it! Gaara :P

What Characters Think Of You

Gaara: (We can all guess this :P) I never knew what love was. But Akemi was different…How could her father not love her? I would die for her!

Temari: She's pretty cool; I mean at least someone understands Gaara!

Kankuro: Woah! Gaara is lucky! She's h- *Stops as he see's Gaara's glare while Akemi is laughing at Kankuro*

Naruto: She's the coolest! She likes to get ramen with me! And we always have fun together! ^. ^ She helps me with pranks and everything! If she weren't with Gaara she'd be mine!! *Gets look from Gaara*

Sasuke: Hn, she's strong. But too much like Naruto. Couldn't care less.

Sakura: She's nice I enjoy being around her! She always likes to have fun!

Ino: I don't care about her. If she leaves Sasuke-kun alone than she's ok in my books.

Shikamaru: She's 50 50 troublesome. But she's just plain troublesome when she pulls those pranks with Naruto.

Choji: *Busy Eating*

Neji: She's strong. She's usually happy and playful. But when it comes to fighting she gets serious and has to do what is needed. She's seams nice if she wasn't with…

TenTen: She's a great friend I like watching her fight. She's a great example of what girls can really do! Especially with Tai Jutsu and Nin Jutsu!

Lee: She is very stong! I like her Tai Justu ways!

Kiba: She's hot! And funny, playful, kind, sweet, nice (Me: umm? Ok Kiba I think we get it -_-')

Hinata: S-she's r-really n-nice a-and n-Naruto s-seams to e-enjoy h-her.

Shino: She's ok, I mean at least she doesn't scream and squish my bugs like most girls. Even though she doesn't like them crawling all over her.
