I climb, I slip, I fall
Reaching for your hands
But I lay here all alone
Sweating all your blood.

"Stop it!"
"You're such...such a WHORE!"
My wrists burned from her grip, "LET GO OF ME!"
"Explain to me....why..why.." My mother was too drunk to even finish a sentence. I yanked my hands away, but cracked my shoulder against a wall. I cried out in pain. She slapped me.
"Stupid mistake." She was able to finish two words that hurt most. Typical. My face stung with her handprint on it.
"I'm leaving." I cried, "YOU NEVER WANTED ME!"
"I NEVER LOVED YOU! YOU'RE THE WORST SIXTEEN YEAR OLD EVER!"
"SHUT UP! SHUT, UP!" I screamed, covering my ears. My mother fell to her knees, holding the bottle as if it were a baby. The way she should have held me as a child. I stormed away into my room, slamming and locking the door. I grabbed anything that seemed to hold a purpose to me, and shoved it into a duffel bag. I saw someone staring back at me. My image in the mirror startled me. My shoulder length black and purple hair was a mess, my face had streaks of any traces of eyeliner that once lined my hazel eyes; now bloodshot. In the past three years since the abuse started, I got skinnier, my scars stayed longer, and bruises were no longer going to get better before I got married. My hand pressed against the cool reflective glass, and I saw I needed change. The hand once gently laying upon the glass, turned into a fist, punching it. The glass shattered, raining onto the hardwood floor like a sun shower as the light from my window shone through it. Crimson drops drizzled after, and I ignored the injury as I opened my window, jumped out onto the roof, and never looked back.

"Oh my God, Bullet...what happened?!"
"Is everyone here, Jeremy? I need all four of you."
"Yeah...holy crap, you're bleeding."
I glanced at my hand; wasn't the worst of my problems. I walked inside, finding Josh asleep, Zac playing video games, and Hayley laying on her back, spacing out.
"Guys, Bullet's here." Jeremy said. Hayley jumped up, noticing my hand, she ran into the other room.
"I'm getting towels!" She yelled. Zac looked behind him, and also got to his feet quickly, hugging me.
"You're staying, right?"
"Anywhere is better than home."
Hayley shoved the towel at me in a panic. "What happened?"
"We got in a fight again. She was drunk. I punched a mirror..." It hit how much blood was draining from my hand. I began shaking. Hayley pulled me into a hug.
"You'll be fine, everything will work for the best, Bullet." She whispered. And if only she knew how right she was at that moment.

short, I know, but I wanted to get it down asap! :]
msgs and ratings would be brilliant.
