Chemistry was over in what felt like 10 minutes. Watching Jay be an idiot was amusing, and it made class fly by. Next up was Trig.
I had both Jay and Padge in my Trig class, which was good ; I hate being alone in classes.
Jay and I left chemistry, Jay left with a detention slip, and started to walk to towards the math hall. It was on the other side of the school which was...wonderful.
"I swear if I have to do one more problem on the board I am gonna shoot Mr. Ford in the fucking jaw." I twiched at the thought of trig. Who the fuck invented trig anyway?
"We have that quiz today, remember?" Jay said, making me stop dead in my tracks. I dropped my head and continuted walking along side Jay. I had forgotten all about
that quiz and now I'm sure I'm gonna bomb it.
"Whatever, I just want to make it out alive today."

Trig draged on forever, although the test wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. Mostly review material. Lunch was next so I got to see Matt, which was a plus, but the
rest of the guys had second lunch, unlike us with first lunch.
"Hey, you." Matt said, as I approached the lunch table, diet coke and cold pizza in hand.
"Hey." I opened my coke and handed Matt a slice of pizza, just like every other day.
"What's wrong?"
"I dunno. I just don't feel like being here anymore." I took a bite of my pizza and sighed. Matt did the same.
"Wanna skip?" He asked, mouth full of pizza. I thougt about it. I didn't have any real classes for the rest of the day, just music and computer graphics.
"Uhh..yeah. Lets go." We cleared what was on our table and walked towards the gymnasium. There was doors by the locker rooms that were easy leave from without
getting caught. No one really cares if seniors leave, anyways.
"What do you wanna do now?" Matt turned towards me.
"Lets just walk." I said, feeling just a little stressed. He nodded and took my hand, entwining our fingers together. Most people would think of this as a romantic thing, and as much
as I would like it to be, it was just a friendly gesture we did all the time.
"Seriously, Cate, what's wrong?"
"I don't know. I'm just feeling a little stressed, thats all."
"About what? You know you can tell me." I looked up at him. He was right. Since we were kids I have told Matt everything.
"About school ending, I don't have a place to go when it does. I don't have a date to prom, which is silly because i'm not even psyched about going. My mom has been
getting drunk alot lately and finals...and I don't know. Just alot on my mind." It took him a minute to take it all in.
"Lets start with school ending." I nodded.
"When school ends, I'm leaving my house. I have to. But I have no where to go. No money for my own appartment, no nothing." I said.
"Come live with me. We could both pitch in for a small appartment. It would be so badass and now that I have this idea in my head, you can't bail on me." I laughed.
Living with Matt would be baddass.
"Deal, I guess." He smiled and continuted through the list.
"If you don't even really want to go to prom, why are you so worked up over a date?"
"I don't know. It senior prom, I just want to share it with someone, ya know?" He nodded and looked thoughtful.
"Why don't you go to prom with me?" He asked, sincerly.
"Matt Tuck, are you asking me to be your prom date?"
"I am." He smile, and I returned it.
"Well, I can't say no to that." Inside my head, I was jumping up and down.
"Do you want to talk about your mom problems?" I bit my lip.
"Naw. That can wait a little bit. You made me happy and I don't want to get down again." He squeezed my hand.
"I'm always here for you."
I smiled. "I know." And I queezed his hand back.

Matt and I walked all over town, finally arriving at my house at approximatly 3 in the afternoon. We watched tv for a while then decided it was time to head over to Moose's.
"I'm going to go change before we go." I stated, standing up.
"Ohh can I watch?" I asked, his face looking hopeful, almost like a little kid asking for a dollar to go play videogames at the arcade while mommy goes underwear shopping.
But, half of those kids get shot down, and so did Matt.
"Oh come on!" I shook my head and continuted upstairs. I changed into jeans and an Avenged Sevenfold teeshirt. I put my chucks and studded belt on on and went back
down stairs, grabbing money and my cell from the table.
"Ready?" He nodded and hopped up from the couch. Since my car was still at school, we walked to Moose's. He wasn't far away, just a few blocks.

The bands name was "Bullet For My Valentine". It was formerly ''Jeff killed John", but when Jay joined it was changed.
They played several songs : 'Hand Of Blood' , 'No Control' , 'Cries in vain' , and 'Just Another Star' . They have gotten really good over time and I could
see BFMV evolving into something great. Practice got over at about 7 p.m. so we decided to go grab a bite to eat and roam the town.
