it might be a little while before the next one, my homework is getting crazy. hope you like it! messages and friends are awesome as always.
“Oh by the way, soon I really am going to need my diaper changed,” Kathy informed him.
“And I smell reeeeeally bad, so if I were you, I’d let us take showers,” I told him.
“I think you smell like a beautiful morning rose!” Jon said, dramatically throwing his arms around me. “One that’s been soaked in vinegar and left outside to mold for a few weeks, but a rose nonetheless!”
We all cracked up. Robert ran a hand over his face, mumbling something about “teenagers” and “aspirin.”
He then took a key out of his pocket and went over to unlock Kathy and Leah’s cage.
“ME FIRST!” Kathy shrieked, and at the same time Leah screamed “DIBS!”
They looked at each other for a second, then stampeded for the door, shoving each other out of the way and tripping each other, laughing maniacally all the while. Jon and I collapsed laughing again. Kathy did a strange version of leap frog over Leah and slammed into the door with a loud CLANG! Then leapt out of it just as Robert opened it.
“HA! LOSER!” she cried triumphantly, swaying a little from her collision with the bars. “Your eyes are going in different directions!” Leah pointed at her and giggled, which made me and Jon start cracking up again.
Robert took his gun out of his jacket and held it at Kathy’s back, pointing her up the stairs. The laughter stopped immediately.
Robert looked pleased that he still had a little sway over us.
Kathy looked over her shoulder at it. “You know, that’s getting a little old.”
“Just so you don’t think of escaping,” he told her.
“Fine, all I want is in the shower. Now quit poking me with that thing, it’s annoying.” We heard her tell him as they headed up the stairs, and began laughing again.
Robert heaved a huge sigh and the door closed.
Leah looked over at me. “Just remember, I called dibs. I am so next.”
I grinned and pretended to be offended. “Oh fine, be that way!”
“But then I won’t have time to blow dry my hair and do my nails!” Jon pouted.
Leah and I began laughing again. Suddenly I stopped. “Ooh, I feel lightheaded!” I said, swaying a little.
I sat down on the floor with a dazed expression. Leah laughed even harder. Jon’s expression was concerned but slightly amused as he sat down next to me and put his arm around me.
“You sang and laughed too much and forgot to breathe!” Leah giggled.
I saw the hilarity of the situation and couldn’t help but laugh. Jon shook his head and tried not to laugh along with us, but he didn’t succeed. He laughed silently, which looked really odd, yet hilarious, so I started giggling again.
“I remember I did that one time because I was singing too high then I fainted, then when I woke up, I threw up and everyone on stage ran away from me and it wasn’t fair, because another girl threw up but she got free ginger ale! I didn’t get any ginger ale, I should demand it next time. I can threaten to sue them, that’d be fun,” Leah said, which made me laugh harder. The room was getting a little blurry.
Jon passed me a glass of water, and I just leaned my head on his shoulder and cracked up like a mental patient.
“Leah, shut up, you’re making it worse!” he said, still trying not to laugh.
I tried taking deep breaths, but it was too funny!
At that moment, Kathy was marched back into the room. She had freshly washed and brushed hair and brought the scent of shampoo with her. She stared at us for a minute, looking scared, then asked, “What...um...I don’t want to know do I?”
I just let myself fall on the floor and laugh, not even trying to stay conscious anymore, so I rolled over onto my side and fell asleep.
