ALL MEMBERS READ!!! [RANT]

Ok, so you see the new site? Like it? Hate it? Don't give a crap? Well whatever your opinion is, it doesnt matter. No one cares, get over it. Now, if you think that constantly bugging the quizilla staff will get it changed back, your absolutely insane. Actually it makes them want to keep it more. So quit whining. Yeah yeah, Ive heard it all and quite honestly I dont care how discombobulated (thank you marcus lol) it is, its not gonna change.
I realize that over time members come and go and I have learned to accept the fact that quizilla wants new members and not just the old ones. The founder of the site Vampirefreaks, Jet, said in an interview about his site "there's always gonna be someone bitching how they liked "the old days" and how the new people suck. but this has been going on for years. so the "newbs" of today wind up being the "old skoolers" of next year who everyone loves, and the cycle continues." yes, he was talking about vampirefreaks, but the principle is the same. remember when you were a new quizilla member? Let me share one of my personal experiences about my first few times on quizilla.
One nice little day, I was at home sitting at the computer. The sun was out and shining, little birds twittering amongst the trees, and the cool spring air danced through the window. HAHAHAHAHA!!!!! sorry i had to do that. *wipes away tear from laughing so hard* anyway so yeah i made an account (at night lol) and made a quiz and blahblah. anyway some people messaged me. i was like "heck yeah! im finally noticed!!" of course i was a newbie and i didnt really feel like i belonged to the site just yet. So i talked to these people, who had been on this site longer than i. anywho, i was feeling rather intimidated. mostly because there was one in particular that hated new members. and, of course, she was sending me stuff saying, "if your gonna join the site why dont you make good quizzes? im sick of new members that ruin everything!" needless to say, this kept up, so i blocked her.
now why did i tell you that? to try and get you guys to stop saying things about new members. i mean sure theyre clueless, and yes its fun to watch them get confused, but to send them messages about how its their fault the site is changing and stuff is just wrong. remember you were a new new member at one time as well. look back at jets quote, one day all these new members you're bashing will be in your position and if you treat them horribly, think how theyll treat new members. for a little over a year now i have been giving out random bits of advice, exposed fakes, made layouts, and just been a friend to those who need them. but i cant do that forever. this is why all the old members need to just accept the fact that the old quizilla is gone, the new one is here, they are the "old skoolers" (jets term lol) that need to set an example, and they need to be nice to the newbies. =]
Oh and one more thing i almost forgot..... FIGHTING ONLINE IS POINTLESS. i have seen so many fights start in the staffs journal about the new site. old members complaining about how the old site was better and new ones saying its easier and cooler and blahblahblah and SHUT UP! its not gonna get changed back, end of story. so get over it. stop fighting with other members about it. I'm honestly sick of hearing it. I really really am. as much as i dislike the new site, i am accepting it. im not whining and complaining about it. just deal with it or leave. ok?
