After a mile of driving, they finally made it to the Vandera’s home. Their door was above ground, and hidden, of course. Melissa found the door and knocked on it. The door opened and a little girl with blonde hair answered.
“Hello?” she asked in a small, high pitched voice.
“Um…hi. We’re here to see Corbin and Kail,” Melissa said nervously hoping they were home.
“Oh. They’re busy. Why do you want to see them?” she asked again in her high pitched voice.
“We need to talk. Can we come in…sorry I don’t know your name,” Melissa asked realizing suddenly that she was the only person in the family she didn’t recognize and know the name of.
“I’m Terra,” Terra giggled happy that she asked. “You can come in.” The three came in and closed the door. Terra giggled again and skipped away.
“Okay then…” Callie stared after the strange little girl. A man who looked like he was in his twenties, but really was the dad and was around forty, walked by and noticed them.
“Oh. Hello ladies. Who are you here to see?” the man, who’s name was Matt, asked.
“Corbin and Kail,” Callie responded.
“Who may I ask are you again?” Matt asked them, puzzled by who they could be. All six of them had only seen them once or twice each and he probably had once.
“I’m Katherine, this is Callie, and that’s Melissa. We’re the Marks family,” Katherine introduced.
“Oh yes. I remember. So sorry about your parents. Come to the living room. I’ll get the boys,” Matt remembered leading them to the living room and leaving them.

“I am going to die of boredom!” Sara exclaimed sitting down after standing up and pacing for the hundreth time.
“I don’t think he would let you,” Jamie said from her spot where she was trying to sleep.
“What does that mean?” Sara growled. Jamie was going to explain when Sierra cut in.
“You know, you guys, we haven’t tried to get the rings off each other because he told us not to. Let’s give it a try,” Sierra suggested.
“Ugh…fine. If it doesn’t work, you get to die first,” Jamie said jokingly sitting up.
“Ok, Sierra, come over here,” Sara said. Sierra walked over and sat next to Sara and Jamie. Sara took Sierra’s ring and pulled it off!

After what seemed like forever, Corbin and Kail finally came in to the living room. Corbin, who was just a little over fifteen, was tall and had brown hari, while Kail, who was sixteen, was tall with blonde hair. They sat down as if they did this every day.
“What’s up?” Corbin asked.
“Well Martinial is after the six of us,” Melissa explained.
“There’s only three of you,” Kail said counting the girl’s again.
“That’s why we need your help. He got Sara, Sierra, and Jamie and we know where he is but at the same time we don’t,” Callie explained the best she could.
“We need your guy’s help. We haven’t fully developed our powers and you have and it would be risky for us to go alone,” Katherine tried to explain more. Callie was reading the boys’ thoughts and when Melissa realized this, read Callie’s mind to see what they were thinking.
I don’t know. We’ve only met them maybe twice before. Kail thought.
Should we risk ourselves to help them? I barely developed mine a while ago. Corbin thought.

“How…what…” Jamie stuttered. She was completely stunned. Sierra took off Sara and Jamie’s.
“I can’t believe it worked. Now what?” Sierra exclaimed.
“I’ll tell Callie where we are and for now I think we need to pretend to be prisoner until they get here with a car,” Sara suggested.
“Why with a car? You don’t want to run?” Sierra teased putting the rings in her pocket.
“Haha. You’re so funny,” Sara sarcastically commented before going in to a trance to figure out where they were and where the others were at.
“When they get here, you can bend the bars so we can get out,” Jamie told Sierra.
“Found them. They’re at the Vandera’s. I’ll tell Callie where we are,” Sara informed them coming out and going back in to a trance.
“The Vandera’s? Aren’t those our neighbors?” Sierra asked confused.
“I think so. I think they’re the ones with like five kids.”

Corbin and Kail were still thinking, and the girls were still waiting for their respnse. They had stopped listening to their thoughts a while ago.
“Sara!” Callie suddenly exclaimed. “I know where they are! We need to go! Now!”
“We’ll come,” Kail decided suddenly. All five of them ran to the girls car.
“I get to drive,” Kail announced not caring that it wasn’t his car. Callie didn’t care and threw him the keys. Corbin, Melissa, and Katherine got in the backseat. Callie got shotgun, and Kail, of course, got the driver seat. When they reached the highway and heading towards the factories, Kail asked, “ Which factory?”
“They’re in the older, abandoned cloth factory,” Callie answered.
“What powers do you guys have?” Melissa asked trying to make small talk.
“I’m strong and can read minds,” Kail answered first.
“I’m fast and can levitate things,” Corbin replied. “What about you guys?”
“Jamie and I can make objects move,” Katherine said.
“Sara and I can see the future and read minds,” Callie spoke up from meditating.
“Sierra and I are fast and strong,” Melissa said last.
“Woah…wait. There’s six of you guys. Do you all have power sisters?” Kail realized getting more and more confused.
“Yeah. We’re sextuplets. It just ended up like that,” Melissa explained playing with the lock on her door.
“I think it would suck to have a power brother,” Corbin announced. Having an older brother was bad enough as it is, but to have someone who is exactly your age and have the same powers would be close to a nightmare. Talk ceased for almost ten minutes before Kail pulled off the highway and down a one-lane road heading towards the factory. When they were a quarter of a mile away, Kail pulled off into the bushes on the side of the road.
“Everyone stay here. They said that they’d communicate with us if they need
help,” the girls all announced at once.

“They’re here, let’s go,” Sara announced.
“I have a good feeling that we’re not getting out of here without any trouble,” Sierra reminded her, bending the bars away form each other making a hole big enough for them to climb through. They ran as fast as they could. When they reached the metal, double doors that searved as an entrance and exit, the doors wouldn’t open. Not even Sierra could open it with her power of strength. The door won’t open. Not even Sierra can get it. Sara and Jamie thought as Sierra kept trying.
