You smiled as you opened the door a crack, for you had just met this guy less then an hour ago, and where you lived you never knew just who to trust. Your genuine smile soon turned into a nervous smile, it baffled you how a guy you just met already knew where you lived. 'Is he a stalker?' You questioned silently to yourself. As many other questions coursed through you.

He smiled back at you, well it could be described as more of a smirk, as he saw your cautious reactions. "You dropped this back at the beach and I thought you may want it back." He reached into his back pocket and produced a small black leather wallet that still had a few brown grains of sand stuck to it. He brushed it off and extended it to you.

He handed it to you through the crack in the door that you widened to about two and a half feet, "Thanks." You said taking it graciously from his hand. You shivered as a cold chill ran up your spin, giving you goose bumps, as your warm hand made contact with his chilly one. "It must have fallen out of my pocket or something, thanks."

"Mmhmm." He said, almost uninterested as he turned to leave.

You took a half a step back almost appalled by his actions, you too were about to turn away when a question popped into your head, "What's your name?"

He turned his head about halfway as he kept walking, he spoke softly so that you could barely make out the word he spoke, "Seth."

You nodded, showing that your heard him, though he couldn't see. You closed the door gently and bolted it for the night, you let out a pretty impressive sigh. It was safe to say that you weren't exactly a 'night person.' But then again it would be incorrect for someone to assume that you were a 'day person.' You were an 'in-between person,' to put it frankly.

You dragged your heavy feet as you made your way to your bedroom, sleepiness had taken over your body once more. But you didn't know if you would be able to fall asleep as quickly tonight as you had so many other nights.

Thoughts of the stranger named Seth consumed your thoughts. He was definitely one of those guys who caught your eye, and not many guys did that. You were intrigued by the mysterious aura that surrounded him and just by the way he carried himself mystified you.

You immersed yourself underneath the covers as the thoughts of Seth were slowly swept away as thoughts melted into dreams, and before you knew it you were fast asleep

You were tossing and turning in your sleep, plauged by a long forgotten dream that you hadn't had in years. You shot up in bed, dreanched in a cold sweat. You pushed your hair back out of your face and put a hand on your chest in attempt to slow your breathing.

You laid back down and stared up at the celing. "It's just a dream. It's just a dream." You murmered to yourself, you inhaled and exhaled deeply and slowly. You were just about to colse your eyes once more when something on the far side of the room caught your attention.

You sat back up, your heart thudding wildly in your chest, threatening to burst out of your body. You turned slowly, your eyes still fixated on the open window. A soft breeze pushed the curtians inward giving the room an errie look as the light from the full moon projected shadows into your bedroom.

You sighed, as your heart beat slowed once more. What was with you tonight? You were a bit jumpy and for no reason. Thinking you had just forgotten to close the window earlier that day you crept to the window and pushed the sill down, closing it. You locked it into place before making your way back over to your bed, slowly.

You climbed back under the covers and rubbed your face into the feather pillow. You tossed and turned, fading in and out of sleep. You couldn't seem to get comfortable, and everytime you fell into a light sleep you would jerk awake suddenly and with no explanation.

You know that feeling you get whenever you cab feel someone staring at you in the dead of night? Maybe not. But you could feel a pair of eyes watching you through the cover of night.
