Birthday presents ~*~One Shot~*~

"Stop poking me!"
"Tell me what you want and I'll stop poking you~!" I chirped. I smiled happily at Ookami, poking him again. "What do you want!?"
"Nothing! I told you already I don't want you to waste money on me." I crinkled my nose. "I'm serious Neko!"
"Like I'm going to listen!" I said, nodding my head before poking him again. "Now tell me what you want or I'll keep poking you with the finger of doom!"
"Finger of doom..?"
"Don't change the subject!"
"I don't want anything!"
Poke.

Poke.
"Ah!" Ookami tackled me to the ground. "Stop poking me!"
"Never!" I said, poking him again before pushing him away. I jumped back, grinning happily as my ears twitched, my tail swishing happily. "What do you want?" I asked in a sing-song voice.
"If I tell you will you leave me alone?" He snapped, his own wolfish ears twitching. I nodded, smiling.
"Yes! Yes I will!"
"Alright! I don't want anything. I just want you, Kitsune, and Tora to be there for my birthday." I crinkled my nose.
"I'm still getting you something," I said from my spot on the arm of the couch. I grinned sheepishly when he growled at me. "Kitsune! Tora! We're going shopping!"
"SHOPPING!" Kitsune yelled, jumping off the stairs after she ran down to see what was going on. "Woo!" She tackled me from the couch, grinning madly. I laughed as she was pulled off.
"Thanks Tora-chan!" I smiled. Tora smiled back and set Kitsune on her feet before helping me up.
"Why are we going shopping?" Tora asked.
"Ookami-kun won't tell me what he wants for his birthday!" I said and pointed an accusing finger at him. "So we're gonna go buy him something!"
"No you aren't!" He growled. I smiled brightly.
"Try and stop me!" I said as I grabbed Kitsune and Tora and ran out of the house. I shoved them in the car and jumped in, speeding away before he could get outside to stop me.
"That was awesome!" Kitsune laughed.
"Next time I'm driving..." Tora said, clutching to her seat for dear life. I laughed when her eye twitched as I sped towards the mall, smiling at the feeling of my wallet, fat with money after my last paycheck.

"I hope he likes it..." I said with a frown as I wrapped Ookami's present. Tora and Kitsune did the same to theirs and smiled at me.
"I'm sure he will!" Tora said.
"I know he'll like them!" Kitsune said with a bright smile. I smiled back.
"Yeah! He has to love them!"
"Love what?" Ookami asked from the doorway. I jumped up, hiding the present behind my back while Kitsune and Tora did the same.
"N- Nothing!" I chirped nervously, grinning.
"Then whats behind your back?"
"Uh... Um.. A kitty?" Ookami's eye twitched and I laughed nervously and stepped back.
"Let me see."
"No! Not until five!"
"Why five?"
"Neko!"
My eyes widened. I forgot he didn't know about the party.
Oopsie..!
"What's at five?" Ookami asked.
"Well it was a surprise party," Kitsune said, glaring at me. I backed off, holding a hand up defensivly.
"It just slipped! I swear!"
"Dork..." Tora grumbled. I laughed nervously again, not noticing Ookami as he snuck up behind me and snatched the present.
"Hey!" I growled, spinning around. "You can't open that yet!" I said, trying to get the present back from him. He held me back with a hand, turning over the wrapped package in his free hand as I flailed mine to reach it. "Not fair!" I grumbled against his hand. "You're bigger than me!" I pouted.
Kitsune and Tora laughed hard as they watched me try to get the present back and failing miserably.
"Let him open it," Kitsune said, shrugging as she held out her package. "He can open all of them now and we can still have the party later." I sighed and stepped back.
"Yeah let's just do that," I said. Ookami smiled and shook his head and moved to sit on the couch.
"You three really didn't have to buy me anything," He said. I smiled and perched myself on the arm of the couch, my tail swishing back and forth as I watched him open the presents, wide grins on all of our faces.
"Of course we did! You're our Ookami-kun so we had to buy you something!" He chuckled and ripped open our presents one buy one.
Kitsune had bought him another i-Pod after his broke last week.
Tora had got him a nice cologne that he had run out of. It was pretty expenive, but it still smelled really good.
And I got him a picture frame, unable to find anything else. Inside the frame was a picture of Tora, Kitsune and I that took up most of the frame. The other part had a hand-written note on it with the words 'Your loving family' written on it. Ookami smiled up at all of us.
"I love it you guys," He said, hugging each of us in turn. "And the picture is beautiful. Who took it?"
"Neko did!" Tora said with a smile. "She got one of those timed cameras." She laughed.
"Yeah it took ten tries to get it too," Kitsune said, sticking her tongue out.
"Hey I didn't know how to work it!" I said, crinkling my nose. "I never used the time function on it before." Ookami laughed.
"Well it's beautiful, Neko-chan. And I love the new i-Pod, Kitsune-chanand the cologne is awesome Tora-chan!" I smiled happily and all three of us tackled Ookami.
This is my family, and I would never trade them out for anyone.
