Birthday Present-chapter 4-{Cash or Credit}

We passed through some doors before finally getting in the one she wanted. There was make-up and clothes everywhere. To the left was a vanitey(sp?) and to the right was a table full of make-up for every skin type, and to the back was where the clothes were.

She sat me down at the vanitey and went for the make-up table. The silence was reallyirritating, so I decided to say something. "If you don't mind ,um...why did you call Robert 'master'?" "Because he bought me some time ago." she said coming back with make-up and a long lavender sweater.

"HE BOUGHT YOU!!!!" I said kinda disgusted. she laughed. "It's not as bad as you think" she said while putting make up on me.

Pssh...yeah rite...

"So whats gonna happen to me?" I asked as she put the finally touches on my face.

"Well I yoour going to be bought, by a good owner I hope, and the rest I really don't know" "What do you mean 'you don't know'" I practically screamed.

"I can't foretell the future" she threw me the sweater. "Here put this on.."

I put the sweater on and looked in the mirror, it looks as if I came here with no clothes....wait I DID!!...she tied a black ribbon onto my tail.

"There you look perfect." she says staring at my earsan tail. "Do you mind?" "No, not at all."She touches them.

My cat instincts came over me and before I knew it I stared purring. It was very relaxing,...until Dent came into the room.

"Okay time to go.." he said grabbing the leash. Kayla gave me a hug goodbye. "Until we meet again." she waved. I was gonna miss her...she was the only nice person.

Dent pulled me out the room and back into the hall and out onto another room with a stage and men everywhere!!! There was mini groups of men huddled around something.
