Around The Corner~Part 26

It was December now, and I was sitting in the common room with Draco, Blaise, Adrian, and Angelina. It was 1 day until Christmas holidays, and we were all going to my manner with Peter`s friends. Unfortuantly, Blaise was going to his own manner, and Brooke was goin gto the burrow. Brooke and I were friends again. But I`d see Brooke and Blaise at the Zambini`s New Year`s party. We were all pretty excited for that.
It had to be at least 2 in the morning. We were all craming for Snape`s little Christmas present, a major exam. This would count as 80% of our second term grade. I cuddled against Draco, dropping my potions book. I had been studying with the rest of them for exactly 5 straight hours, and we had skipped dinner. Draco set down my notes and then wrapped his arms around my waist.
"Wanna go up, love?" He whispered into my ear, pulling my in closer. I nodded slightly, and he must have gotton the message. He stood, and brushed himself off..

Arrogant bloke.
And offered me his hand. I smiled the best I could without yawning into his outstrected hand, and grabbed it. He kissed me on the cheek before letting me climb the stairs to my dormitory. Most days I stayed in his, but tonight it wouldn`t matter since I was too exausted to stay up and talk.
"That was the hardest exam ever,"I sighed, walking out of potions with Crabbe,Goyle,Draco,Adrain,Angelina,Brooke, etc. Mainly our entire Slytherian year without Pansy.
"I think I may cry,"Blaise said seriously.
The exam didn`t go so well... After about 60 hours all together of studying, we still were probably going to fail. Except for Angie, who ginned broadly, knowing she got every question correct. I rolled my eyes at her while she strutted behind us, being careful not to brag. We made our way back to the common room. We fortuantly had only 3 lessons today, and the rest of the day we were able to go to Hogsmeade to do some put-off Christmas shopping. We planned to pair into pairs... Brooke took shopping way to seriously. She even devised a plan which looked like this:



She had set it up so everyone was at different stores at different times so noone but their shopping buddy got them. She obviously had to seperate me and Draco, otherwise he`d get pissed, so she decided that her and Ang would go to the jewlrey store at the same time as him so they could spy on him to see my gift. I was pretty pumped
