"Haku?" you whisper into the darkness of your room if was your birthday and Haku always came to see you "Yes It's me." a voice says you shut your door hugging your brother "I've missed you Haku." you say pulling away from him "I missed you too you've grown so much." he says smiling at you "I wish you could stay here longer or i could see you more." "I cant im sorry if anyone caught you with me they would hurt you and i cant let that happen." he says shaking his head
"That Jutsu you were teaching me last time i got it down." you say last time you saw haku he taught you how to use the crystal ice needles jutsu and now you've mastered it "Good but never your your jutsus in public." "I know." "Kana? Who are you talking to is there someone in there with you?" your aunts voice rings out through the door "I must leave." Haku say he lifts his mask kissing your forehead "Goodbye." he says dissapering your aunt opens the door
"Was there someone in here with you?" she asks "No just me." you say looking out the window "Well it's time for you to go to bed and Kana happy birthday." she says walking out you change and crawl into your bed "WERE IS SHE?!" a voice rings out waking you up "She's asleep why do you need her?" your aunts voice asks your door swings open and six men enter your room "Kana Your under arrest for housing and assisting a fugitive!" the man says grabbing you by your wrists dragging you out of your room
Your escorted to the town center the next day where you arms are chained to two polls held strait out from you people pass by spitting at you and throwing rocks at you at about noon two gaurds come up to you and people start to gather around "As punishment for housing and aiding a fugitive Kana Shiro is sentenced to 100 lashings!" the gaurd yells out "Here bite down on this." the one says holding a rag out for you to bite down on your take the rag in your mouth "1!" the man says striking you you bite down hard on the rag screaming "2....3....4....5" h says whipping you.
You can feel it ripping your skin off the bones blood running down your back "6...7...8...9...10" you scream the rag falling from your mouth "HEY LEAVE HER ALONE!" a voice screams out you open your tear filled eye's and see a man and a boy with his hair up in a pont tail a chubby kid and a girl with blonde hair.
"She is surving the punishment for her actions." the man says "So!" "Ino leave it." the man says "Asuma we cant just leave her!" the boy with his hair up says "Well come back for her dont worry." he says "As-" "We came here on a mission once we finish our mission well be back for her." he says "Fine." theboy says "11." he says whipping you you let out a chilling scream they walk off and the man whacks you agian.

your head hung as your arms were still chained out to the sides you survived your lashings and you now hung there your bodying acheing and bleeding barley consious from blood loss "Hey hey are you ok." voices start saying words slurred together you feel your arms released and someone holding you up "Hhhhheeeeeeeeyyyyyyyyy aaaaarrrrreeeeeee yyyyyyyyoooooouuuuuu oooooooookkkkkkkkk?" a voice says you let out a gurgle
"We need to get her to a hospital." a new voice says you let out a painful groan "Be careful her wounds are still fresh!" a female voice says they carefully lift you up carrying you somewhere you close your eye's and pass out from blood loss.
"Miss are you awake?" a female voice says quitely "Unnn." you groan a pain shooting through your body "Do you know where you are?" "Village hidden in the mists hospital?" you guess "No your in the leaf village's hospital." "How'd i get here?" you ask breathlessly "Some of our ninja that were on a mission to the mist found you and brought you back here for medical treatment because no hospital in your village would even let them through the doors with you." she says
"Oh." you say "They've been waiting outside the past few days waiting to see if you were going to be ok would you like me to tell them you are up?" "Um yes." you say "Ok hold on." she steps out th door when the door opens the nurse and the people from the other day stepped in "How do you feel?" the man says "Well i've been better." you smile "Whats your name?" the boy with his hair up blurts out the others staring at him his eye's drop to the floor
"Sor-" "Kana Shiro." you say quickly smiling his eye's lift meeting yours "Thank you all for assisting me.......I dont believe i've caught your names get." you say "Yes, I am Asuma Sarutobi this is Choji Akimichi, Ino Yamanaka, and thats Shikamaru Nara." "Thank you all for helping out."
You smile greatfully towards them "But i must be back on my way." you say trying to stand up pulling the I.V's out of your arm "No! Miss you must stay here until your wounds heal more!" the nurse cries out in shock "But i must go see if my brother is ok!" you cry out "Your brother?" Asuma says realizing what you have said you get quiet you feel tears swelling in the corners of your eye's "It's nothing." you say
"Well you must stay here for a few days until your wounds heal a little bit more." the nurse says "Ok." you say "Im going to have some medical ninja in here helping your wounds also." she adds writing on a clipboard "Fine." you say "Ino Shikamaru Choji we need to train lets go." Asuma says everyone follows him out and some medical ninja ocme in
"Could we have you sit up with your shirt off of your back." a female medical ninja says you oblide pulling the back of your shirt off and over your head she places her hands almost touching your back healing your wounds this goes on for about an hour befor she is done "You can put your shirt down." "Thank you i feel much better now." "You can walk around the village but i would like you to come back here in a little while." "Yes i will." you agree walking out.
you walk out into the busy streets when a great smeel passes by your nose you turn following the sent to a BBQ shop you walk in and see Asuma Choji Shikamaru and Ino sitting at a table "Hey Kana come over and join us." Asuma says you walk over sitting next to Ino who was by Shikamaru "They let you out already?" Ino says "Yes." you say "Help yourself to some food there's enough for everyone." Asuma says
"Oh i couldn't." you say "No please do." he says "O-ok." you take a bite of the pork "Mmmmm It's great." you say taking another bite "So why were they whipping you like that." Ino asks "I would prefer not to talk about it."you say and stop eating "I need to leave im sorry." you say quickly standing up and hurrying out the door "Aw geez Shikamaru follow her make sure she's ok." Asuma says "Wah? Whata drag." he says standing up and following you out the door.
You run through the streets into the forest where you find a small lake you take a step onto the water ice appering where your foot is you take another step and keep walking out to the center when you took your fot off the ice patch it turned back into water you sit down ice forming under you "What are you doing all the way out here?" a voice says you turn quickly water wrapping around the persons feet turning into ice "Shikamaru?" you say you had frozen him in ice all the way up to his knee's "Sorry." you say releasing him "So you have a kekki genki?" he says walking up to you "Yes." you say "Hm so you can minipulate water turning it into ice." "Y-yes." "Cool." he says "Y-your not afraid of me?" you say in shock "No why should i be?" he says "If you have a kekki genki in my village you are killed and feared." "Not here, see i have a kekki genki also i can control shoadows." he says shrugging "Really!?" you say amazed "Yes its not that interesting."
