Chapter One - Ms. Andoli

Sunday


I strolled along the campus sidewalk on my way to my dorm room as several girls walked into my path.

"Excuse me." I said trying to move around them.

"Please stay and tell us how awful it was tutoring Jeremy." a blonde haired girl with too much eyeliner said to me.

"Okay..." 

"Was he mean? Was he rude? Did he hurt you?" they questioned me.

"No. Can I go now?" I finally responded.

"Yes, but one more thing." a slightly chubby, strawberry-blonde girl said.

I stopped to listen.

"Jeremy doesn't like geeks and he's dating already."

I snorted and walked away.

I arrived at my room and dropped my lunch onto the bed. My cell phone beeped. I glanced at it and noticed that it said I had a message. I thumbed in my password and listened to the message.

It said, "Hey, it's Jeremy. Change of plans. I need you to come over as soon as possible. Don't tell me no because it'll just make the situation worse. See you soon."

I closed my phone and tied my hair back with a ribbon. Looks like I'm going to Jeremy's room, I thought.
