One Day I'll Turn Around Oneshot (destinykeyblade)

You ran along the beach trying to catch him. Sora had snuck out again, but you sensed that something wasn't right. Plus, you didn't want to see your friend getting hurt.
You finally saw him on the little platform area near the broken shed. However, he wasn't alone. Your heart stopped as you saw Riku standing there as well, but...he wasn't the same. He was talking to Sora (although you couldn't make out what they were saying), but you knew it wasn't good.
Suddenly, darkness overcame both of them, and they had both vanished.

You sat up in your bed screaming his name. This had been the third time you had that dream remembering the day when he had vanished. Things had become weird after that. Kairi had claimed to see Sora, but she never mentioned...
Rising from your bed, you checked outside and saw it was another beautiful day on the island and a perfect time to think.

The ocean washed up touching the edge of your feet as you sat their looking out into the horizon.
"Is there other worlds out there?" you murmured to yourself deep in thought.
"That's what Kairi told you, wasn't it? Plus, how else do you think that Riku disappeared and stayed gone for all these years?" a strange voice echoed around you. You scanned in all directions but saw no one.
Out of nowhere, a darkness portal appeared to your left and you saw a figure step out of it. He had a long black trenchcoat, bright red hair that was spiked in an odd style, and brilliantly bright green eyes with little symbols under. He smirked at you, his eyes filled with knowledge that you wanted to know.
"Riku has changed since you've last seen him those many years ago. He has endangered many of your friends but is now loose on the "good" side. All because his heart was full of darkness," the man continued, putting on a fake innocent smile as he talked. "I feel like we are friends. We both have connections to the same people and want to help them."
You stepped away slowly, cursing under your breath as some silver figures appeared behind him. He had you cornered until another portal appeared behind you. Wasting no time, you sprinted into the portal and closed your eyes.

You were lying on the floor of a stange building. The floor was icy, and silence was the only thing you could hear. That was until...
"Hikaru!" a voice yelled out, one that was sudden and unusual. It was one that you had never heard before, but...how did he know your name and why did it sound-
He was slowly approaching you with one hand outstretched. His orange eyes fixed upon you making you stare back.
You took one step away and then tried to make a break away. You sprinted towards the nearest door not daring to look back. If you did, you wouldn't have made it.
Deciding to take a peak behind you, you snuck a glance and saw nothing. "Thank goodness he's gone!" you muttered as you continued scanning behind you.
"Is that so?" the voice asked maliciously. You screeched into a halt by running into him.
Pushing off of his chest, you tried to make another escape, but he grabbed your long black hair and yanked you back, staring into your green eyes. "Hikaru," he whispered stroking your cheek.
Slapping his hand away, you turned around, still aware of the fact he had a solid grab on you, glaring at the floor. That's how he used to touch you; at least, that's how it was before he vanished.
"If you don't mind, I'm leaving. I'm here to find my friend," you stated, freeing yourself from your grip. You stormed off pushing yourself past him.
"Your old friend Riku is long gone. You can never find him again," he snickered to himself, making himself loud enough to be heard and pierce through your heart.
You slowly stopped and glared at the ground in front of you. A few tears trickled down your face and dropped onto the ground. "I don't care if what you say is true. I will always search for him," you choked, shaking some tears off. "Now, if you don't mind, I'm going to go look for him."
You walked off, your head held high. Your long, black hair swished as you stormed across the room.
"Wait. Please don't go, Hikaru," he whispered, the mysterious stranger. "I know you might not believe me, but Riku is here...now...in this exact room."
You spun around. That couldn't be true..could it. His voice did sound faintly familiar, but it couldn't. They don't look remotely similar.
He approached you and put his hand on the side of your face. He leaned in and whispered, "I never stopped thinking of you. I want to get back to how I was so that we can continue life...together...as one."
Tears rolled down your face as you silently cried. You didn't know what rational thinking was behind this, but you knew that it was him. It was Riku.
"I thought..but you..." you stammered, blabbering phrases of what came to mind.
He put his fingers against your lips and soothed you. "I will be the man you can depend on. And I will return to you. That is my promise that I have made ever since I left."
Without giving you time to think, he rushed off out the door. You stood there dumbfounded.

You walked around the dark corridors. You had heard some chatter in random rooms, but after Riku had left you, you hadn't been able to find anyone. You wished that you could find a happily ever after with the one you did love. You wished that one day you'd turn around, and there he would be standing...waiting.
You strolled down more of the corridors when you when heard, "Hikaru!"
You turned around and saw him standing there, returned back to normal.
"Riku," you whispered, becoming flustered.
He ran to you and stopped in front of you, looking down upon you. He gently grabbed your face and lifted you up into a kiss. You didn't care if anyone else saw; you were just happy to be there with him...happy forever.
It all started out by one day turning around.



Gosh, I watched two love movies, and twas really depressing! SNAPE WAS CHEATING ON TRELAWNY!! >.> Twas horrible! *sobs*
Anywho, I hope ya'll liked this. It took me forever long because I kept on stipping at random points to do random things. I finish this as our second movie, Love Actually, and the little boy is too adorable! I can;t believe that he is really actually older than my sister!!! =( *sob sob* HE'S TOO CITE!!! =D
Destinykeyblade, I really do hope like this. Man, I am getting so sidetracked! Haha! Seriously, please message and rate (even pick if you feel the need to. ;D)! Always much appreicated.
