As the four of them walked along the shoreline, the storm eventually lifted. Atari had now set Suki down to help look for Aidou, and it wasn't long before she barked and raced down the beach. "Suki? Did you find him?", Atari asked, taking off after her. Atari was now close enough to see Aidou lying on the shore nearby. "Aidou! Aidou, are you okay?!", she asked as she approached his still quivering figure. "Atari, I'm fine", he assured her, clutching his shoulder. "What happened to your shoulder? Let me see it", Atari said, trying to move his hand. "It's nothing, just leave it alone", he replied sternly, and she backed off as her brother sat up. As the Leaf ninja along with Akamaru showed up, Atari turned around. "Why are you still following me?", she asked. "Because whether you like it or not, we were ordered to take you the rest of the way to the village", Kiba spoke for the group. "What about Ai-", she was cut off as Aidou stood up. "Atari, I can go back on my own. While you're there, just don't cause any trouble", he said, and then turned to the Leaf ninja. "Good luck." "There's another boat over there", Shino pointed out to him. Aidou nodded, and started out in the direction Shino had indicated. "Bye Aidou!", Atari called after him. He turned and waved once, and that was the last Atari saw of him before she took off the other direction towards Konoha.

Kiba, Hinata and Shino were close behind Atari when she first started off running. Suki was enjoying the ride in Atari's arms, but Atari soon slowed down when she realized she didn't know the way to Konoha. Kiba and Akamaru took the lead, while Atari caught up with them. "So, why exactly did you come up to find us anyways if I already had an escort?", she asked him. "Lady Tsunade asked us to make sure that you made it safely across because of the storm. And then we were ordered to escort you the rest of the way to the village", he explained. Shino and Hinata joined them as they approached the huge gate to Konoha. "Finally, let's go!", she rushed.
When they entered the village, Kiba, Shino and Hinata were leading her down the unfamiliar streets. People were glancing at her from time to time and exchanging words, but Atari just glared at anyone who did, which shut them up. Once they'd reached the tower and followed up the stairs, she shoved past the others and knocked on the door. "Who is it?", came and irritated reply. "Atari Umiko, from the Mist Village", she replied. "Oh, very well. Shizune, get the door", you hear her order, and the door soon opened. They all walked in and stood before the Hokage's desk. "Kiba, Hinata, Shino, thank you for bringing Atari here. You can go", Tsunade said. "Okay, see you Atari", Kiba said, and Atari waved just before Shizune shut the door. "Okay then, let's get to the point. Who will I be training with?", she asked directly. "For the time being I am assigning you to squad 7. Your sensei will be Kakashi Hatake", she said. "He should've been here an hour ago so I could explain this all to him", she added irritably as there was a knock on the door. "Must be him now", Tsunade muttered as the door swung open. "Sorry I'm late, I-", he started when Tsunade silenced him. "I'm not in the mood for your excuses today Kakashi, and I'm sure your students aren't either", she said. "Moving on. This is Atari Umiko. She is part of the exchange program, and for the time being will be a new member of Team 7", Tsunade explained to him. "And before I forget" she added, tossing Atari a key. "That's the key to where you'll be staying, and here's a map of Konoha", she said, throwing a scroll to her which Suki caught in her mouth. Atari nodded, and followed her new sensei out the door. "Hurry up, I'm supposed to take you to meet the team", Kakashi said.
Atari followed Kakashi to a field where there were three people standing impatiently. Atari guessed it was her new team. "Kakashi-sensei you're late again!" they all complained together. "I had to go pick up the newest member of the squad", he explained although that excuse was horrible, seeing as he was an hour late for that as well. Atari stepped out from behind him, and could feel their eyes on her, filled with curiousity.
