I'm Pregnant because of a ONE NIGHT stand with... A VAMPIRE PRINCE?! Chapter 3

Yay! Chapter 3! This story of mine is easy to write since I'm filled with ideas so... ENJOY!!

I know this is short, but I thought that this chapter should end as it is.

But don't worry chapter 4 ain't too far ahead. ^-^

Vivian and I sat down on a bench in the City park, facing the playground. We were quiet now, after a few shares of thought. I had the feeling that it was about time for me to tell him... to tell him that I was going to keep this baby.

"To end our discussion...", I started, making him look up to me as I stood up.
"I want you to know that I do have a plan about this baby."

As if he was enlightened, Vivian's eyes started to brighten at my statement. "Oh? Really?"

"I believe that I know what I must do. As a woman, I have a choice."

Vivian was smiling now, he slapped a hand on his forehead as if he couldn't agree more to what I said. "You are right! You are absolutely right!", he said as he stood up slowly.

"I believe that it is the right thing to do,", I continued. "-and that I thought it would be for the best."

"I'm with you all the way...", Vivian, suspiciously,anxiously agreed.

"I'm going to keep this baby.", I finally said as I looked away from him.

If I did look at him, I would have seen his horrified face at what I just revealed to him. I was going to keep this baby, no matter what. After all, it takes two to tango, but only one could take the trophy, and this baby is no trophy... more of like a new challenge in life. But I know, that if I persevere and work hard, I know that it's going to be worth everything that I'm going to go through.

"Oh... I... well..."

"Don't worry, Vivian. I could take care of this baby myself." when I said that, he looked at me in surprise once again. "I think the only thing why I was destined to meet you again is because that I needed to tell you... that I AM pregnant... and that it is yours."

I bit my lip, trying to disturb myself from realising the pain in my heart. My child wouldn't be able to grow up with a father... I think, that's one of the saddest thing a child could grow up with.

"I think you need to go back with your mom.", I said as I took my purse on the bench beside Vivian. "I obviously came at a bad time. Good-bye Vivian."


And with that... I was off, with Vivian staring at my saddened figure.



Vivian's POV


She was planning to keep the baby?! Does she even know what she's getting herself into?!

...

Ofcourse not! She doesn't even know I'm a VAMPIRE!!

She was supposed to be dead anyway! She was supposed to be my dinner the first time we met! But I guess, using my two brothers' words, I enjoyed her too much. And I guess, I enjoyed her FAR too much to get her pregnant unexpectedly...

What was I going to do?

I'm only 25...

Am I ready to be a father at all?

Destiny seemed to be playing with the thread of my fate since all of a sudden, I heard a child's voice.

"I love you daddy!", a little blonde haired girl affectionately said as she hugged her father, who placed his head on hers with a smile on his face.

All of a sudden, a woman approached him with the same happy smile and tugged them both into a loving embrace. Time seems to be passing by very slowly, as their faces changed into myself... and...

"LIZZIE!!", I called out, hoping that she hasn't gone too far for me to hear.

Oh God... if you're really there, let me be able to reach her.

Let me be able to tell her that I want to help her keep the baby...

that I want to be able to hold our baby in my arms...

and call myself a father...
