I walked down stairs and saw Edward with a little frail human girl.I felt a small pang of jealousy at the sight of them,but quickly brushed it off.
"Hey Edward can I talk to Bella?"I asked.
Edward narrowed his eyes at me.
"Is this the new girl?"Bella asked catching her breath.
I wondered why.
Edward nodded and walked up the stairs probably to talk to Carlisle or Alice.
"Hey I'm Ally,"I said sticking my hand out to her.
As she went to reach for my hand my hunger flared up."Neverind hand shaking not really a good idea,"I siad slightly embarassed.
"Oh,"she muttured.
"It's not your fault I'm just new...to this whole not attacking humans thing to be honest,"I said.If I was human I would've been flushing slightly.
"Well what did you need to talk to me about?"she asked warmly.
"Uh I had a favor to ask,"I said sheepishly.
"What is it?"she asked.
"Uh I need to go to La Push and since i'm not offically part of the Cullen family technically I'm allowed on the reserve.Sooo I need to see my family again and that's where they are,"I said.
"I'd be glad to help!Any friend of the Cullen's is a friend of mine,"She smiled warmly.
"I could hug you right now but I'm to afraid to so let's save that for another day,"I smiled happily at her.
She nodded,"It's okay I know."
"You really have no problem with us being what we are?"I asked.
"Nope not at all,"she said.
"WoW i greatly admire you for that,"I said.
The next day after much of Edward's protesting Bella and I set off to the reserve.She was going to see Jacob first and had invited me to come inside.I couldn't refuse after her kindness towards me.So I followed her up to the small trailer size house.She knocked three times.And I saw the once fairmiliar face of Jacob Black.The boy I'd loved.Thank god he hadn't seen me since it happened.The olny people who had were my brother,and mom.
Jacob's nose scrunched up at the sight of me and he gave Bella a look before closing the door and stepping outside.
"What the hell Bella you know they aren't allowed down here!"he snarled getting very angry.
"Hey calm down wofly.I'm not a Cullen so your lovly treaty dosen't apply to me,"I said.
"Then why are you here?"he snarled.
"I'm here to see Quil Renteria,"I said.
"Why!"Jacob shouted.
I turned away in hurt.My Jacob would have never yelled at me...ever.
"Gosh you've changed,"I siad holding back tears.
"What are you talking about?"he said narrowing his eyes at me.
"I'm Alison Renteria,"I said.
"You're supposed to have died in a car accident,"Jacob said disbelievingly.
"That's what they told everyone,"I sneered.
He smacked me.It would've left a huge hand print but obviously there was no blood to rush to the surface and show the print.
"Jacob!"Bella snapped.
"Bella she's not worth fussing over.I wish you'd see all bloodsuckers are is no good leeches,"Jacob said.
The words stung and ripped at my heart.I glared at him sure my eyes had started to smolder black.
"Come on let's go Ally,"Bella said grabbing my arm.
"Wait for me in the car please Bella,"I said in my most persuasive tone.
She sighed and walked to the truck and sat in the drivers seat door open incase she felt she needed to run and try and get between a fight.
I grabbed Jacob's shirt collar and pulled his face down to mine.
"You're still shorter than me,"he muttured.
Maybe he was remembering the last time I'd done this.But then it was our first kiss and Jacob was simply to afraid to kiss me.So I'd had to kiss him instead.
He was obviously remembering too because he crashed his lips down on mine and wrapping his warm arms around my still small frame.He pulled away slowly after a minute.Trying to hold onto that memory as was I.His arms still lay around me gently.I looked up at him very confused a hundred questions wizzed through my head.
"What are you doing?"I asked.
"I missed you,"he sighed leaning his froehead against mine.
"I missed you too,"I tried not to let the tears behind my eyes fall.
He squeezed me gently against his chest.The warmth of his body was so amazing to made me warm all through my body.I felt my icy heart melting in his hands.
"How will this ever work?"I asked.
"Don't think about that right now just think about how happy you are,"he said.
The best thing about this was his blood wasn't even slightly appaitzing.It smelled like wet dog so therefore it wasn't hard to be so close to him.
He stroked my hair lightly and whispered,"Quil will be suprised."
"Yeah,"I muttured.
"Do you want me to come,?"he said with an air that said he didn't want to leave me.
"Sure,"I replied.
